The stay was great. Room was clean. Staff was wonderful. My only concern was the water sprinkler in the room did not have a didn’t have a cover. I could see a space between the sprinkler and the Sheetrock. That sprinkler was right above the bed.

We had the first floor and they were jack hammering amd drill next door. There was a gap in the door dust gor in our room. No one warmed us or switched rooms. The owner just came in and told us they will finish soon. It took 30 minutes to finish. We jeust left to our event.

I am not sure if there is a certain time that the pool area should shut down but Last night seems like they partied there to way after 2am with loud music and yelling and screaming. I finally was able to fall asleep after 2 or 3. Tried calling front desk but nobody answered. You would think whoever is on duty would be mindful of the noise. Very disappointed with this place.

AC unit made scratching sound (lake a large mouse rustling a grocery bag) frequently during the night; the door was not sealed well (1/2 crack of light shining in) allowing hot air into the cooler room so the flooring and linens were both damp and had condensation all over them. There was a brown liquid splatter stain on the ceiling that had not been touched with a cloth; the lights on the walls did not have shades on them so they were very bright and one could hardly use them because they shone right in our eyes when on. It was a $60 cheap room at a $110 price. Except for ceiling it was fairly clean. Staff was personable and did take note of condition of room.

I seen hairs by the phone area sheets looked dingy. Towels did not look fresh. There was food around the bed area the hand soap was used. I did not stay I left checked out at 11:00 pm I told the man the room was disgusting. I could not stay there.

The property was very handicap accessible. They had special rooms and even had the chair to help people into the pool. I personally am not disabled but I thought that was something awesome!

There were spiders in the corners of the walls, dead gnats on the floor, and we were forced to inhale bug repellent right when we entered the room. The floors were wet from the exterminator spray as well.

About what you expect. Good place to stay for the price and near everything downtown NB has to offer. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but was offered which was a nice touch.

There were a few stains on the bed skirt and the microwave wasn’t spotless clean, but overall it’s a good value. Not a 5-star hotel certainly satisfactory.

The fridge in the room didnt work. They said they didnt have another one to swap out. We were on the 2nd floor and the ac didnt work in the hallway. Very basic. The pool chairs and table were very worn, but the pool was clean and clear.

Got there at 11pm on a Friday. Paid by credit card and was asked for ID. Next day there were 2 fraudulent charges on my credit card totaling $1300. My card, full name and home address were used in the transactions. Only person that had access to that information was hotel attendant that night. The purchased merchandise bought with my card was shipped to a San Antonio address close to the hotel, but the merchant would not give me the address. When the hotel attendant took my card and ID, that is how he got my full name and address information. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.....

The ac had trouble cooling off. The room floor was dirty. I killed a few roaches in the room. The tub wasnt draining properly. The bed linen was dirty and stained.

All was great a couple of problems. The toilet water kept running. The tank wouldn't fill so didn't flush very well . Had to keep messing with it. The other problem several guys smoking hung around the side door on pool side. For non smokers, thats terrible to have to pass by thereas guys stare at you while covering your nose.

The room I booked was not available and the desk clerk was argumentative when I explained he then voided the contract for the stay. He gave away the room that was specifically booked due to need and restrictions and we were given a substantially different room. Only stayed for one night due to this.

Not fancy but this did not mean it was not a good place to stay. I arrived 8 hours later due to weather conditions in the state of Texas. I was concerned my room would be forfeit but this was not the case. At 130AM the nite person told me welcome and my room was ready. I had been on a plane all day so this was a relief. The clerk asked if I was hungry and gave me some muffins and water (vending machine was empty of water). My room was quiet and clean.
