The hotel was updated very nice. Area was great, funny thing at checkout I was concerned about deposit (maybe its a new hotel rule) they charged the deposit instead of just a hold and when I questioned it the manager came out and kinda questioned my travel experience comparing this 2 star hotel to 5 stars hotel.Good thing it was returned with in a couple of days.

Besides not being able to get the tv to switch from hdmi to watch the tv, We had our laptop, so we watched movies that way. it was a nice room. I loved the upgrades of the power sources. The usb ports were a plus.

Nice room for yhe price. There were alot of flies trapped in the room. I got rid of them right away. Staff was friendly and vheck in easy and fast. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Its ok, i brought my own anyways. Room could have used a better sanitizing wipe down. There were crumbs on the table. I brought my own lysol and cleaned it.

Service was good room was newly remodeled so it was nicely decorated with large flat screen minimal toiletries ( no shampoo or lotions of any type ) only problem was there were two roach type bug roaming around the bathroom

Pros: fair price, good location, renovated room, microwave and fridge. Cons: Alive; Huge Roach and silver fish found in my room. They placed me at the corner where it smelled like pee. AC smelled musty.

I booked for a non smoking and of course got put in a room that smelled like someone smoked an entire cigarette shops worth. The blankets smelled so bad. The room was not properly cleaned. There were chunks of idk what all over the counter. The stairs leading to our room smelled so bad of pee. We checked in late and had an early morning so had no time or energy to speak to anyone. When we got there around 10pm the lobby was busy with other people checking in and only one person working so there was no point. Definitely would not recommended and definitely will not be staying here again.

There are lots of homeless living here and illegal immigrants paying with cash from their day job and living here with their whole family long term. and cats running around. The location has some restaurants and Starbucks next door, but depending which side your room is, it can be very noisy with street traffic and is a popular truck stop. The pool was very dirty and unkept and all walks of life using this pool so it made it feel gross and undesirable and unsanitary to even use, and there were rocks in it that looked like poop. The room was nice I thought and clean, updated and renovated. It is very nice they accept pets free of cost, but there was a gap behind the headboard of the king bed which a small pet can get stuck or trapped if scared or trying to hide. Management was accommodating to providing towels and other supplies we needed, but since I got the cheap Expedia deal, I was given a bad location with street view and a wall in front of the door.

newly renovated facilities. liked how nice and clean the room looked. only thing was housekeeping only came once during our 7 day/6 night stay. could've come a little more often to ensure cleanliness especially with a pet present

It’s motel 6. It’s definitely nicer than the Westminster south location but lots a questionable stuff going on in the parking lot and around 2:30AM my neighbor was banging on the wall and I’m not sure what else but the whole room shook. Not an earthquake. And I’m confused by a hotel or motel that doesn’t have coffee anywhere even for sale on property lol

At night 11 pm person from the street knocked on my door. many times The next day I wanted to make a reservation and they canceled that I couldn't rent if I always paid my deposit and I never received a claim, they just didn't want to rent to me.

Staff was rude from day one. Put us in a room with a broken toilet and left us with a toilet that didn't flush for 4 days before moving us to a different room but not until we called corporate to solve the problem. I have a 9 year old little boy with me. Also tried to keep my deposit for checking out late but had 15 other people check out at the same time and didn't say a word about them being late.
