Great overnight stay. Walking distance to Stansted airport. Bar food was delicious. Not a great deal of gluten free options. Comfortable, clean & well appointed room with view of aircraft. Slept really well, bed very comfortable.

Booked a premium room and it was nothing special. View bad, bed too soft. Restaurant in the hotel absolutely shocking, waiters with poor English and 0 customers service skills, food awful.

Was upgraded. Had a beautiful room. I arranged a wake up call, with the very kind and considerate lady at check in. She was a warm friendly person. A credit to the hotel. I cannot recall her name. She was originally from Thailand. She arrange my wake up call, which I changed. Regretably I did not receive my wake up call. This was the only negative part of my time at the hotel.

We stayed here the night before our holiday as we had an early flight. The hotel is an easy walk to the airport and we were able to do twilight check in which was so convenient. From check in to check out the service was amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the bed was super comfortable.

When we initially checked in the member of the team was very unhelpful we asked about parking near the hotel as my husband is disabled. He gave us the incorrect information and did not log that we paid for the parking and have subsequently received a fine which we are trying to get resolved as we did pay.

The lobby area with the bar is so nice, but once we were in our way to the room which was a trek, the carpets were nasty, there were stains, garbage on the floor and didn’t smell the best. Our room had stains on the floor and one chair. The bed sheets had two black hairs and a sticker for king sheets on it. The shower fluctuated between hot and cold, and to top it off, the hair dryer was broken. I tried three different outlets.

The only ‘down’ thing was that there was no view from the window, just a sort of canopy next to a building. Otherwise all was excellent and very comfortable. The staff at breakfast were particularly welcoming.

Use this hotel if we have a late flight home or early flight out, perfect location for terminal. Friendly staff in a clean and calm public area. Rooms a bit dated now but very comfy beds. Amazing breakfast with everything you could ask for

We ate in the restaurant. We both ordered the fish and chips served with peas. The batter was very greasy, barely any fish inside and what little there was was a grey colour - could not eat. The peas where cold. Definitely overpriced. The room had a large heat pump unit outside of it and all we heard was a constant mechanical noise all night - room needs to be sound proofed with that outside. The bed was placed in the corner of the room at a very weird angle which meant that one side had no bed side table. Overall a terrible stay and not sure we would stay here again.

One night stay after a late arriving flight. Check in , easy , room clean and tidy but looked a bit bare and tired. My usb charger next to the bed didn’t work and the tv signal was poor and unwatchable. Chair in room very worn. Bed clean and comfortable and room well sound proofed considering how close we were to the airport. Aircon very good. Breakfast was excellent, great quality and lots of choice. Bar area was amazing but didn’t get a chance to use. Hotel was pricey but close to airport, room was tired compared with the main bar area etc….

The hotel itself is very convenient for the airport and I highly recommend it for an early flight departure. Check-in and out very easy. We didnt use any of the facilties but the communal areas looked good and there was a spa onsite. The let down was on arrivial in our room: the toilet had been used and not flushed; there was also no shower wash in the bottle; the TV continually pixelated so it was not possible to watch anything, even news. This was very disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

Not migraine friendly. Air freshener/scent piped through the hotel. Not good for people with scent triggered migraines. Even during our evening meal you could smell the scent! Food terrible Room - sheets and towels lovely but the carpet and furniture were filthy and stained. The carpet smelled very stale Handy for the terminal- but awful and expensive

Was under the impression there was a covered walkway from the airport to the hotel, turns out when following the walkway at a certain point you have to leave it, walk across a carpark and join the next one, but when you arrive in the dark you cannot see from the first walkway the hotel sign which is on the second one so a lot of time wasted! Checked in which was efficient, off to room, requested room on high floor, allocated Floor 1, told the hotel up front we would be arriving in the middle of the night (2 am), they allocate us a room at the very end of a very long corridor, not great for other guests as we wheel our luggage past their rooms, booked a double bed, got in the room and it was twin beds, allocated a smoking room instead a non smoking room and it absolutely stunk. On top of this the room was tatty, the carpet had more stains on it than clean bits, the chair was falling apart with fabric hanging down to the floor underneath it, the fridge was missing, just an empty cupboard with wires, I could go on and on, but basically they take no notice of guest bookings or requests and I think we were probably given this room as a middle of the night arrival we were less likely to complain - never again!

The bar tender didn't know what Prosecco was and served it in a pint glass, then I asked for champagne flutes and he brought Martini glasses. The bottle was given to us uncorked and took about ten minutes to get served. Not a way to start the holiday

Good location good service good restaurant although they forget what you order they are nice people. The rooms are not clean enough looking at caroets and chairs with huge dirt spots. And i discovered a small insect or mite in the clean unused bed. Anyway iverall good.

Good facilities - all you need. I arrived early, 12.30 for a 7am flight the next day. They wouldn’t let me check in until 2, they were strict about this, so I sat in the bar area. Emirates cabin crew passed by, so I guess they get preferential treatment. Once checked in I used the gym, sauna and pool. All good, apart from the steam room which wasn’t great. I also had a passable massage. All in all really good. Oh and do join the hotel rewards program if you stay in this chain again.
