Worst bed have ever slept on,and sofa bed sunk in ,could hardly get out of,other than that, everything was good

This property has visible black mold above the shower. The management does not deny this fact, but will deny your refund if you ask for one, stating that they would have solved the problem by offering a room move. When we found the black mold we opted to end our stay early, and because we had spent so much on that hotel we had to go home and end our fun weekend. This hotel is awful, the staff is unavailable (which was why we did not call the front desk, they were not there when we needed them). Don't stay there. High cost for disgusting accommodations.

We stay here for the convenience of walking to town.

We always LOVE staying here! The condo we stay in is always so very clean and comfortable. The property is in walking distance to downtown, which we love. Although it is close to downtown, it is far enough away from the hustle/bustle and in a very quiet area. We will continue to stay here every year that we come to Gatlinburg 😀

Good distance from the main strip, but not far enough for it to be hassle to walk. Overall, the building was in great condition and the room was very nice. Will be coming back to that place again.

It was clean, but could use a new mattress and box spring.I literally could not get on or off the bed without waking my wife because of a very loud noise it made.
There was no oven ,a tiny microwave that you could not fit a plate into and the tiny dorm room fridge was inadequate to even fit leftovers from the restaurants in . There was only one stainless skillet and one sauce pan to cook on and the plastic cooking utensils had food embedded in them.We were expecting to cook and eat breakfast and lunch in our condo and only have to eat dinner out but this rental just wasn't set up for that.A little bigger fridge where the microwave stand is, a bigger convection microwave sitting on a base cabinet where the dorm fridge is now and a new mattress would have been very inexpensive and would make future visits exceptional.Good convenient location .Check in and out were easy and again it was very clean

The building needs some really good pressure washing around the pool and hallways. The condo needs new appliances.

The area was quiet, convenient, and great for a family vacation. The room needs a few updates, newer pots and pans, and pillows without stains. It would also be great to have simple things like salt & pepper, coffee filters, or condiments that are long lasting. We had an amazing time there and would go back to the location again!!!!

The condo was great. The only complaint we had was the bed needs to be upgraded. The bed was very uncomfortable. We tried to use the sofa bed but that mattress also needs to be upgraded. It was a clean condo, great location and great atmosphere. Only complaint was the bed.

Perfect for our weekend trip

Location is wonderful!!! Very Short walk to the entire downtown strip! Towels need an upgrade(super thin & old), bed in “master” room is horrible!! VERY worn down and slanted!! my head was about 45* below my feet!! And very squeaky with every move! Miserable!! Pillows are thin, bring your own! It took both to even try to be level and still wasn’t. The mattress on the pull out couch was about 2” thick and you could feel everything! Tub didn’t drain very well in master either. 2nd bdr was fine. that all said, if they change the beds (master & couch)which is VERY MUCH needed and update the towels it would be a decent stay just for the convenience of the location. For close to $300 a night avg. there’s MUCH better rooms if you don’t care about location. I would give a ZERO on the beds!!

I would like to acknowledge how great service can make a trip great. Mary, at the desk made sure that our stay would be a positive one. Anyone looking for excellent personel can find it in her. Thank you Mary, will be back!

We were there because my daughter was graduating from university of Knoxville and we had an amazing time.

We did not have to check in with front staff, had little to no interaction with them. The unit had some damage inside, and the viewing hole in our door was just a hole in the door. We had to tape over it. Everything else was clean, parking was really good. Elevators were in a really convenient area. Walking to everything was very nice, and you are a lot closer to everything than you think.

Plenty of space for all 5 of us!

Unit 307 was nice and clean. I liked the balcony, and the 2 bed/2 bath gave plenty of room and privacy for my family of 5.

Liked:
Short walk to downtown Gatlinburg shopping, the aquarium, food, etc.
The room had everything we needed in it for our 4 night stay, we were comfortable.
The WiFi was good.
The pricing was acceptable for the quality.
Didn't like:
The elevator was sketchy. It broke down two of the days we were there, so we had to climb stairs back and forth to our 6th floor room, which got old quickly.
The peephole in the door of our room had no glass or anything in it, it was just a hole straight through the door.
Staff never answers the phone, it goes to voicemail every time. They will call you back though.

We've stayed at this property quite a few times. Some rooms are better than others. This room had new paint and was clean. The bathroom door didn't want to shut and would make a loud popping noise when it was opened. Some of the furniture could use updating. It's in a great location for someone who wants to be near downtown. We would stay again.

