We stayed 10 days at the end of August, a family of 4 (2xadults, 1x17 yr and x1 13 yr). We were all inclusive in a River Passage 1 bedroom Private Pool Suite.
Previous holidays, we stayed in different MITSIS resorts (Laguna, Alilia, Blue Domes), so our review is compared to these.
Overall, the hotel is set in a beautiful location, well kept and clean grounds. Our room was lovely, with a huge bed, and ample storage. The private pool was cleaned daily, and also had x2 loungers and a day bed. Small things that let it down were, coffee cups that didn't fit beneath the espresso machine, and the constant contact with reception to get our mini fridge re-stocked. It should have been done daily, but a few days we were missed.
The beach and pool area was fab, with plenty of loungers available, no matter the time.
Food was good, but it felt like a few simple things were missing. Like the offer of milk and a spoon with your morning coffee. A gap in time between breakfast ending and the food truck / pool bar opening, meant a small wait. Ideally overlapping times would be better. The food was great, especially the food truck (with our kids). The x3 private restaurants were good, again small things let it down. Not everything was in the all inclusive, so a bowl of rice was €12 !
All the staff were brilliant & friendly.
A small thing that could be easily fixed. We asked for late check out at 5pm, but could only stay in our room till 1pm. This meant shower/changing by the pool before pick up.

The perfect relaxing family holiday. All the staff were amazing and accommodating for our children, food was amazing, the pool side service, with towels on the beds and toys, and drinks. Unable to say anything negative.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, grounds are well kept however the food lets the place down and it does not have an a la carte menu or menu to choose from at restaurants

The property and accommodations were 5-star but the service and food were more like 4-star. Some of the staff were exceptionally kind while others need training in customer service. We also wanted to play tennis but they had no tennis balls that were playable-seemed like balls were left out over the winter and collected to provide to us when we asked to play. And they didn’t correct that issue in our stay. Also, you had to wake early and get chairs on the beach or you wouldn’t get chairs because people would do that and not show up to their chairs for hours. Not enough chairs for the amount of guests.
Everybody spoke perfect English, and were generally happy to work there. Lack of management made handling smaller issues difficult.

The accommodation we stayed in had a very well maintained modern decor with ample storage and a bathroom with twin washbasins and two showers. The living room doubled up as an additional bedroom although we had no reason to use it for this purpose. The highlight without doubt was the private outside area with a pool. The resort itself was also beautifully maintained with an abundance of wild plants and a stream running from reception to the central restaurant area creating a very relaxed ambiance.

Overall, we really enjoying our stay at Lindian Village. The pool area and private beach are lovely, although you need to arrive early if you want to secure a cabana on the beach. Our family suite was very nice, clean and had comfortable beds. The air conditioning was just average and didn’t seem possible to be fixed. The rear outside area with private pool was excellent. So, a few minor quibbles but otherwise a lovely destination.

Quality of the garden grounds very good and pleasant to walk around. Easy access to private beach. Our room was described by expedia as having a garden view. This was not the case as our room was on the first floor and balcony overlooked two other villas, so little privacy.

Arrived late in the evening. We were greeted by reception staff and were made to feel very welcome. Offered lemonade and Greek delight which which was a nice touch. We were then transferred by buggy to our room which was overall OK but we were a little disappointed as it was not how it had been depicted on the website. There were several Restaurants, 5 in all, but only open on designated evenings which was difficult for us as we did not have an evening meal included in our package and there was nowhere to eat outside the complex. We were under the impression that there were tavernas outside the village but although there were 1 or 2, these were not within walking distance and it was dark by 6.30, no street lighting. Car recommended.Pebbly beach very clean.Good bar service. Free sun loungers, parasols and beach towels. However, the beach was unsafe for young children as the sea shelved rapidly and you were out of your depth very quickly it was also difficult to get out of the water. The overall appearance of this Hotel was very pretty, clean and tidy and had beautiful flowers which were tended to on a daily basis by dedicated staff. On numerous occasions throughout the day there was a terrible sewerage smell that forced us in to our room doors promptly shut.Lovely sandy bay nearby, small beach bar safe for children, small charge for sun loungers and parasols. You have to ring reception to request coffee - 2 pods per person daily- no more allowed!

Fundamentally, this hotel is very good, but one would expect less disappointments from a 5-star establishment. The location is great, away from crowds of tourists in a bay with a private beach. The beach is superb due to low density of beds. In fact, the entire hotel feels very quiet and relaxing as guests stay in separate 2-storey houses. The territory is well planned and full of beautiful plants and flowers. There are several restaurants on the territory, although only one or two are open at the same time. The personnel at the restaurants is generally very friendly.Where the hotel needs improvements is in room service. It is definitely not up to 5-star standards. Cleaning is done in a chaotic way. You can never be sure how many towels will be left after each visit. We had to call twice for soap replacement. Used tea cups would be washed every other day. In addition, something must be wrong with the air conditioning system as we felt strong smell of cigarettes from the AC during several days. The most unpleasant detail was black mold in the bathroom. It should be relatively easy to get rid of it, and it is definitely not acceptable in a 5-star hotel. To sum up, it is a very quiet hotel for people who want to relax on the beach, but you should not expect it to be on par with other European 5-star hotels.

We had a pool suite which was really fabulous but our kids room not great for an expensive 5* hotel. Disappointing location and entrance. Hiring a car was a must. Savvas and the VIP breakfasts a highlight. Great holiday but its just not 5*.

The hotel is the perfect getaway for a calm, relaxing break. It resembles a traditional Greek village with a stream and flowers at every turn. There is a lovely pool area with poolside bar, daybeds and loungers on the beach and beach boys to serve drinks. A welcoming spa provides a wide variety of treatments. The staff are warm, friendly and efficient and provided personal recommendations for local tavernas which didn't disappoint. Would love to return.....

Words cannot express. Excellent in every detail. Personal care. We felt really special. Amazing room with private pool. The main pool is very nice...what a nice experience. The food and service in the restaurant are better than 5 star. My only recommendation is that they should offer free bottle of water to every table. I know that we had half board, but during dinner they should offer free water. This was a comment by other visitors sitting in the table next to me.All in all, excellent resort. I never stay in a place twice, but I will visit again. I want to say a special thank you to Dimitris in the restaurant who was very helpful and recommended excellent wines.

Nice but much more than this. Far away from Rohdes city about 2 hours by bus but Lindos is very close

My wife and I visited the resort in early May ( we thought an deal time to go to Rhodes - as the it's not high season and the weather, an ideal 25- 30 degrees).Overall, we had a great relaxing stay .The welcome was warm, friendly and the client relations rep did a great job in explaining everything. Overall the staff in reception, restaurant, spa, pool side, housekeeping were all excellent - courteous, friendly helpful and accommodating with requests e.g. a kettle in the room. The resort is well laid out, spacious and well maintained throughout as befits a 4/5 star resort. Whilst we were in early season and the hotel not full, one felt that even at capacity, there would be a feeling of space and relaxation. The Junior Suite with the Jacuzzi on a private terrace that we had booked was very clean, comfortable, well appointed and looked exactly like the pictures on the website – with daily linen changes/turn down service. We had a room/breakfast deal and the breakfast buffet - variety/preparation/quality was good solid stuff. The room service is quick, well presented and food quality good. We ate one evening at the restaurant - good - not gourmet. A note : whilst there are 5 restaurants advertised – actually there was only one in operation at any time – excluding the cafe – maybe too early in season ?Would certainly stay there again and would recommend strongly to couples looking for a relaxing break.
