Great place with a few bumps

Place was clean and nice.

The frozen breakfast items. Poor breakfast, very poor breakfast... Bigger rooms. Very tight with a stroller... Advertise splash hollow more. Aware of the pool but not all that. We traveled with our kids and would of prepared better for that.

It was very enjoyable

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The dining room was open and inviting. The staff working the breakfast bar were cordial and helpful.

The designated smoking area was at the entrance to the lobby. It would have been better if it was at least 20 feet away, otherwise no complaints

I will definitely stay again

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great with alot of options. The location was perfect, walking distance to the shops and restaurants but far enough away from downtown that it was quiet. 1

It wasn't necessarily something I didn't like as it really didn't effect us, but for some reason, the water was shut off for about 4 hours in the middle of the day.

Loved our stay! The hotel is close enough to Main Street to walk but also quiet at night.

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and super clean! The hotel was just off the main street going through Gatlinburg so we were close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

The pancake maker was out of service while we were there so I didn’t enjoy the breakfast. It would have been nice to have scrambled eggs as an option as well.

Awesome pool and water park

The indoor water park was awesome. Best location and most of the attractions are in walking distance. Well maintained and a wonderful breakfast.

The hotel as a whole was great. The pool and slides were a hit with the family and the short walk to downtown was great.

The location was close to the attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed the extra large room. The breakfast was delicious (especially the cinnamon rolls). We liked that our room was cleaned daily. Some hotels don't do that.

We did not like that the smoking area was right below are window. People would be out there at 2 AM talking loudly. Also, the beds were too small.

Great place for kids in the heart of the Gatlinburg strip.

We loved the awesome water slides and game room. The continental breakfast was excellent as well. Friendly and helpful staff.

very clean, large rooms. breakfast was great. lots of activities on site including the water park area, mini arcade, etc. the location was excellent for walking around Gatlinburg.

it was good probably would stay again.

the room was nice and clean and everyone was friendly and beds were comfortable!

the breakfast wasn’t all that great because the waffle maker was broken,the 2nd day there wasn’t much left by 9 ran out of plates and juice. the pools filtration broke so the kids weren’t able to go in there for a while and even after they fixed it the chlorine was so strong it burned my kids eyes and they coughed a ton.

Great stay overall . Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Breakfast and the pool/water park was great.

They should have prepared a little better for the spring break crowd regarding the pool. It was shut down during our last evening there, and all my kids wanted to do was swim and they couldn’t because the filter/chemicals weren’t correct. The pool should’ve been prepared and checked in before they were expecting so many people to come Through . I chose this hotel specifically for the pool, so it was a bummer my kids couldn’t use it on their last day of vacation.
