Wonderful stay, we were upgraded to the mansions. It was just what we needed to relax.
Thank you

This place is one of a kind. Never stayed in a resort where staff is so welcoming and helpful. Food choice was amazing especially for a vegan were many places dont accommodate it.
From the parking to the checkout - all was spectacular. My first time at this hotel and i will definitely come again.

Lovely hotel but room prices gave us higher expectations than were met. Whilst we were very fortunate to be upgraded from a standard room to deluxe, it still fell short. Our cold tap wouldn’t run, weak toilet flush, we had very basic mini bar and the hallways to the bedrooms were very dated and didn’t smell particularly fresh. Great all round hotel with amazing amenities but it could do with modernising the rooms. Tv was old fashioned (but did have Netflix), and balcony was very small with two very basic chairs.

Had a great stay. I would say the view rooms probably not worth it. Ours was half obstructed by a wall.

Place was amazing for our kids, 2 and 5. They absolutely loved it!!! It was a great spot and of our 14 days overseas their breakfast offering was the MOST EPIC!! So delicious! Super impressed. Loved our stay!!

We are regulars at The Grove and love it there, but the dinner service (outside the lounge) was dreadful last night. Lack of attentiveness, no proactivity, incredibly slow, etc. At £750 a night in a 5* hotel, that’s just not acceptable. Everything else was great, as usual.

It was our 24th wedding anniversary & this was addressed by us being given an early check in (requested some time before) & a slightly later check out as we had a morning spa treatment. We were given a bottle of champagne & chocolates in our room & the staff were all thoroughly assertive, kind & helpful. A few months prior to our stay we had a phonecall to ask if the a customer Relations Team could help with anything during our stay & a few days before our stay we had a watts app message asking the same thing & responded to any messages almost immediately so the service was impeccable. Every part of the hotel was spotless clean, well sign posted & 5 star. The ‘Feast on Cloud 9’ was a lovely experience as was the pop up restaurant Skewd. The walled garden & outside pool & beach was amazing especially as we had fantastic weather. If we could afford it I would love to stay again & would highly recommend it to others!

Booked 2 nights at The Grove and was really looking forward to our stay; however it wasn’t quite up to the standard I expected.
Room had everything you need and was clean [which is expected]. The desk/dressing table could do with an updated larger wall mirror. Certain staircase and lifts could do with some TLC as they are worn!
Spa, was nice however facilities in the women’s changing room were not all working! Disappointing! You get the usually robe, towels, flip flops as you do in a “luxury hotel/spa”!
Food, I would say breakfast and dinner at Skewd were the highlight.
Breakfast had a variety of options from fresh fruit to cooked hot food. Everything was delicious, I tried a bit of everything.
Dinner at Skewd was lovely, service was great. The team bought out a birthday treat and shots on the house which was a nice touch.
Hotel Service, hit and miss with reception. when called they are quick to get you off the line, twice I was hung up on while still asking for something! Doormen and baggage porters were very friendly and courteous.
Very annoyingly, by magic…!!!! One of my sandals went missing from the room! I arrived wearing both on Friday and upon leaving it had gone missing! No one seemed to know where it had gone!!! I would have expected a courtesy call having left my details! Nothing a day later after leaving!!

Great stay with family for fathers day. We ate at all of the restaurants, all were super, but the breakfast really must be the best I have ever had in the UK. Grounds and activities were all great too.

Have stayed here many times, every visit is a complete joy. Staff are wonderful, service is excellent, food is superb, facilities (especially the pools) are 11 our of 10 ! Gardens are wonderful and there are beautiful walks around. Will keep returning.

The property is beautiful and very convenient. The grounds are stunning. I would have expected the rooms to be nicer given the $$$. The tub is so difficult to step into, I was scared each time as I'm pregnant and kept grabbing for dear life. I kept thinking what would people with disabilities or elderly do.

The Golf course was great!

The setting and the hotel proper were great. The long corridors to get to our room needed getting used to.
The staff were excellent, caring and attentive.
We had erroneously not booked the fine dining Madhus
and ended up in the Stables, so noisy with young folks that we left for the Glasshouse, best described as a gastro pub. The buffet was plentiful and well presented. The service was pleasant and helpful.
The distance between the two restaurants is so impressive that we had to order a golf cart for transport
( matter of age ).
We liked our stay overall but next time will book the Madhus

It's an excellent hotel for a family getaway. The staff were super friendly, the food was fantastic, the outdoor pool was heated, and the activities were great!
Our only complaint was that the beds were a little uncomfortable. This was especially the case for the kids' sofa bed and temp bed. Our kids are 11 and 13, so they may be too old for these sorts of things.

Amazing hotel, the staff are amazing and the food at the glasshouse is incredible.

Beautiful setting. Very comfortable bed and room.
Food very expensive. £24 for burger & fries.
Excellent breakfast but the dining room was chaotic overcrowded and unpleasant. Front desk and valet parking service was excellent

Hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas and the food and drink in the Bar and Glasshouse were excellent. I could see the grounds and activities would be great in spring or summer.
We had a problem with our TV and lock in the room and although they very quickly sent an engineer, and then further support people, we had expected it to just be something like new batteries in the remote but turned into people in the room with us for approx an hour total so we couldn't relax and delayed getting ready for the evening meal. As we were only here for one night it impacted being able to leave the room for the spa etc. The poor guy was busy and covering on his own but perhaps if he had said what it would have taken to fix (time/disruption) we would have just said leave it. Shame we felt we didn't fully experience the facilities then.

Overall nice trip. Stayed at the hotel many times. However this time cold tap broke on the bath and tv controller did not work. When spending £600 per night on a room you don’t expect this to happen. Both rectified relatively quickly but when staying only one night you don’t want it to take up any of the time you have. One round of drinks taken of the bill …..so ok compensation.

The most amazing hotel - the grounds, spa and variety of restaurants can not be faulted. True quality

The hotel itself is really lovely and whilst it is clearly an expensive and upmarket place, the staff are incredibly warm and friendly - you are never made to feel like you don't belong. Beds really comfortable, spa was excellent and the outdoor pool was such a nice treat in the heatwave we are having.
