Had a meal in the evening it wasn’t so good but room and breakfast were excellent.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in the highlands. Will definitely make this our preferred hotel to stay in on future visits. Every member of staff so pleasant and friendly. Nice relaxed atmosphere and so impressed with the included breakfast. Did not expect to have cooked breakfast as part of continental breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay very much . The only thing I would have liked would have been a bit more shelving for clothes and maybe an extra chair
4.0
Tidy and quiet. Free parking on site.

We felt this hotel gave us everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It was conveniently located with free parking , the ladies at
reception were very helpful.
Breakfast could have been better.
Room a bit small to get around and bathroom even smaller.

A typical business hotel stay although weren’t staying there in business! (Not) cheap but cheerful, room was small and ill appointed. Breakfast was good though we had to wait for items to arrive. V basic hotel at a far from basic price

After a 24hr flight this was a great and comfortable hotel to stay at.

Although they were short staffed they were very helpful. Nice breakfast.

Hotel was ok, needs a little love and a little more attention to cleanliness. Breakfast was great, we have stayed at multiple Holiday Inns and this was an exceptional breakfast.
Overall it was a great stop for 1 night, would definitely stay again.

The Holiday Inn and the staff were fabulous. Really enjoyed our trip there.

Quiet location with easy walking to restaurants (try the Snow Goose!). Easy parking and convenient location closer to the airport and right off a main road. Room was situated in a way that made sense (although small by American standards)

Hotel was very good from check in to check out. Rooms are functional and fitted 2 adults and 2 kids with ease. The hotel is ideally located for exploring nearby attractions.
Check in was quick, and easy. Had to ask for a couple of extra towels and the request was dealt with immediately with no hassle.
Used the on site restaurant for buffet breakfast, food was great, endlessly refreshed and refilled. Facilities were very clean.
Free tea and coffee for the duration of the visit is a great touch.
Would visit againg for sure.

Breakfast was abundant and convenient!

Only stayed 2 nights, which was booked at short notice but we were very impressed & made very welcome. We had a westie dog with us so they put us on the ground floor, she was also made very welcome. Rooms were very clean and comfy, and the breakfasts (which are included) were excellent. All in all a very pleasant stay & would not hesitate to book in again.

It’s a Holiday Inn, so I wasn’t expecting much. Staff were friendly. Location was convenient to the city Centre and a decent launching point for Highlands adventures. Room was clean but very small w couch pulled out. As a party of three, we were charged for an extra guest at a rate of 125 pounds/night. We definitely did not reap that level of benefit. Add to it the insanely poor exchange rate we were given and three nights for three people cost more than 5 days in Edinburgh.

Very very small rooms, uncooperative staff..will advise anyone traveling with families to avoid this location, there's literally no room to put your bags in the room

All the sides of the bed were absolutely filthy. rusty shower and mouldy I was charged £500 for two nights. I expected a lot better than I got appalling.

The room was nice and clean, up to date. Very helpful. Restaurant across the way amazing.

Not possible to open the window very much, so bad air in the room. Not a very good breakfast. Not possible to get any cheese or a fried egg, only scrambled "egg" which was tasteless. Very limited choice. Icy cold in the breakfast room - even colder than outside (it was not warm outside). They were very slow with cleaning the tables after people had finished. The black coffee was good and the parking place was good.
Not a very good location.

Aging hotel, tiny rooms, almost unsuitable for two adults and two children in one room.

Front desk and dining staff were quite friendly but the cleaing staff was a bit sloppy. Used drinking glasses were not replaced, beds were untidily made and bathroom was not cleaned well.

Good hotel for visiting attractions around Inverness. Good breakfast, clean room and helpful staff. One day the room was not cleaned, but the manager immediately offered to clean the room. Room is very basic with no closet, but clean.

Nothing unique, very much a Holiday Inn! Too much noise in the halls at night.
