The ladies at the front desk were excellent! I had locked myself out of my room and they came to the rescue. The hotel facility over all was clean and in order as it should. The room we stayed in was in need of maintenance and upkeep. The bathroom tile had two pieces that were loose and pulled up with ease. The shower walls looked like it had been cleaned bout three of four visitors ago, scale build up that you could take your fingernail and scrape it off. The bathroom over all needed a thorough cleaning. The shower head nearly worked. The HVAC system needed work, the heat barely worked, the air output was horrible.

We arrived around 11 or midnight thinking we would have clean rooms. You could tell one of the rooms had been made to look like it was turned over but when I pulled back the sheets they were dirty and you could tell they were not replaced. I called for service there was no one to fix this so we have to pack up 4 kids and move both of our rooms. When we got into the new I checked everything again. It seemed fine until I started taking the blankets apart. There was a blood-like stain. It was replaced with a king size blanket as there were no queen blanket. I was told they don’t keep extras and she would try to help us make the bed because there was no housekeeping. Out of the 4 days we were there our room was cleaned one time. I had to constantly call and ask for that service which is crazy. I paid to be at a hotel so we wouldn’t have these problems. Besides moving rooms and giving us a new blanket, they never tried to make it right. Will not ever stay here again.

The only negative thing was that there was no curtain in our room. Only a shade which was see through from the parking lot. So we got dressed in the bathroom and kept the lights out. Everything else was wonderful. Pool, breakfast, check in, etc. Won't book again simply because we prefer our privacy. Thought it might be a fluke but read some other reviews after and noticed others have had the same experience. I would definitely add curtains to your rooms asap.

Great location on the west side, firm beds, nice price. "Joe" does an awesome job every morning in the kitchen. Enjoyed my stay here.

The Comfort Inn that we stayed at in Lubbock on October 3-7 confirmation number 72057945412136, had a major issue with the elevator. The only day it worked was the day we checked in and of course our room was on the 3rd floor. My wife and I are elderly and it was especially difficult for us to get our luggage down the stairs when we checked out. I believe I should get a some sort of a refund on our stay. The hotel itself was good but an elevator that was out 3/4 of our stay is not acceptable.

Workers were great and front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast was probably the saving grace to this place to be honest. The room we had faced the highway and I’ll tell you what they need to update the windows to double pane or something else as all you can hear is the cars passing by and traffic noise like no other. There was a toenail which wasn’t ours on the floor, hair in the bathroom, and a musty smell throughout. The cleaning staff probably does work hard to clean the rooms as best as possible, but on this trip it seemed more like a third rate motel. I guess it’s hard to expect much due to the area, but at the nightly cost I would expect more than what was offered.

The room was Dirty, as in not cleaned properly. Filthy tub, like dirty water had been dumped in tub; even on outside of tub and on the wall beside the tub. The girl from the desk cleaned the tub, but the dirt on the wall I simply rubbed with a damp towel. Blood stain on the carpet. Inefficient cleaning staff. The bed was way too soft for my bad back. The mini fridge did not cool; in fact it was leaking onto the floor. The noise from the freeway was disturbing. I will not recommend this hotel or stay at this location again.

Overall a great stay. The property is a little older and the knock in the elevator around the 2nd floor is a little concerning, but I was assured all was ok. The staff was amazing and the key thing I will remember. From the individuals at the front desk (helpful, efficient, and always smiling) to those cleaning rooms and hallways. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was very positive. I can tell everyone works well together and the crew does a great job.

Ensure you lock your vehicles and keep the windows rolled up. My daughter had a backpack with underwear and a makeup mesh bag stolen in the middle of the day while she was parked in front of one of the main entrances.

When we arrived the hotel staff was rude. I came down to get some snacks and hotel reception ignored me. When she saw me, she was extremely rude. The main reason we stayed at the hotel was for the pool and hot tub. The pool was okay but the hot tub smelled sour. We entered our room and we were hit in the face with a terrible smell. The shower was not clean. We have had previous experience with Comfort Inn and Suites and we have been happy, but this location and staff were terrible.
