Recommended by friends - it didn't disappoint. Food very good. Evening entertainment some evenings disappointing.

We were on all inclusive basis. Food was excellent with a variety of food available all day. Animation team is great with different activities for everyone. Staff very friendly. Excellent service.

Fantastic trip, it was my birthday and the hotel team gave me champagne and a cake at dinner which was lovely! Hotel is a short walk to the private beach, which is part sandy part rocky. The indoor pool and adults only pool were fantastic to swim in, and as vegetarians we had lots of food options.
Only con -
Any tourist attraction required a long bus or a short taxi ride, prices are quite expensive for the distance travelled.

Nice property with children pool and nice adult pools as well. The food was really really good! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are basic but very clean and spacious.
The only 2 disadvantages we had were that no one told us the kids club is completely closed in September and that there were many fire ants around the pool- once we said it to the staff I think they sprayed the area and couple of days later it became a bit better.

Good service, nice hotel and great location

Being completely honest, this is not a property we would recommend or ever return to. Having stayed at the Olympic Lagoon and Aliathon resorts, it really shows this hotel and resort for what it is.
An old tired building, poor selection of restaurants and food choices for All Inclusive, and rooms that when we were packing, we realised how dirty and dusty it was as it had not been cleaned properly.
I feel sorry for the staff because most of them are really nice and really helpful - but this is not a 4* resort or hotel!

Very friendly staff. All our requests were fulfilled. Except for the indoor swimming pool, which was not warmed up on the last day, due to low season or some work going on. The food was very good, the buffet was rich and abundant.
The management was always present and visible. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice place

Welcome was pleasant and very helpful. Our room change was excellent however they forgot every morning to leave bathroom items we needed so we had to buy our own.
The honeymoon suite was not what you would expect but pleasant. Room service for us was dismal and disappointing. the communication between guest and kitchen needs re training on how to speak to guests. Attempted to charge extra for every breakfast item on top of room service charges when we had inclusive breakfast. Vicky kindly stepped in but we felt this was not a comfortable experience as we were told.. as your husband is unwell " This time will be complimentary" it was the way in which the message was delivered could have been a little more sensitive than a scolding as if we were naughty school children being let off a punishment for not obeying rules. Vicky on the whole was the most amenable staff manager who tried to make our experience more comfortable. Parking on weekends can sometimes be difficult maybe staff could use other spaces rather than directly in front. The amenities for the children is wonderful and they are kept busy. the pools are glorious and will be much enjoyed in summer months. We thank Vicky and her team.

Mostly thanks to the amazing staff who did everything he can to make us happy.
The rooms are outdated (regular keys in 2021) - but relatively large, the food is overall good (the dining room was renovated and it is very nice to eat there), indoor swimming pool was nicely heated - highly recommended for families.
And again - the staff was so kind and helpful - thank you!

Really Nice Views

I came here for a short getaway with my boyfriend. We enjoyed it! The room was comfortable, great size, and had a nice balcony that faced the sea. The service was great, we got free drinks on arrival and were always met with an eagerness to help or answer questions. We loved the promenade that connects all of the hotels in the area and went for a lovely mid-morning walk.
If I could improve two things about the hotel it would be the food and the temperature of the jacuzzi! We thought the food was just decent (a highlight was the apple crumble for dessert!). The jacuzzi was lukewarm, even colder than the regular pool. We asked about it and were told it was as hot as it gets. Not sure if it's a malfunction but it definitely wasn't a jacuzzi at that temperature (instead I drew myself a bath in my room, which was lovely).

We had a great holiday here for New Year. The staff really made it, service was exceptional and everyone put in full effort.
New Years Eve gala meal was slightly chaotic but staff were great and it was a fantastic evening.
Food on all inclusive was great, lots of variety so never got bored.
Pool areas were clean, except for the cats but outdoor pools too cold to use (not heated). Indoor pool was heated but too cold to sit around the edge.
Room was basic but clean, soft drinks refilled in mini bar daily. Everything we needed.
Play area was for younger kids, our 5 year old was too big!
Some areas of the hotel are a little tired and could do will a facelift but for the price you can't complain.
Hotel is in an excellent location, 20 minute walk to the harbour along the sea front...it's a beautiful walk and very safe.
We stayed for 5 days in the winter which was just right, any more would be too long. The weather was a mix of sun/showers (15-20 degrees) so not warm enough for beach/pool (,unless you wear a hoody) and limited indoor activities for kids but we didn't get bored.
I'd recommend if you are looking for a relaxing, laid back, good value all inclusive with excellent service and excellent location.
If you're looking for 5 star luxury this probably isn't for you but we would definitely go back.

Very pleasant weekend break with good food and very friendly staff. WiFi connection was a little hit and miss on my phone and Fire but was fine on a laptop.

Very friendly hotel. Cleanliness excellent. Nothing too much trouble.

No information was given at check in..
I was forced to have drink and pay for it..
Very unpleasant stay.

