The carpets and walls in the hallways, stairway and room were filthy. When I got into the room there were wires and cords hanging exposed. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room and I booked the reservation disclosing that I had a two and three year old. I was given a room in a smoking section and the smell of smoke even in the room was suffocating to myself. I'm so glad I checked out the room before bringing my husband and kids in. The hotel said they cancelled my reservation but refused to give me anything in writing to confirm the same and directed me to submit the request for a refund to Booking.com. I have done so and have been told that Bookong.com is working with the hotel to do so. I am still waiting for Booking. com and the hotel to finish my refund. I am still confident that it was a better choice to go back home where we had no power from a huge storm earlier that evening than to pay >$100 to stay in this place. We wound up being without power from Friday until Monday and it was terrible, but at least we weren't sleeping somewhere so questionable. Who knows what it would feel like to get into one of the beds in the room. 🫠😳

The young man, Aashay, working the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. No coffee in the room but available in the breakfast room

I had roaches in my room, the cable didn’t work and the heat/air unit made annoying noises and I believe there was black mold inside of it

stay for Special Event from Deaf School ( Homecoming) so will stay again if keep room clean

like use bath tub but don’t like the way it slick when take shower and also the drain keep run water out when use bath tub as it won’t fill up water from bath tub

we came we went out to dinner we slept and left early. the breakfast was ok.

quiet night comfortable pet friendly good restaurants in the area

we. parked near our room—out the back door. the security lock on the door was damaged and did not work. we had to use a rug to prop open the door so we could unload and load the car. the chain lock on the room door was missing

The staff we dealt with were nice.

The bathroom was disgusting, there was A LOT of hair on the shower walls and obviously had not been cleaned. The water to the tub didn't work so none of us could take a shower or clean the walls off. There also wasn't an elevator which was a bit of a pain with our bags and toddlers. Thankfully it was just an overnight trip. For the price I didn't expect it to be perfect, but having working and clean facilities should be the bare minimum.

Very poor

Room needed cleaned better. Floors needed mopped, fridge and microwave needed cleaned, and the outlets were not to code at all. Know it's not totally their fault, but lots of very noisy guests were there at the time and nothing was done about them. Went on all night long.
