The location was very good. The size of the house was perfect for our needs and at a great value.
The fireplace was very nice now that the nights are getting chilly. By the way the A/C / heater worked perfectly. Also helped having ceiling fans in all the rooms.
We felt that cleanness could be improved, specially in the rooms of the first floor. The flooring on the first floor bathroom shows wear and tear beyond repair to look clean. We recommend to replace the vinyl flooring.

4 couples, had a great time. cabin was comfortable, clean and cozy.
3.5
Friendliness of the hosts , location of the cabin , view from the cabin , the cabin had everything that we needed and more, hot tub was awesome !
The only bad thing was that we didn't see any bears , probably because we brought our dogs with us
3.5
The view of the environment.
The bed sheets were not clean prior to arriving. In the kitchen, there was dirty utensils with food still on them. The closets were packed and dusty, no storage options. When sitting on the second floor bathroom, the hinges were loose. It felt as if you were going to sink with the toilet to the first floor.

The location. Seeing the bears was pretty cool .. it is a very nice cabin ..The guy that brought us clean sheets and a clean shower curtain was very friendly .
That it wasnt very clean upon arrival... I did go buy some cleaning supplies an clean it myself .. not a big deal ... i know everywhere is under staffed its very hard to find help these days but the housekeeper should put a little more effort into her work ... I cleaned under the beds there was balloons and rotten fruit under the beds and lots of dog hair i dont think she swept it or mopped and i did as much dusting that I could reach...

there was no washer, dryer,.. I was under the impression there was a pool table it was in picture, but the owner said it was at the center which wasn’t even opened.. the outside lights didn’t work. on one on front porch.. No towels in either bathroom when we arrived…. I couldn’t get front tv to work the whole time.. I was very disappointed with this stay, we came 7 hours hoping that it was go into be an awesome experience but beside us hanging out downtown… 😔😟😕

I enjoyed the view on the mountin being able to look over gatlinburg. The snow made everything look like something out of a movie also was able to stay warm very easy with the fire place a very cozy feeling it was literally down the mountain and you where downtown gatlinburg maybe a 10min drive but a very fun drive
From Ice on the roads I'm from Florida so that would be my only problem but they did salt the roads I don't have anything bad to say

The area was nice. Self check-in was very convenient. When I called the staff about the code not working they answered right away and helped us.
The cabin was too dusty. There was a cockroach on one of the beds. The couch was very dirty. The mattress protector in the King room was very dirty and the pillows under the pillowcase were old and yellow. There were also spiderwebs everywhere.

Seclusion of property. Seeing bears while there.
Upkeep of property. Hot tub was not warm , cover was old on it and it had a bad smell. Silverware was dirty upon arrival. Furniture was not good(living room)Light fixtures that went to nothing we’re just laying around when we got there. The place could be a great little place if the owners took time with cabin. I hate writing this review. I would definitely not stay here again.

The closeness to town
The home has not been maintained the outside lights did not work there was food from 2018 in the pantry along with old paint and electrical supplies all in the pantry. The couch was broken wall paper pealing off the walls. We called the property management office three times and never got a call back . Not worth the money we spent for this rental .

Layout
