Good for family

Building is OLD and in bad shape. All the furniture is old and dilapidated. This facility is more akin to a downscale motel. Nothing good to report on this property.

I like the view of the strip and room was great. The staff at the desk where very nice. The only issue I had, I wish they could do better was the very late check in at 4 pm. The other hotels I stayed in where 3 pm and sometimes they would like you check in a little earlier . Not a big thing, but after traveling so long. It would had been nice to get into our room and relax.

Fantastic accommodation, spacious, well-equiped, outstanding location.

7 of us got 2 condos for 3 nights. The space was what we needed but the property and the condos could use an upgrade. The fire alarm went off at 1:30am. That was a drag. All it did was tell us to stand by. Weird. Our smoke alarms needed new batteries, so they chirped until we could get maintenance to replace the batteries. So it was a fun filled weekend of fire safety fun. The condo itself was fine, nothing special. Kinda reminded me of going to an old ski area and staying in their run down condos. Could use some new furniture and paint. Lipstick on the pig would help a lot. If you want something really nice, go somewhere else. With that said, we had a good time so all is good.

When I arrived I was checked in and sent to another building up an alleyway. The property is very dated and wasn't very clean. Some of the furniture and carpet in the room were stained and damaged.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms could use updating. The caulking around the toilet wasn’t even on the toilet it was all over like a toddler applied it. The corners of the room could use a vacuuming and the carpet was atrocious. Also found a false eyelash on my towel. Yuck.

I like where everything we want to be is walkable. We enjoy it very much. What we don't like is the property where there are 2 buildings but the other one doesn't have the access to an ELEVATOR to get you into the garage parking. You will have to walk carrying groceries, luggages to your building. If an ELEVATOR is not an option to be build, then at least have their visitors to have a choice. But overall, always an excellent stay.

The location is excellent. I’ve stayed at the Jockey Club in the past and didn’t have any issues, however the room I got this time had old and dirty couches which was disappointing. We had to cover them with clean sheets to able to sit on them. I think the owner of this unit should update the couches ASAP.

The most ridiculous stay at a hotel. The staff did not have a clue on what they were saying. Did not have rooms available until 5 pm. When asked showed us rules checklist. Hotel checkout was at 11 am. The hotel staff comes at 10 am and asks if we are checking out at that time. Charged a whopping not sure for what.

Getting dated, but clean & comfortable. Late night and morning front desk workers are super nice and helpful. Daytime works are slow and rude. Room key stopped working and they made us wait for over an hour and in back of an incredibly long check in line to get it fixed. Each person took forever to check in. Horrible process. Won’t be staying here again with far better options all around. Be warned, the check in process will take at least 60-90 minutes unless you check in late at night. They are slow and don’t care about your time.

Great location on Strip. We liked having a suite with extra space. Convenient access to The Cosmopolitan. Staff was friendly.

Location, very clean, suite very spacious

The room I got was on the 10th floor. It was really dusty and you can tell the carpet has not been properly vacuumed or dusted in a long time. The furniture is old and you can see trash and dust balls all along the edges where the carpet meets the wall. The kitchen was really clean and the pots and pans were really nice and new. The bathrooms were clean.

All in all this property does a good job. I have stayed here 4 times now but not sure I'll stay again. I arrived very early on day of check in as was willing to pay more. The front desk was helpful but even though the previous guest had checked out, housekeeping refused to break their little routine to get the particular room ready so I waited 4-5 hours. No care whatsoever by housekeeping

Room was clean enough, furniture was a bit dated.. was the second time staying and would stay again.

Easy check in even tho I was told my room wouldn't be ready until 4:15. Room was not cleaned properly but overall it was a nice place with a great view of the Bellagio fountains. Valet parking makes it very easy to get in and out the property when needing to drive out. We liked the fact the property is right in the middle of everything. We would definetely stay here again in the future.

We had a two room suite for our family of 6 (youngest child is 18) and this was ideal! It had 2 bathrooms, 3 queen beds and a sofa bed. It also had a full kitchen, dining and family room. We were only here for 1 night but would have loved to stay longer. We didn’t use the Cosmopolitan pool; the one at PC was perfect! Incredible view of Bellagio. Free parking was convenient! Only complaint would be that check in seemed unnecessarily long and only one person was working the front desk, which may have been a fluke since we were there at peak check-in time.

Having a full kitchen was a very nice bonus. The staff was very amenable.

The property is in the middle of the strip and very easily accessible. We got lucky to get a room with a view from all bedrooms.

Great and reasonably priced place. The only confusion is jockey club hotel vs jockey resort. So for 3 days, I stay in 1 place for 1 day and then had to move to another room for next 2 days. Interesting...

BAD-Room was not ready until an hour after check in, the valet lied and told me I had to pay $18/day to park or $5 /day to valet and when I questioned him that parking was supposed to be free he said no! I was not happy about being taken advantage of right away before even getting to check in desk. GOOD- excellent experience with spacious room/suite, location, cleanliness and amenities. I would definitely stay again!
