Good clean hotel and inexpensive just what we needed for a quick overnight stay and just off the motorway
3.4
Don't bother, needs complete overhaul, had to ask for room water cups and soap for holder. Cistern filling all night every 20 mins. Had single beds placed awkwardly so could not sit supported anywhere! No butter at breakfast. Definitely a don't care attitude.

The hotel is all that I expected - I have stayed in a gret many formula hotels - including Premiere Classe. However, the breakfast bar was not up to the usual standard and for that reason, I will not be using this particular location again. That said, it's very close the motorway sliproad - but when I have to drive for three hours to get to my next meeting, I would prefer to start the day with a proper breakfast.

So this was a very budget break with my mates. We knew what we were doing and generally what rlto expect: not the Ritz. It was adequate and pleasingly cheap. I wouldn't want to stay here with my kids, but if did the job just fine.
3.4
Prison conditions is much better than in this hotel.
3.4
Great place for a one night stopover before/after the Eurotunnel at a fantastic price, staff friendly and efficient
3.4
Shabby room which is in serious need of an upgrade/refurb. There was no WiFi until later in the day as the first receptionist was not sure how to activate it. We asked for a bottle of water but was told that there was none, nor any other drinks available. He did not speak much English but Google translate was useful for us both. The beds - singles - were about 2 feet wide, foam mattress and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom pod had seen better days, the window had a broken catch so could not safely be left open. There was nowhere to put anything. Unfortunately, we had a two night booking and our key card stopped working the next morning. We had to wait several hours for the main receptionist to clock on before it could be reactivated and we could go out for what remained of the day. Both receptionists were friendly but receptionist 1 needs more training before being left in charge. This was our third, and last, Premiere classes. They have all been a bit grim in one way or another and we shall never darken their doorsteps again. Shame, although given how bad they were, they were not that cheap!
3.4
The hotel was similar to a Premier Inn.
3.4
Room was ok and for a budget hotel was ok but was very noisy.
3.4
Premiere Classe are ok for a night. The price is very reasonable. These are in need of an update.
3.4
Rooms are very small hotel is like cubic. Stuff was nice enough to change the room three times until we get family room, which is two in one bedroom.
Clean room with friendly stuff.
3.4
Very good stuff
3.4
Dirty room , no soap bathroom light not working, cold room and strong smell of cigarettes would not stay here again even if it was free
3.4
Good and clean very basic ok for 1 night for 30 euros

We have opted to stay here on short breaks but it has now gone down to just a hostel I am afraid, had to ask for towels floors dirty, no cover on bed (cold) and bins never emptied, we came on return and they were just the same. Rubbish flying everywhere.
Outside also very unkempt, weeds everywhere although at least we had a quilt on the bed on return. Seems no attention or care taken. Really gone downhill.
3.4
very good price!
3.4
It was very convenient
3.4
Worst stay ever. Disgusting room, poorly maintained, rough sleepers in the car park, people sitting smoking and drinking in the corridors. Avoid this place.
3.4
Room was clean and tidy. Receptionist was a good chap. Room had no soap. Tiny tiny bathroom. Outside the room on the stairs was a real mess of beer bottles rubbish bags and mess.
3.4
I would advise against staying at this property. The room I was allocated (27) was tiny, had ancient fittings, smelly and the surfaces in the room were filthy - coffee cup stains etc. The shower taps had no indication of hot or cold and took ages to balance.
I had 2 dogs which when I fed them, the room smelled better - from the cans being opened!
The receptionist was disinterested and bored. I did not stay for the breakfast, and left early in the morning after a poor nights sleep.
The only adequate points were convenience, nice clean sheets and pillow cases - but the bedcover was stained.
I wonder why any site has this place on their website - they all do!! - perhaps they ought to stay there? It was bad even for a budget motel. In hindsight I should have complained, but after travelling most of the day - I really wanted to just get a rest. Having said that - the thought of dealing with 'Mr Personality' at reception...really didn't appeal.
If you are considering it - don't even if it is a bit cheaper.

