Amazing location & wonderful experience throughout I will definitely be a returning customer.

Excellent service and food selection.

It really ticked all the boxes for our 3 day stay. I must say that the breakfast was the freshest and best we have experienced in other hotels we have rated as very good.
We also enjoyed the bar menus on each of our three evenings in the Old Bar (part of the hotel provision).

This place is just beautiful I have stayed there a couple of times in the last couple years. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mullingar :)

We really enjoyed our two jights stay in this great hotel.
Check-in was easy. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel is well situated, within easy walking distance to the town and the Royal Canal walk.
The room was great. We'd asked for a twin room and we got a kingsize and a single bed!
Everything was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was very good.
We would certainly return.

Hotel was within walking distance to many store, restaurants, and pubs.

Tv and wi fi not working. Also hot in room in October with no heating on and windiws open.
Noisy staff congregating and talking outside hotel wundows.
Breakfast could be better - no ham or cheese or choice of breads

Staff at check in and out didn't seem to care about our stay in the slightest. The focus of the hotel seems to be pints and music. Room was very warm without air conditioning. We could open the windows but they faced a courtyard where staff were out smoking and chatting until about 1am and then bins and kegs were done at around 7am. No plugs beside the bed and generally an outdated room but it was clean. Breakfast was chaotic without much room to move around when getting breakfast and the food itself was fine.

Annebrook House is in a great location for exploring the local community. It is beautiful and well kept. Sunday night social dancing is quite loud until very late, so be aware that it won't be a quiet night in if you're there on a Sunday night.

Pros: Central Location, very good breakfast menu, great staff in bar and bedroom fine.
Cons: Room not ready till 1645, promised a call to tell me when ready which never materialised. Lady in reception at the time sullen and requires customer service training. Bar more akin to a canteen, poorly laid out and access to toilets requires passage through the food service area. Charged additional €25 for additional hour late checkout despite room not been ready at check-in time. Electricity died in room whilst partner in shower, nobody seemed bothered when reporting it on checkout.
Won't be back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in The Annebrooke it was very clean and the food was good. Unfortunately there is no pool in the hotel but the public pool is directly opposite. Our room was over the bar area so was very noisy in the evenings and early in the morning. The bar staff and waitress were lovely unfortunately some of the breakfast staff were not. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Spotlessly clean property. Well in the Centre of Mullingar. Food and drink is gorgeous but the real plus point to this hotel is its staff. Everyone from staff at reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping where so polite and professional. They couldn’t do enough for us. They are worth their weight in gold and Keep people coming back time and again.

We had a great stay here. The staff, bedroom, food and the entertainment in the evening were great. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to our families and friends

We had no euros and they changed dollars for euros (with a good exchange rate!). The breakfast was excellent.

Truly great overnight stay. Staff were all very nice and for an older property my room was well cleaned. The bathroom shined. Location was perfect with easy on site parking. Hotel is on the main road, walking distance to anything you needed. The breakfast was fabulous. Full buffet plus made to order items, like pancakes. The bar was cool. It was a great stay at any price but for about 100 quid, with parking and a gorgeous breakfast, it was truly exceptional. Well done!

I was in room 316. One complaint was the constant tick tick from the heating pipework in the bathroom.

With the hot weather the rooms were extremely hot, no ventilation even with windows open. Don't believe the facility has adequately secure. I had a very unpleasant encounter with a drinking man who walked in from the street (how I know, he walked in behind me and my family). Met this gentleman coming down in disable elevator (to underground parking). He was urinating in the elevator and exposing himself. The downstairs door to hotel and underground parking were not secure, as I could open it up without the access card. I reported this to the receptionist. But what was a bit disappointing is that none of the staff asked me if I was ok or afterwards ensured me that the strange man were off the premises. Hence I slept with my door locked. Only stayed 1 night but it was enough. Nice hotel but seems like staff were not concerned regarding guess comfort or discomfort.

Nice and clean hotel, great breakfast and bar, convenient to downtown

The apartment smelled of stale smoke despite supposedly being non-smoking and a prominent notice stating that there is a fine for deep cleaning. The apartment was cold and we needed Antoin to sort it out. The decor was tired and in need of a refresh. The staff were really helpful.
