It’s such a lovely and quaint hotel. Perfect location to transportation and all Siena shopping, dining, and touristy areas. The hotel staff was amazing. Maria Louisa and Gabriella are the best. You will love the views from the terrace. Breakfast is served every morning. We felt quite at home and without question, we would stay there again.

Marie Louisa was AMAZING! Such a good manager. This is a delightful hotel-- splurge on the room with the terrace if you can. One of our favorite rooms ever with a view to die for.

We had the first floor suite and the view was incredible looking over the valley to the duomo. The reception lady was superb. There is a well furnished lounge. All in all, it is an excellent place.
We had a car. Let them know in advance and you can drive up to the hotel and drop luggage, then park your car nearby.

Amazing. Views from our terrace were breathtaking. You will want time to sit out and take it all in.

Nice little cozy hotel. Feeling like staying in a luxury house from another time! Fantastic

One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Excellent reception, amazingly good environment, extraordinary interior, great location. The only downside is that we stayed too short in this great hotel. Tools - silver, interior details - expensive, so I ask all visitors to protect and love this place, and if anyone reads my opinion before choosing - do not hesitate for the difference of 50€ and choose this establishment, you will not be disappointed. You will rarely find such care.
The TV is old and small, but who needs it in Sienna? When you are tired of visits, you can go to the salon and enjoy its interior, books, games and drinks.
It will be a great choice both when arriving by car and by public transport.

Campo Regio is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed at. The most wonderful view and the best service!
Our stayed at Campo Regio made our first visit to Siena an unforgettable one!

The welcome received was very friendly from both Marie Louise and Sara. The view of Siena from the lounge and balcony is exceptionally beautiful. The interior is veery comfortable and stylish, and the use of a well stocked ‘honesty bar’ is lovely on a balmy evening! Fantastic!

This is a beautiful property with a wonderful staff. They were very helpful with planning cars to airport, covid testing for US, must sees in Siena, etc. Wishing I could go back!

Best hotel in Siena. Get the room/suite with the view of the cathedral. Very large room. The lounge/bar/patio is gorgeous. Excellent place to have breakfast or enjoy a spritz. (Tourists came by inquiring about it while we were checking in, but it's for guests only. It's like that.) Everybody that worked there was excellent. Would 100000% stay here every time.

I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Siena. This adorable hotel captures the full charm of Tuscany and is run with such care and detail

Exceptional, all of it. The staff (Tatiana and others) are incredibly helpful, polite and unpretentious. The facility is superb simplicity and superb comfort. The ambiance is serene quietness. This is little hotel tack away in the city walls is “A Room with a View” in Tuscany!
Will always return to this place.

The air conditioning wasn’t the best. The parking is a little stressful. After we figured it out it was manageable, but after driving and checking in it was a bit much.

Campo Regio was by far the nicest hotel during our entire two week Italian 6 city stay.
The location is perfect and romantic.
Easy walking to any location within Siena.
The staff are professional and s dream to interact with.
We cannot day enough about Campo Regio only that you will not be disappointed staying here. It is like something out of a movie....a must!

Beautiful place, gorgeous furniture and interior decoration. The view from the dining room is wonderful! Staff were friendly and attentive without being over bearing. And there were lots of nice touches to make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable- fresh fruit, lovely linen sheets and bedding. Would absolutely stay here again, cannot recommend it highly enough.

A wonderful place to stay - within walking distance of the main square and Duomo and most of the old city. Beautiful linens and views from the rooms. The staff is very gracious and helpful. The balcony for welcome drink and breakfast has a spectacular view of Sienna. I cannot recommend enough.

This was the second time we chose to stay here. It has been our favorite hotel to stay in Italy. One feels a warm, comfortable feeling here. It is a small hotel with many personal touches for you to experience. The beds are very comfortable and the staff was wonderful and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and much appreciated. There was a lovely terrace overlooking part of the city center.

This hotel was great! Friendly staff, beautiful terrace for breakfast. Highly recommend!! Siena is an amazing place. Only downside is that it was a little difficult to find at times, but that likely has more to do with my sense of direction. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent only one night but wish it was longer. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Every detail of the hotel is classical. We celebrated a family engagement with champagne out on the terrace which will always be a beautiful memory. tge breakfast in the morning was beyond expectations. Staying here is an experience you will not want to miss.

Best hotel yet! Only down side is that we only stayed one night! Best views of Siena from their stunning garden terrace!

We stayed in 8 different hotels while touring around Tuscany and this was far and away the best in every way. We were given very clear directions in advance of our stay and had no difficulty driving into Siena and finding the hotel. The building is lovely, sensitively modernised and beautifully kept. Our room was perfectly clean and well appointed. There is a terrace with a wonderful view of the duomo, an honesty bar and an excellent choice at breakfast. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. 10 out of 10.

Great location with great views, hotel front desk incredibly friendly and knowledge

Though difficult to find (even with GPS) this delightful small hotel inside the central restricted zone was a find. Breakfast on the balcony looking acrosbest restahrantss to the Cathedral was a wonderful way to start the day. All points of interest are a short walk away...and a slightly longer walk will keep you on more level streets with more interesting shops. Hostess/owner Maria takes good care of you and can recommend the best restaurants and shops. An excellent value overall.

We stayed in a suite with a patio...It was SO worth the money. We tromped from Venice down to Rome staying at 6 different places along the way. This was by far my favorite place. The bedding is heavenly. The view is almost too crazy to believe. We fell in love with Siena and loved this spot!

This hotel is small (6 rooms) and exquisite in every detail. The staff cannot help you enough. They are welcoming and friendly and have excellent English. Situated a few minutes walk to the centre of Siena but in a quiet street with easy access from a number of directions.
Marie-Luisa is especially helpful in guiding you to places or things you might not know about including excellent restaurants and their times. The lounge and breakfast area is a delight and an oasis after a busty day in Siena.
Breakfast is sumptuous with many many choices of fresh cheeses, meats, fruits, pastries, breads and more.
The rooms are perfection with big bathrooms beautifully appointed and huge beds with crisp linen (pure linen).
5.0
Cozy six room hotel in good location in the historic center. The view from the breakfast room and patio (and some of the rooms) is stunning and worth the stay itself. Best part perhaps is the super friendly and welcoming staff. Cross a first-class luxury hotel with the casual friendliness of a great B&B Inn and you have the Campo Regio.