Great value for money property, arrived very late but was greeted and checked in quickly. Convenient location when heading back to channel tunnel and pet friendly, would happily stay here again
3.4
Room smelt of tobacco, door to en-suite would not close. Shower head bracket broken. No toilet paper or towels.
Had to go find them!
Staff kind and apologetic!
3.4
These hotels are not great, but their prices reflect this. If your room costs £30 then you reallt shouldnt expect much.
I'm not a snob so I dont mind staying in a Premier Classe when I'm on a long journey in France. They're fine when you arrive late and leave early.
Check in was easy on the machine at midnight, although the floor in the room was very cold. We left the heating on full overnight yet the room never really got hot.
3.4
Good internet - clean room. Comfortable night
3.4
Room was clean but there were stains on surfaces and a burn mark on bead spread it was noisy with both guest and road noise the light switch by the bed didn't work and the remote control had buttons missing
3.4
Smoking - It is a hotel in France it seems they allow smoking in all rooms.
Temperature - bring warm clothes, as room is not pre-heated for you and the heater is not adequate for the room. It will take all night to heat the room to 16C and then they turn the heater off at 8am remotely.
Room access - similar to US motel design. No lifts. Front door does not lock. Maid access early in the morning without knocking.
3.4
Small, Basic accommodation, best price in the area very clean
3.4
The hotel staff where pleasant and friendly, room was clean and tidy but the bathroom was very cramped for the average person.
3.4
After the hotel had been closed for 2 years expected to have been refurbished-no! Just repainted badly. The shower was falling off the wall in the shower cubicle. There were no shutters on the windows. Only positive thing was the new bed and bedding.
Nearest junction on the A16 was closed.
3.4
Dirty room , hairs on the bed , mould in the bathroom and a dirty smell
Was a cheap room comfortable and good location but the cleanliness was a big let down the room had not been thoroughly cleaned
3.4
it's cheap, it's basic, it's right by the motorway. That's why I use it. But the internet is unreliable and on the morning of checkout it refused to let me sign in again, and no fresh bread at breakfast was rather annoying as well as unusual, no apology or explanation either. 5 euros for a very basic selection is fine but the choice seems to get less every time I stay. The car park surface continues to deteriorate and the area is way too small and cramped for the number of vehicles needing to use it and unless you arrive early you will not even get in. Staff are generally friendly and helpful on reception and rooms are clean but no luxuries or air con and depending on your neighbours can be noisy.
3.4
Clean, comfortable ,reception very friendly, would definitely return again
3.4
Check in went well.when we got to the room it smelt of stale sweat, the sheets were clean but the top cover smelt bad,the room had black mould in it,
3.4
We regularly stay here on route South from Calais or before the morning ferry back to England. It's conveniently located, cheap and comfortable. There are no frills - it's a bed for the night and breakfast in the morning. We love that we can arrive any time of night, retrieve the key card from the machine and go straight in with our dogs. External doors so you don't have to go inside a lobby or to a Reception. No faffing about - get in and sleep! It's very cheap so if you're happy with basic then go for it. If you expect more, pay more.
3.4
An older style Premiere Classe with access to the rooms from the outside. Rooms themselves need updating. Shabby and grubby. Patches of mould in places, cigarette burn on sink, very dirty on the inside of the TV remote control holder, window shutter didn't work. The only plug socket is halfway up the wall next to the toilet/shower room door, so charging cables are left dangling and phones and iPads, etc, need to be precariously placed on the edge of the bed or next to the sink. I took a travel kettle but daren't use it for fear of knocking it and boiling water going everywhere. I've stayed in lots of Premiere Classes and this was not the worst. I stayed in one last year where the door kept coming open. But there are better ones. I don't mind tolerating them for a cheap overnight stop though. Positives this time were a friendly member of staff on arrival and a seaview!
3.4
Convenient location. Apart from that and the chinese restaurant across the road, I have nothing good to say about this Premiere Classe. the hotel is old, very tired and in desperate need of a refurb! No aircon, which adds to the experience too!!!!
3.4
Extremely basic and noisy but it is premiere class what can I expect
3.4
It’s budget but everything you need for a layover . Use of microwave made sure kids were fed also . Close to the swimming pool and auchan
3.4
Being greeted by the man at reception at about midnight as we had told the hotel we would be late. That was excellent.
3.4
Hotel was clean and just off motorway, the only problem was the noise from other people staying at the hotel. Buffalo Grill for eating nearby but any other shops a car ride required. We use this hotel for getting the ferry at Calais which is only half hour away.
