Friendly helpful staff. Central location. Very comfy bed and secure hotel carpark. Would definitely stay again
3.0
Room didn’t have a ‘main’ light, instead a series of lamps that needed individually turning off before bed. The toilet room was very small. Wi-Fi hardly worked and there was no phone service in our room. Had more of an ibis budget feel to it
5.0
Great customer service. Great accommodation
4.0
Great affordable option to stay in Glasgow, minutes away from streets filled with food places and loads of bars for those wanting to go on nights out. About a 10 minute walk from the Glasgow City Centre.
Although the rooms and staff were nice, there was loads of constructions works going on outside, meant we couldn't rest longer than 8am as the machines were going off at full blast.
3.0
Generally ok but arrived and one of our rooms wasn’t ready. Also the general decor was tired and some stains on corridor carpets and the sofa in my room

Very good breakfest, sympathic bartender
Noisy and no parking

One night stay while in Glasgow for a gig. Good quick check in and got 2 free drinks for signing up as a "member". Room was nice, clean & comfortable. Only downside was the building work going on outside which was noisy at around 7am
6.0
Very loud with construction beginning in at 6am with yelling and moving of equipment. Hotel is getting dated and not in line with what we paid in my opinion, carpets need cleaning/replacing etc.

Stayed at 4th Floor, the whole floor was smelly. Carpet was dirty as hell.

It's a 2 star hotel and unfit for 4 star hotel rating. Not suitable for family with kids.

Great location for the Kings Theatre. Disappointed to arrive to find car park full. Room was comfortable but very noisy with workmen right outside early in the morning. View onto building site wasnt great.

All seemed to be freshly refurbished, clean rooms, great choice at the breakfast buffet, a fitness centre and sauna, close to the city center, only drawback the ongoining road work on outside, which is loud during the week.

Excellent service! AC in the room didn't work, it was roasting all night. Rooms seem a bit dated. Location is great but a lot of construction and noise outside.

Excellent stay in Glasgow. Very helpful staff who gave us our room early, such a big help to our busy day ahead. Nice, clean and spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows.

Had a very pleasant stay. Check in was great and we both got a free drink on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Staff friendly and rooms comfortable. We had a disturbance in the early hours of morning from someone thinking it was their room but the staff resolved it quickly.

Clean hotel with good location into the city centre. Rooms are basic and for the price paid would have expected a better quality of room. Also, breakfast £18 pp which I think is expensive.

Nice hotel.
Staff excellent.

Large room and good ensuite. Bar food good but expensive. Furniture in bedroom a bit tired and carpet stained.
4.0
The advantage is its location. The disadvantages are that they charge for the occupant's car parking, the lift in the car park is not working, so you have to carry all the luggage from the car park to the reception, the reception is so small that it takes at least more than 30 minutes to check-in as there is only one person there and many guests, and the rooms are plain with bad beds and no space to walk around. The bathroom is divided in half, where the toilet part is separate and the bathing part is separate. The room service is not good either.

Was really great was no problem at all

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was perfect.

The hotel is very updated and the staff is very nice. I loved the hotel. BUT: reserved a bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch bed was not made and when I asked the maid she said she was very busy and that she never made the pull out couch bed, as per orders. I ended up asking for some sheets and making it ourselves. But we didn’t have a duvet so my son was cold during the night. We called the front desk but nobody answered so we gave up. We should have insisted but when you are traveling for one day in the end you don’t want to have to deal with all this. My recommendation is to make sure when you reserve to say you are going to use the pull out couch.

Gorgeous hotel, only complaint was the builders outside haha, staff were very helpful, enjoyed my stay
3.0
There is a huge construction site next door, asked for a room on the other side of the hotel and was assured it was, room was directly opposite and woken at before 7am. Asked to move, again was assured the site is inactive on a Saturday, again woken before 8am by the site. Obviously understand our of hotel's control but the staff should not lie to guests about it

Really great experience. Simple check in, lovely room
2.0
The room was very dated with the decor quite poor. There was only o e lift working which meant a wait of up to ten minutes to get from the 4th floor. When i was checking out and highlighted my complaints to the receptionist his comment was "fair enough" in a surly manner. Not acceptable.
