Hotel Victoria is convenient to the train station and walking distance to everything. Check in was great. The hotel staff are very nice. The room was a double. It was pretty small, but we made it work. The bathroom was tiny. The shower was super small. You couldn’t turn the shower head so that the water was on you without holding the shower head in 1 hand. However, the water pressure was great and the hot water was nice. There is no where to place toiletries, but for 2 nights it worked fine.

No parking at property. Find a parking garage. Tiniest bathrooms ever, but a charming old world feel overall.

Great location near the train station but still quite nice. The restaurant next door was fantastic and it was only 5 minutes from the older section of town and 15 minute walking to the Cathedral. We were in an attic room with angled ceiling - but it was all very clean and quiet. Front desk staff was very helpful when i checked in.

Overall was good and comfortable, however, we found the room not warm enough (personal preference). The elevator was small, so we often optioned to take the stairs.

No electric at some power point, but moved me to another room swiftly

Great location, cold AC, good breakfast

Great spot for one night. Located close to the train station and all the sites within walking distance. Staff was great and the kids loved the hotel bunny.

Great, functional 3 Star hotel and base to explore Strasbourg

Stay was just fine, we booked last minute. Located in the heart of the city. Room was small but clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Parking is offsite and expenseive. The restaurant that was next door was open late and had wonderful food.

Beds were very comfortable, great and central location, convenient check-in, staff were friendly, lovely stay, and breakfast was delicious, good quality, and lots of options.

we enjoyed our stay at Victoria hotel, it was very clean, breakfast was excellent and the staff was so nice and helpful, its very close to railway station and shops, we would stay at Victoria hotel again without hesitation.
5.0
Staff was friendly at check-in and the property is in a great location close to the train station. We had a 5th floor loft room, so accessible only by stairs, as the elevator only goes to the 4th floor.

Enjoyed every aspect of the Hotel Victoria and our stay. Staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was fabulous and the location very convenient. Another highlight for us, in particular my son, was the adorable rabbit, Victor. Thank you all.
4.0
It was right in the center of the city. Parking is a bit of a walk from there. Ither than that it was cool.
4.0
The staff was amazing. We spent a lot of time socializing with them throughout the trip. They were warm and personable.
We loved the hotel rabbit - Victor.
Breakfast was good and cheap. The woman working the breakfast area was great.
The location of the hotel was in the middle of everything. It was perfect.
Elevator only went to fourth floor of five floors. Only 2 people could ride down or it wouldn't move. It was very small.
4.0
Do not like the rabbit at the lobby. That is a business place. You would not know if people are allergic to it.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and love the bunny, Victor!

Not enough hot water for two persons for bathing. Towels and bedsheets are dirty. It’s overpriced. Terrible service.

We enjoyed the mascot of the hotel (a bunny). The hotel was just a short walk from the station. On a busy street (mostly foot traffic) but not noisy at all at night . You can walk everywhere in Strasbourg.

Ideal location for weekend stay as in walking distance station, lovely Petite France and all centre.
Comfortable, clean and very helpful friendly staff. Very good value and interesting breakfast worth including.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was great. It is located nearby the train station and at a walkable distance from all attractions.

The hotel is in a convenient and walkable location, right near the train station. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!

Victoria Hotel is just a 3 minute walk from the central station. Easily walkable to all attractions and shopping. Loved our “ attic” room on the 5th floor. Was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was perfect for my teenage daughter and I. Would highly recommend

I liked that the hotel is close to the train station. It is on a pedestrian street that is busy during the day. It turned out that the street is a lot less busy at night, which I was glad about (less noisy). The room was super clean and the cleaning staff were friendly. The welcome at the reception desk was neutral. The rest of the time the desk staff were polite.

This property is about a 3 minute walk from the train station and also a short walk to city centre and attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downfall is It is on a very busy street so the street below is very loud at all hours of the night but again, you can’t beat the walking distance to the station and everything you will want to see. Check in and out was very simple and I would stay here again.

The property was close to the train station and to the shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and worth the price. If we are ever in Strasbourg, France again we will stay at this hotel again for sure.

It was very good, in the centrum!
The room was small but clean.

Very centrally located, 4 min walking distance from train station, could actually see the train station if standing in front of the hotel building.
Room is very clean and looks like new. The twin bed feels a little small.
All the receptionists are very polite. I was offered a city map with main attractions marked on it. Excellent customer service.

This is a small hotel within a very short walking distance of the main train station. It is located on a street with restaurant and shopping options and within walking distance of the city center and cathedral areas. The property is nice, well-kept and very clean. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff for a reasonable price. I would gladly stay at this hotel again. Great job!

The location is great, just across the road and you're in the old town, just round the corner from there and you're at the pretty canels.
The receptionist in the afternoon at check-in was outstanding. Really helpful, super friendly and gave lots of great advice and help.
The night receptionist however, was the opposite. He had ear buds in and barely acknowledged me at the desk. He was unwilling to help with my request.
My room was nice enough, there were some hairs in the sink and on the towels though unfortunately.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great location, bathroom is small but water pressure is good. A/C works great. Will stay again.

Great air conditioning, best I've slept in europe. But a fair number of homeless, mainly closer to the teain station.

Grandkids loved the family room with bunk bed. We had everything we needed and good a.c.. This is not fancy but very pleasant and clean with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was very nice too. I would definitely recommend Hotel Victoria!

So close to the train station! So many dining options and the hotel was cute and clean. We had a room with a bunk and then two twins. Great service, breakfast was good although very busy. Would highly recommend!

a few minutes walk from strasbourg main train station and 10min walk into the city centre / old town. the hotel has a little lift to take your luggage to your floor, the room was more spacious than i anticipated for a single bed and it had everything that i needed = tv, hairdryer, desk, chair, clothes hangers and rack etc but no kettle. nevertheless, its a great price / value if you only want a place to sleep, shower etc. would book again!

Very helpful staff. Convenient to the train station and old town.

Everything was fine ‼️

Our hotel was booked with plans for 3 adults to be sharing a room. Unfortunately there ended up being only 2 of us. The room had a double/queen sized bed and bunk beds. The bunk beds might’ve been a tough fit for a large adult. The bathroom is tiny. I loved the room, I thought it was charming. My husband felt it was too small. Our views were good as was the location.

The hotel is close to the train station, clean and modern. The balcony was nice. On the downside, the lift was out of order, wifi was slow and there were no safety lockers. We had a nice walk through Petit France and saw the locks of boats.

The property was acceptable but I must warn people about Taxis at Strasbourg train station. My train from Strasbourg to Basel was cancelled at the last minute. I went to the taxi stand outside station and asked taxi driver would he drive me to Basel he said yes yes no problem BUT in haste to get to my destination I did not ask him the cost. He drove me 80 mile on the motorway to Basel a journey which took 1 hr. and 10 minutes and charged me a whopping €338. I have since check out the fare for my journey with several taxi firms via email from Strasbourg and was giving quotes of €200- €220. I will be taking this further with Strasbourg Tourist office.
