The only problem I had was some young boys running up and down the third floor hallway at 10 p.m. Banging on doors and hollering. It ended in a few minutes so I chose not to call the front desk.

The front desk people were very kind and helpful! The room was recently updated, just not all furniture was in the best state. The lighting in the toilet room was better than the lighting at the sink/counter, which was odd. Most people get ready in front of the mirror, so that is where the best lighting should be. (small thing, but something to note) Breakfast was nice, but as someone with dietary restrictions, I wasn't able to partake except for the fruit. Window was not well sealed at all. Sounded like it was fully open when sirens went off and people outside talked.

Rooms were small, beds were very comfy though. Good for one night! They were gracious enough to let us get out of our stay for an extra night. Gave us a complete refund! BUT, charged us twice the following week….but finally a week later, everything was cleared up and we finally got the money back.

Check in receptionist was extremely rude, for no reason. Room was clean but very humid. Had AC as low as it would go and did not help. When asked for another room they said they were booked but also didn’t offer maintenance to look at AC. Breakfast was mediocre. Most of the stuff was empty even though we were there at 745 (breakfast started at 700).

My husband is a leg amputee. We didn't ask for a handicapped accessible room since it was just one night. When the clerk noticed his disability they offered aone without us even saying anything . Great place
