My brother and I have travelled many of places, staying in various hotels/motels across the country and here locally. That being said, we were very impressed with the The customer service provided by the staff, highly respectful and polite, the breakfast was neat and well set up every morning, our room was in excellent remodeled condition fitted with a nice large lcd smart tv including all the apps, and all of this comes at an affordable rate. Therefore we deem this an over all great stay!

Did not receive I had a reservation for. Did not have a microwave as advertised. Front desk was not friendly. Not a restful atmosphere.

A great place to stay. Very quiet in a central location. It’s older but very clean. The worker bees were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

There wasnt much to like the room had been painted recently but the mold on the bathroom ceiling grew threw it the doors were damaged from dogs and smelt like cigarettes and curry the whole time

No phone in room. Man at front desk did not speak English. Holes in ceiling. Broken ice machine and soda machine took my money but did not give me a soda.

The owners & employees were very friendly and nice.
There wasn't anything we can say that's bad about all of them. All Excellent in our opinion. We will return at another time for sure.

This is nothing like the Red Lions I am familiar with. Very old and in poor condition. Low grade furniture, miniature toilet, holes in lamp shades, fiberboard doors look like a dog attacked them, one of the four pillows was yellow (looked like hair oil stain). Very good, large TV. I believe recent immigrants have purchased this hotel, hoping to succeed. The work is so overwhelming, I feel sorry for them. Staff was working hard and was friendly, but what needs to be done to this hotel is overwhelming.

We had three rooms and two of them smelled awful like cigarettes. It took them forever to find us two different rooms.

The lot was clean grass well kept. Was not quite woke many time to upstairs noise and a Dog across the way. Hot tub was broken a and no pool access. Only reason i boked with them wss the pool and hot tub. Red lion brand has fallen to sub par.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The property is outdated and desperately needs renovation. To make matters worse, they don't clean the rooms daily unless you specifically request it, and there's no indication of this policy anywhere. When I asked about the cleaning services, the staff were unhelpful and told me it was against their policy to clean rooms regularly. They were also quite argumentative when I inquired further. Overall, a frustrating stay with poor customer service. I won’t be returning.

A few words Horrible place the first night was a nightmare for me and my family , this place was in bad conditions and looks dirty, . The breakfast is not what you expect, red lion hotel is not the same in all places, just an advise you’re not going to get the comfort and quality for the money you pay 😪 im disappointed .

We found a baby cockroach in our room. Our room was very dirty! The wifi barely works we had to ask them to reset it. Being from Canada this was rough as we had a hard time planning the next part of our trip with extremely spotty internet. There are mentally ill and addicts long term staying that keep you up banging and trying to get into rooms in the middle of the night. Scary! There is supposed to be a key card entry to the side door but it doesn’t work so people enter the side door bypassing the front doors. The building is so run down you can hear loud squeaks etc from the people just simply walking above your room. After confronting front staff they did nothing with no apologies or cares in sight! Hotels.com won’t even do anything. An extreme waste of money. I will be contacting Red Lion directly there is no way this is safe and legal.

I enjoyed my stay I would just say they could do better cleaning their showers and controlling the smell of cigarettes inside the hotel. Other than that breakfast was great, bed sheets were clean, staff was a little hard to communicate with they made their efforts and got me taken care of.

The staff was friendly and had room for us on our late checkin after spending the day at Silverwood. But it stopped there. they put us in the very back top floor and told us to park towards the back. There were no parking spots, semi and broken down trailiers in the parking lot taking up all the spaces.
Period on side of tub, locks on outside door was pried open so really no lock. Green booger thing on towls and dried snot like substance on one of the bed's sheets.
We only stayed and slept on top of bed for a few hrs and then got out as fast as we could.
Not to mention the guy out front sniffing spray paint when we got there at 10:30pm. Nice welcoming party.

It took 3 different hotel rooms going down 2 different wings, listening to the front desk clerk throwing up while you are trying to get a key that works for the door to the second room you tried because the first room had a plugged up toilet and had to get keys to a 3rd room that had concrete slabs for beds so little to no sleep!

The property is in poor conditions, but the most I didn’t like was the smell in the room. It didn’t smell
Like clean, it smell bad and the sheets were stained. It doesn’t look cozy or good when you notice stains on the sheets. It’s kind of nasty.

Will not stay there again. Looked like people live there. Very small room & bathroom. The hotel & property are in poor condition. Sink drained poorly. No hair dryer. Beds creaky. Door cracked & didn’t close on its own. Carpet very dirty. Dirty bath towel hanging in bathroom.Key cards didn’t work. Toilet seat oblong on round bowl to long for toilet. No milk for cereal.

The staffs are very friendly so I rated them 4. There’s no cups and facial napkins, one bed made noise and the sink is half clogged, water went down so slow. But the price is very good and location is convenient to highway.

Hev stayed for years and every year the place and service gets worse. This time on the last day of our stay they got into an argument of some sort with a guest VERY PUBLICLY. they were screaming profanities in multiple languages for 30-45 minutes you could hear along the entire hotel. We will not be giving the place another shot anytime soon.

Old building that was updated with paint, etc. Does not meet a Red Lion standard that I would expect (i.e. Templins).

Property is in disrepair, condition is poor. Wall painting done by a person who was unable to stay inside the lines, visible dirt at all edges of the room's carpet, sink cold water was partially turned off at the wall, mini-fridge did not cool properly, TV was internet TV only, sink had parts missing on the faucet, cigarette burns in carpet, room reeked of lemon grass and ginger.

Keep driving! Our room was dirty. Hair everywhere (bedding, toilet, shower) Room looked like it hadn't been cleaned.Back door to the motel was broken and didn't lock! Many rooms had their doors cracked open all night - WEIRD! and unsafe for families!!! Looked like (sketchy) people were living out of there. Our room didn’t have a smoke detector!! We booked two rooms. One didn’t have a microwave. Continental breakfast was day old food. I told the front desk about some of the issues, they didn’t care. AWFUL customer service. Maybe hire people who actually acknowledge another person's presence and concerns.

We called to let the hotel know that we were running late but our room still wasn't ready when we got there. They did manage to hurry it up and get us in within the next 10 to 15 minutes which was great and acceptable. The front desk staff was in the back office so I waited for her to come out. The room was decent the beds were nice the cleanliness was acceptable. I'm a freak about the bathroom in any place I stay. To me the bathroom looked like an afterthought, as it was just crammed inside the front door toilet seat was broken, and I stood one foot taller than the head of the shower. The shower handle was broken but able to work and the toilet paper roll holder and also been broken but fixed to work. The last Red Lion that I stayed at in Ontario Oregon was terrible.

I recently spent $145 on a 4 star hotel in North Carolina. I spent $120 on a 3 star hotel in Cda a couple years ago. I understand the hotel seasons. Winter it’s less and summer it’s more bit omg I’ve never stayed in such a filthy hotel as this. The sheets had yellow stains, the carpet was covered in debris. I spent $172 on this place and it felt like I was in one of those hourly rate hotels. Unsafe for my girls at the pool. There was a group of Mexicans partying there