Great location, lovely staff, good food, lots of sunbeds. Only small point was charging for safe deposit box.

Good clean hotel with attentive staff and everything on hand that you could want on holiday.

We will leave only tomorrow but we are so happy for staying at that hotel that I must write my thanks. Everything here was just great : the facilities, the food ( you can not imagine how many choices and how tasty ) the team. Each one of them all around just to make you happy. All day there are things to do with the entrtmanit team and every evening a show. I choose it espacily for the heated indoor pool and couldn't imagine how successfully it be

As I had selected Half Board and not All Inclusive it was noticeable that when ordering drinks at dinner that the glasses were only 20cl. The cost of a diet coke was Euro 2.5 for 20cl. Also the cost of using the in room safe was Euro 3 per night and when I tried to hand my key back in early I was informed that the contract was until the end of my stay and no refund was available for early return of the safe key. All the hotels I have visited in the last two years have not charged for the in room safe. The WiFi is not fit for purpose and was extremely slow. i gave up with it and just used my own 4G allowance on my mobile.

The location and facilities were top notch. Food and service were both excellent.

Loved it we were made very welcome would definitely recommend

The rooms were a bit tired and would need a renovation. The breakfast was excellent, staff & welcome drink just great! Location perfect, area very nice. Few sandy beaces for swimming a short walk away.

Great hotel, good rooms, food is delicious and variant. Good hotel location. We will back!

we Went for our honeymoon. The hotel was very relaxing with the best food we have had in an all inclusive resort so far. Great location near to the beach and loads of water sport activities on your doorstep,
The staff were immense and are by far the selling point of this location.
4.4
The room was spacious with a perfect sea view.
The food was amazing and the staff very helpful and attentive.
We hope to visit again soon.

Lovely hotel nice and relaxing. The staff were really attentive. Loved the bar service even on the beach. Food was great especially loved the extra finishing touches to the desserts.

Had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, at a good time of the year. Service was good, food selection was good and facilities were good. Location not bad (it has a beach, albeit small... Many hotels in the area don't). Prices for drinks not bad. The sea view from our room was very nice, and the room (family suite) was of a good size. Free parking. Nothing was spectacular, but then again, we went here on the basis of the reviews and the expectation that it would be a four star experience. And we couldn't fault much on that basis.
I think it's a matter of managing your expectations. It is a solid four star hotel. If you go in expecting that, you'll have a good time. If you go in nitpicking about everything, then you might be disappointed.
We would highly recommend this place if you're on a budget and/or have the right expectations.
A general tip: if you're planning to take a taxi from the airport, it may be more economical to rent a car. E.g. a taxi from the airport cost us €35. A few days later, we rented a car for two days for £25 (total cost). Had we researched better and in advance, we would be better off renting a car and driving to the hotel from the airport. Depends on what you can find.

Nice family easter getaway! Friendly hotel staff.
4.4
Hard to fault the hotel and its staff.
4.4
The hotel was in a good location, staff were very friendly and helpful (could not fault the staff at all) food was very good and everything was very well presented. The only fault I have, and it is very minor, is that the air conditioning could have been better and it would have been nice to have had a light on the balcony.
4.4
hotel was in great location, staff, food, amenities all very good. but rooms really need some maintenance. we had 3 rooms & showers in all needed attention, lights needed bulbs, tv remote batteries. doors did'nt shut properly, some days we had to phone for towels, but dispite these issues we would still recommend others to visit hotel.

First visit to Cyprus. Late June early July trip was not too busy but still extremely hot. Our rooms were spacious and came with an unexpected seaview. Aircon failed one day, but was fixed by the next. The food was great - good breakfast choices and the many themed nights for the evening meal made food varied - but there were so many interesting and reasonably priced restaurants nearby that we regretted a little taking HB option. Pools and gardens clean and inviting with ample sunbeds. NOTE Indoor pool and adjoining garden area were adult only but I'm not sure if the brochure said that - great for us travelling with older teenage sons, but maybe not for kids with sensitive skins needing a pool out of the sun. Entertainers were a great bunch, but it was all more suited to the kids. We would definitely go back again.
4.4
Food superb but dining room like a raiway station,no ambience whatsoever.Beds and pillows good but bed linen and towels very tired.Beach towels for which deposit was charged were quite disgusting, why a charge ,nobody would want them anyway. The staff in general were good but seemed to be very transient and only there for short terms. The big problem was the availability of hot water. Some mornings no hot water 'til 9.30 pm never any pressure, some evenings water just tepid, so used showers at swimming pool, all this in spite of 3 different maintenance men and a complaint to the manager personally,it didn't improve,I think the hotel needs refurbishing.Would go back but will make sure water system is good first( some rooms seemed to be O.K.I believe) The T.V. was abyssmal just Sky News and bad reception at that.No CNN or BBC world which are available in most 3 star hotels now. This hotel only merits 4 star for it's food. We will try other hotels next time I think.