Condo was clean and spacious, very nicely decorated. Very conveniently located. I only interacted with rental office once, and that was to get a parking pass. She was very friendly and informative. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean and nice condo with a beautiful view and a very easy walk to every thing.

was a little disappointed when I got there when it says fully stocked , and they don’t have shampoo or conditioner or coffee. The headboard on the bed is broke and you can tell it’s been broken for a while. had difficulty finding the unit office closes at five, so there was no one to ask for help. there are stains on the carpet. Unit has not been upgraded since the 70s. Also advertises as a king bed and it is not it is a queen.

Great time, the condo was very nice and the service was great. Very friendly and clean. I will stay again and recommend the hotel to all of my friends.

The stay was amazing. We stayed in room 712. The room was very spacious and clean. We will be staying here again. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. Close walk to downtown.

This was the second time we have stayed at this location. The first time was roughly 5 years ago. We fell in love with this place then. It truly felt like a little “mom and pop” style home. So when we decided to book a room in Gatlinburg again, I wanted to go to Olde Gatlinburg again. The booking process was easy. They sent me a detailed email with check in instructions. Great, no problem…. Until we got to there. It was listed on the email that check in time was at 3:00. Upon arrival, the housekeeper was still cleaning our room at 3:15. We had to stand outside and wait for her to finish cleaning before we could go in. This was especially irritating because we had driven several hours to get to this location and wanted to settle in. The second issue was that the fireplace didn’t work in our room. The third issue was that I picked a room that had a recliner pictured in the listing. Our room didn’t even have a recliner. Keep in mind about what blankets you want to use, as well as bring your own pillow. The comforter was extremely scratchy and the pillows were insanely flat. The mattress was also not very comfortable. There were 2 large dips on the mattress causing my husband and I to literally be sinking in the middle. The room was clean for the most part so no complaints there. I did feel safe in the area we were in as well. I also like how it’s very close walking distance to all the shops and the Village. Honestly, we won’t be booking here again.

The photo is NOT the facility we stayed at. They put us in a OLD hotel turned into Condo’s …the place was clean, BUT, everything was old/outdated and looked dirty. The refrigerator didn’t work. The bed was like sleeping on a hardwood floor, not comfortable at all. The towels were worn, the blanket I pulled out of the drawer to use smelled musty. Was really disappointed. Not how I planned celebrating our wedding anniversary.

Well didnt get to stay since they over booked and then with out offering a refund moved us up the road on a hill which made it not walking distance to down town to a very noisy area! So will not maje this mistake again!

This complex is older but in an outstanding location to be able to easily walk to downtown Gatlinburg! We arrived about 9pm but had an email with code for the unit. However it was a little challenging to find 5b. It is located on the 5th floor but towards the backside. All other units are numbered in the 500's, making it a little confusing. There are carts and an elevator to help get luggage to the 5th floor. The unit was decorated nicely, giving "honor" to the black bear 😉 It was clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace didn't work the first night but I reported it to the front desk the next morning and maintenance lite the pilot. The tub/shower had jets but the jets didn't work 😞 I was also disappointed that the outside hot tub and heated pool were closed. No one told us that would be the case in October. Overall we were happy with Olde Gatlinburg Condos.

Did not have bedding for both pull outs.. loveseat bed was so worn out i was afraid it would break during the night.
Could also have coffee and filters available in cabinet.
Outer lights in hallways and corridors need to come on at dusk and not after dark.
But room was cute. I wouldn't say $200 a night cute.
Would i stay again... in a pinch

Nice walk from the strip but the hotel was filthy. Bathroom leaked and bugs. Door wouldn’t lock at times. Bed was so uncomfortable

We have always enjoyed our stay, this year was enjoyable however, our unit was in need of some improvements. The bed needs a new mattress it seemed to sag in the middle. The pull out couch was in need of repair and a new mattress. The mattress was so thin we purchased an air mattress. Although it was October the fireplace was not operational which was disappointing. We had to be sure to check the door when leaving to make sure it locked. A couple of times it took 2 or 3 tries before it would lock.

Beds squeaked like crazy but were very comfortable. Freezer was almost unusable due to the amount of frost build up. Bathroom has black funk, im hoping it wasnt mold. 2nd bathroom had a leaky faucet. Curtains in bedroom didnt close all the way so sun in your face at sunrise was a certain. I do like how close it was to the main street of Gatlinburg, no need to drive everywhere. I also liked the keypad on the door, didn't have to worry about losing a key. Room was clean it was just in need a some repairs. The room served its purpose, we weren't there except to freshen up and sleep.
