A good experience, clean and well equipped bed was rather soft and uncomfortable

Apartments were fine and the location was great, but check-in with fully online system and no person to answer any call was hassle.

the added bar on to the floor of the threshold of bathroom door should be advertised on the same door to avoid accidents to people bare feet

Basic but clean and very well located. Easy check in and let drop off. Also had a well equipped kitchen for a studio apartment.

OK The key office place was wierd. And not obvious under all that construction covering. Should have been better signs.

Citykoti offers easy short term apartment rentals in Helsinki downtown. This time my place was mixed bag - the apartment was extra small, somewhat worn down and dirty. However it was at a good location, offered kitchenette and a washing machine and that's all what I needed.

Great location and nice apartment!

Tiniest place ever! But....but...it was 2 blocks from everything we wanted to see. Close to the metro, buses; vibrant area. Not sure we would stay there again, it was so small, but we had a blast!
Major drawback was getting the keys and having no one help us.
Very safe area, just small!

Instructions to find apt were a bit lacking but managed to find it.
Apt was rather small but functional

Very convenient location. We were close to the train station about a 15 easy walk. Metro station and trams nearby. Very nice Tandori Indian restaurant a quick walk away.

Good location and clean/quiet room. Had a bit of difficulty trying to figure out the access when I arrived but got there in the end! No issues with the room however

Good location & new hotel idea when there is no reception or personnel , u hv to check in & out with the new technology .

Support provided by the staff and amenities were really good

Great value for money. Missing little things to be perfect: no curtains!!! Folding blinds are not enough.. very annoying to wake-up with daylight. Kitchen: everything was there (dishwasher tablets etccc....) but dishwasher had no salt or rince aid>>> not turning on without them. These are small things though. Great flat for money right in the centre. Will come back.

Great location in the city center. I suppose it’s the best price for apartments in Helsinki. Unless there is central heating in the apartment, it was a little bit cold during our stay. If you travel by car, you can leave it at the parking suggested by the hotel for 28€/day or at the private parking nearby for 18€/day.

Nice place, no problems, close to center. As described.

I usually sleep excellently wherever I am, but I barely slept at all here. The walls were paper thin and I could hear at least two or three couples having sex and arguing at 3 or 4am, on both nights, the bed was uncomfortable as hell and it didn't feel clean. There were stray hairs in the shower and the keys were difficult to use. I got 3 hours sleep in total over two nights and I don't usually have difficulty sleeping.

Very good property, self service from check in to check out. I'm cool with it, but if you need check service with human, maybe not for you. Clean and convenient.

Overall great experience as usual. This time we had a little problem with the apartment being too cold after our arrival - the heating had been closed. Quick call to the reception got everything resolved on the very same day even though it was late afternoon already.
General info: well-equiped apartment in the city centre, ideal when you are travelling for more than one or two nights and do not want to spend money in restaurants. You can cook your own meals, wash your clothes, there is a dishwasher as well. Near to the location are grocery store and pharmacy.
Location in close vicinity to Kamppi is great - walking distance to anything important in the centre.
The internet connection in the apartment could be a bit faster though.
This has been my 4th stay with the Citikoti Apartments and I will surely stay again in the future.

Good location. Simple. Poor service. Tricky doors.

It was a very nice apartment, we had a pleasant stay.

Biggest frustration is that the reception hours/facilities for these serviced apartments is VERY limited. We were forced to leave our luggage in a locker at the central station from our arrival in Helsinki at 9am, we couldnt get the keys until 3.30pm. Also you collect them from a postbox in the buildings ground floor, so we never saw any staff the whole time we stayed there. The apartment itself was fine, it served its purpose and was big enough for 2 people, with sufficient cooking facilities. Its located close to the central bus station/metro station and a big shopping centre with plenty of restaurants/supermarkets close by. Also 5 min walk to rock church, 15 mins to train station and centre of town. Overall good value for money and would consider staying again if were back in Helsinki.

Horrible hotel - the only good thing was it’s location right in downtown. Super uncomfortable hard beds(it’s probably softer to sleep on the floor!), hard wood chairs so there was nowhere to comfortably sit in the room. Impossible small bathroom with no room to move in the shower without turning the water off. There was only 4 small packs of shampoo( enough for 2 days, and we stayed 2 weeks) and 1”x1” piece of soap. No cleaning services during your stay. The room looked completely different compared to the picture online. The female assistant at the main office was extremely rude to us. We were given only 1 key so we couldn’t even go and explore the city separately! Online it was posted as a 4 star hotel, but I would say it’s below 1. We will NEVER stay there again!

This place has a great location and a cool feel. Its small but has everything. Part B was hard to find (through the car port). I never actually met anyone working there.

It was a good basic facility - no soap and I think no towels. There was a small kitchen area with utensils, glasses, plates. The room was temperature controlled. It is a little far from town - maybe 10-15 minutes. The bed was okay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there is a communal room where you can eat, make coffee, although you will need your own supplies. I paid about $100 US dollars in mid June - Helsinki is an expensive city. It is a good value.

The property is exactly as described and very close to all the shops. Main train station is a 15 min walk from the property. I had emailed the property 48 h prior to arrival as instructed by them and had asked a question but did not get any reply. Once i reached there everything was fine.

Good: Close to center, restaurants, shoping, bus, train and boat.
The bed is comfortable.
Realy nice apartment with everything you need for cooking, eating and sleeping.
Headsup: No oven and no freezer. The sound is easily heard out to the stairwell
Over all this is a livingplace I will come back to👍👍👍👍

Nice hotel, very close to city centre. Good standard of room but a couch or soft chair would have been nice. Overall good value for money for our family room

The staff that welcomed us was friendly, and the apartment was close to the city centre. However this is where the good things end. They have crazy checkin/checkout hours (checkin after 15, checkout before 10), which is probably my fault that I missed during reservation. However the apartment and especially the bathroom could have taken some extra cleaning. The plates were so dirty and greasy that they were actually stick to each other. The walls are so thin that you practically hear everything that happens in 3 floors radius.
Maybe they have renovated a few rooms for the photos you see here, but ours was definitely not one of those.
I understand that this option was much cheaper than a hotel, but still I expected more.

This place is managed as rental apartment not a hotel, staff does not make customer feel welcomed. No receptionist here just employee working as rental office clerk. Extremely disappointed of the way they treat customer.

Great location close to the centre of the city but a couple of streets outside the CBD area so wasn't at all noisy. Easy key pick up out of hours (though check in hours are only 3.00-5.00pm so a lot of people must use this) and apartment was a few doors away.
Apartment was super clean, modern and comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff at the office were super friendly and helpful.

The room we had was massive. The location great- 3-5 minute walk to the centre of town. Staff were polite and helpful :) reccomend! Much nicer to have a kitchen and big room over a small expensive hotel room.

Tiny but clean apartment close to the train station. Nice area. Comfortable bed.

Very nice unit. Great attention to the details. Everything (and most of it new) you need to prepare food was there. A washing machine was a plus for the unit. Very convenient location, comfy bed, super clean, and a very friendly and helpful staff made for a great visit.

We had a good experience. The location and the price is very good and the possibility of having a kitchen makes a huge difference in expensive Helsinki. The general condition of the apartment was very good and the landlord very attentive with us.
