Everything! It was a beautiful location, overlooking a gorgeous yard and pond. The front porch was nice and shaded too.
The room was spotless and decorated so lovely. The shared areas were so homey and cozy. The breakfasts were AMAZING! Amanda if a proper chef and made us the most beautiful food. Becky was so hospitable and gave us suggestions for our day.
Having to leave.

Everything
My only suggestion is stronger coffee in the morning. Maybe a Kerurig coffee machine for round the clock access?
Other then that the place was spectacular.

Great place + location, with super relaxing vibes.
Amanda is an outstanding host and super respectful! 100% recommend
All good & nothing really that caught my eyes! Breakfast was insanely good and would've loved to eat more but this is just personal ( there was enough food and it was delicious, thus why I wanted more :))

We loved our stay. Beautiful location, luxurious room, and the hot tub looking out over Otter Pond is amazing. Amanda is a great host who goes above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. My friend and I have a number of food allergies and she made us custom breakfasts that fit all of our dietary restrictions and were amazingly delicious. That was such a special touch. I can't wait to come back!

The setting was very nice with trees all around and the pond covered in water lilies in the back off a very inviting deck and hot tub. Our breakfasts were exceptional and our host was a chef. She was very helpful and extremely pleasant. We felt right at home. Would have been nice to stay a little longer and have more time to enjoy it.

Breakfast was awesome both mornings. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the birds while eating. The Victorian bathroom was a highlight. The shower is massive and the water pressure was great. The claw foot tub was a hit as well. All the touches from the soap to the robes, and Amanda set out a great bottle of wine for us for our 15th anniversary. There is a large and eclectic library upstairs to peruse and I chose a few to read in the comfortable chairs in our room. We can't wait to go back!

Amanda, our host was a culinary expert. She prepared wonderful breakfasts each day. We loved the low key environment. There are 5 rooms in this quaint b&b.
other B&B's we have stayed in had snacks available throughout the day and some had happy hour with wine. It would have been nice to have those amenities but did not deter us from enjoying our stay.

Breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented featuring a pastry of the day - on one morning it was palmiers and on the next chocolate chip scones. - served with fresh fruit. Tea and coffee were very good and available throughout the day.
Accommodation was very comfortable - our king size bed was great and had a pair of easy chairs beside the window so we could enjoy the view. Throughout the property there were inviting places to sit and relax - Adirondack chairs on the grass, a spacious furnished deck, a sitting area inside with a view of pond and the bird feeders, a delightful little library nook with a computer for guest use. In our room the king size bed was wonderful and there were a couple of easy chairs by the window so we could enjoy the pond view.
Everything was perfect. People with mobility issues would do well to inquire about access

Amanda put so much thought and care into every aspect of the B&B that made the stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
Some specifics/ highlights:
* The breakfast - really stellar breakfast with ample variety and options. Amanda is especially such a great baker and prepared us pastries + fruit to go when we didn't have time for a sit down breakfast.
* The premises are just stunning. Really lovely pond in the back with lots of outdoor seating. The house itself was also really clean and spacious with lots of areas to lounge/ eat.
* There's a hot tub! Also with a great view.
* The bedroom (we booked the Goldfinch, which has a separate entry) was so lovely. The shower was a bit tight, but that's the only small note I had. The bed is SO comfortable and the sheets were so incredibly soft.
* Ample water + tea - bring your water bottle/ thermos and you won't need to be worried about being hydrated.

Breakfast was always delicious. Pastry du Jour was really nice to have as a snack throughout the day. I have a sweet tooth however, and one morning my partner was craving a savory breakfast option. The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. We hung out in our room for a good part of the day without feeling like an annoyance to the other guests.

High quality linens and toiletries, a wonderful fireplace, great skylights, outstanding food and a relaxing environment.
It is a house not a hotel therefor walls are house walls not hotels walls and you can hear things.

Our stay was amazing. Amanda is a great host and the inn is absolutely beautiful. The contactless check in went smoothly. The place is in perfect location close to Moran park and is a great way to continue your day after day in the forest, relaxing while enjoying the birds at the pond. It is very quiet, charming and calm.
Nothing. Everything was great! I would come back!
