Great location. Great restaurant.
Main check in could have been more friendly. Room was a little small but worked.

Rude, nasty staff. Near impossible to reach them. They rely on automated messages that are contradictory. If you're able to get someone on the phone, they'll tell you that they're annoyed to talk to you. Awful customer service. Lacking in basic decency.

Food was great.selection could be bigger. More seasonal fruit would be a nice addition.

Being deep in the woods
That I had to leave, which is my fault for not booking multiple days

We have stayed here multiple times. The front desk is very accommodating and we had a small situation in which he fixed for us immediately. They seem to care about their guests and the location is great. We were able to get drinks and food, along with swim in the clean pool and enjoy the game room.

Very charming, beautiful surroundings, delicious restaurant, very clean, great value.
Expect small bugs sneaking in and no breakfast on certain days. would not call this a resort.

Good location
You can get a much cheaper rate booking directly with the hotel. Rooms were filthy, the floor was disgusting. The wood posts on the headboard pulled my hair out. the staff was largely unhelpful. The WiFi was horrendous.

the location was great and the fireworks show was phenomenal. staff was a pleasure doing business with and very friendly. they worked with me on my service animal and yes they are allowed
costed quite a bit while eating at the restaurant. we had to pay extra to make substitutions on any hamburger or sandwich. I enjoyed the drinks at the bar.

The restaurant and service nice, the food prices were high
The Television and internet service not working, and we had ants in the bathroom

fairly nice location close to Mt St. Helens south side. very clean and cozy room with porch. Very friendly staff and the burgers they serve are heavenly!
breakfast starting at 8 am is a little late for the early birds like me. Quality of the coffee in the room can be improved, but I am very particular about strength and taste. it is an average cup of joe …
Too much smoke and too many proteins in the air starting at around six (sorry to all of you who lives bbq and campfires).

It was quiet, well insulated. Just remodeled. Clean. Enjoyed the furniture style including the bench outside on the deck.
Could have used a second waste basket next to the refrigerator. Could have used a second coffee cup for the second morning.

Beautiful interior and loved that it had a microwave and mini fridge. Property was quiet at night and late check in was easy. Thanks!
No complaints! Great stay.

The cabin I picked was the perfect size for me and my 6 yr old son. It was awesome ro have a playground and a cafe just steps from where we were, and a perfect spot to stay for the activities we had planned. Will definitely be back in the summer for the swimming pool and the national monument spots that were closed!
