Not exactly the Ritz, but then it was pretty cheap.
An hour to Lille on the train, so pretty good.

Dirty, smelling of smoke in the rooms, cigarette burn marks in the floor, bedding and bathroom. Dreadful place

This chain of motels are all over France, basic but functional for a stopover tiniest of showerooms , really no frills but convenient for the expo centre I was visiting

As a family the stay wasnt bad but the shower was excellent, if you're planning just on sleeping and leaving early morning then it's perfect for that.

The check in was fine and staff was friendly but room smelt either of stale smoke or just un-aired. Bed was a little hard. Nothing much around the area to eat without driving off. Appreciate that it is a budget hotel but thought it would be a little better

The hotel was closed when we arrived so we had to find another hotel to stay at.

The place is just worn out if you may.....in bad need of a complete restoration ..as an example b room door had hole partially punched thru it and as all puckered up from water damage. No air conditioning and was hot. And the breakfast was very very minimal no cereal old bread, etc. the worse hotel in this chain have stayed in..am in best one now..a world of difference.

Is good just to spend the night I will compare it to the equivalent of a road motel in the U.S.A. It does the job to spend a cheap night there prior to heading to Brussels or Bruges, Paris etc... Rooms are European sized but have everything you need.parking is free, dont believe the app. And the will charge you almost 3 Euros in cash per room per night on the spot for some local tax.

I have used this hotel numerous times in the past. It is a typical Premiere Classe, with no frills. I use it for it's location more than anything the hotel has to offer in itself, it's handy for me to stay at in this part of France.
Unfortunately this particular stay was marred slightly by the receptionist's refusal to acknowledge my pre-payment of the room and I had to pay again in person in order to stay. I will stay here again, but I'll make sure that I choose the option to pay on arrival rather than in advance to prevent this happening again.

Tiny rooms, but I'm guessing the price is very attractive. No English spoken whatsoever by the receptionist.

We use Premier Classe all the time for cheap overnight accomadation, they are always clean and the staff freindly. You are able to check in late at night via their automatic machine.

Hotel clean enough, very basic only 1 plug socket, cigarette burns on quilts, toilet tiny jus a wet room, hotel staff don't talk English! Ok for a quick stay if passing or a base as we used it for the battlefields, all door rooms are outside so doesn't seem very secure thou there are cameras.

For a "No Smoking Hotel" there had obviously been smokers in the room - cigarette smoke in the air and burns on the vanity unit. No restaurant facilities at partner hotel Campanille.
Staff slow to re-stock breakfast bar in morning despite hotel not being overly busy.

I booked this hotel for my husband and eldest stepdaughter as she is going to be working at a school in Douai as part of her university degree. Although the hotel was basic it was just what was needed as it was very good value and close to the town centre, supermarkets and restaurants. Will book it again if needed.
