The property is dated and the bathroom are extremely small

Good value for money, only if you are a big person the showers are small, at least in my room, breakfast is basic

酒店位置很好,停车也不错,靠近街道晚上有点吵,不能开窗户。 location is good, parking is good, close to the street a bit noisy at night, can not open the window.

I liked the bar very much.
I only disliked the fact I was informed that my hotel fees were paid before I arrived and yet as I left I was told that the money wasn’t paid!

Staff is very slow. Some light switches in the room did not work. A/C was leaking. Shower hose was half broken.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Free parking meant a lot in a crowded city. Breakfast good but not the best we have had. Booked for one night but stayed a second night.

The parking lot was tiny. It is a great business hotel, but only ok as a tourist hotel

The hotel was within walking distance to the sights. We had the suite and it was very nice! Enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Greco Teatro and all the historical sites in the area! The staff are very attentive and full of information, they are eager to help. They booked us pick up taxis and advised how to get to Ortigia. Breakfast was excellent with a good amount of choice and the staff very nice. The hotel has a bar outside with smoking area and a restaurant too. Overall a good place to stay when in Siracuse!! Take a taxi for 10-12 euros or a bus for 1.30 from station but you need to purchase a ticket from tabac hernia or kiosk first. Thank you for a great stay Panaroma!

Stayed here because of its proximity to the archeological park and other sites. The staff was extremely helpful with my driver who spoke no English. Explained to him where I wanted to go and called him when I needed him. The hotel is clean and modern and pictures show it accurately. It's not in a tourist area more residential. Good place for a business trip or for what I used it for to see the sites. Unfortunately nothing interesting in the neighborhood to do at nite. Id stay again if I needed to be in the area.

Lots of things should be improved, as my experience can show : spent 2 nights there : 1/ entrance door did not work 2/ parking is too small and nobody explains you how it works, basically first in 3/ got hurt by the entrance door on my feet while the receptionist was explaining I had to park elsewhere and he did not took care of my bleeding afterworks, I had to ask him for antisceptic and first help, he did not even appologize 4/ telephone was not working in the rooms for the 2 nights because... they were in the process of changing their telecommunication operator !!! 5/ Tried to talk to the Manager : first time, it was his day off.... second time, he was not available, he did not recontact me on my cell phone as I requested, 6/ Hotel is actually far from the old city, we went by car everytime, takes about 10 minutes to the first parking. I am really used to Hotel for business travels since years, I would say that the some of the people working there are very professionnal but it does not compensate the total lack of service quality. Don't go there.

There is no Panorama of any kind in this hotel. breakfast very mediocre

Spent two nights in a room overlooking the street. First night new guests arrived very late and I could hear every voice, footstep, bathroom visit etc. Plumbing at 0600 the following morning woke me up. Second night there was a guy next door who had an extremely loud very long phone call between 2300 and about 0400. Tried getting him to shut up via the main desk - nothing. Banged on the adjoining wall - just abuse in Italian. Went and banged on his door at 0100 and he just stood on the other side shouting abuse. My alarm went off at 0500 as I was leaving early to the airport. Not much fun at all. Restaurant was fairly mediocre too.

The bus system in Syracuse is almost non-existent: infrequent buses, bus stops scattered, no posted schedules, difficult to use. We ended up having to drive. City driving is the same craziness here, but no worse, and there is a convenient large parking lot near the bridges to Ortegia. We could walk to the archaeological park and museum from the hotel. Not much else around the hotel, as far as we could see. It is an OK place to stay. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a potential problem, although we did OK.

Good hotel. Great location

Somewhat difficult to find (there are no signs), but a nice and affordable hotel. My only complaint is that they advertise to have free parking, but there is limited space available. This caused me to have to park my rental on the street one of the three nights there. 5 euros for 24 hours of internet, which you can pause.

We stayed at the Panorama Hotel for one night and all in all the hotel provides everything you need. Only the room we got was quite depressive due to the dark colors. After you left the room the air conditioning went back to default settings, even you switched it off, which was very cold and you had to switch it off again after we returned.
The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom contained everything you need.
The breakfast buffet was nice and the coffee very good.
If you are a tourist I would recommend to search for a hotel in Oritigia (the old town of Siracusa) with all its restaurants and amenities.

We stayed 2 nights due to a wedding occasion.
It is clean and as expected. Nothing luxurious, but a good choice if you are looking for an affordable honest place to sleep.
Try the "Granita di mandorle" at their bar. Really Sicilian and good!

After checking in we realized our room smelled of smoke. After 'upgrading' to a sweet, which was a little bit bigger, the next room still smelled with a little smoke. The location is right on a main street and it's easy to get to Ortigia with a car. It's also right next to the main archeological attractions in Syracuse, so you can walk there. It is also more modern with a nice lobby and wi-fi (I believe). Good location, nice staff. I would recommend it if you don't mind a bit of a smokey room.

The Hotel Panorama struck me as an hospitable establishment that was doing a reasonable job. The set menus in the hotel restaurant were good quality and value and varied from day to day. Tea bags were provided at breakfast but not always the hot water that would have made actually drinking tea possible. The room was clean and well cared for, so no complaints on that score. I had miscalculated regarding the hotel's position, however, and it took me about an hour to walk to Ortygia, the island that contains the heart of Syracuse's restuarants and shops, along with the cathedral and other attractions. Driving in Italian cities is not for the faint-hearted and isn't really a viable alternative even if you have a hire car, as I did, unless you have nerves of steel.
