It’s a neat place but the walls are really thin. You can hear everyone in the surrounding rooms and the hallway. Having said that, the staff is great. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. And it’s in the middle of a quaint little town. And the history of the inn is amazing. I would definitely stay here again but would request not to be next to anyone.

I realize it’s an old quaint inn but the electrical wiring situation is not good. Multiple things are plugged into extension cords which appears to be a safety hazard. I had to unplug the TV to be able to plug the coffee pot in. The location is convenient though for activities in Littleton and the bed was comfortable.

This place was built in 1843 and has seen many changes and upgrades over the decades. It’s in surprisingly good shape but still an old building. It’s clean and the staff is great. It has amazing history and lots of charm. But it’s comfortable enough and the price is right! Keep all this mind and you’ll enjoy it.

I enjoyed stay , was old style inn . Clean .friendly atmosphere and staff . Beautiful location .

The staff was amazing, and the hotel was clean. The building is 180 years old, and has some interesting sags in the floors, but that adds to the charm.

Cozy historic hotel on Littleton's main Street. Nice clean room, a little dated but that was part of the charm. Only real negative was the slow wifi. Front desk staff member was nice!

The place is an historic building but also a dump. It should either be converted to a museum or knocked down.

The room and bathroom was clean. The property is old. The old radiators dont work. The hotel provides electric radiators for each room. The bed was comfortable. There is not a lot of space. There is enough room to walk around the king bed. There is a tub/shower, sink and toilet in the small bathroom. The television is a flat screen on the wall. The staff are pleasant and helpful. There is no elevator. It was nice that a gentleman guest helped me bring down a suitcase while my husband was getting our car. The hotel is in the middle of the main street which is convenient to stores and a couple of breakfast spots though the hotel offers the makings of a cold breakfast and coffee and tea. The cleaning staff is very nice and helpful.

The historic hotel was, 1843 awesomeness. Wavy floors etc. And well worth a stay. Right down town on the water with great view off the balcony.

We love staying here when we come to Littleton. It is extremely convenient. Great location in a cute and walkable little town. Close to our favorite brewery and great food!

Lovely historic building right in the center of town. Staff was very welcoming as well!

I did not receive after hour check in information and was unable to reach anyone upon my arrival. I ended up driving around until 2:00 trying to find a place to stay, but couldn’t find anything and slept in my car. And then Thayer’s Inn won’t refund my cancellation fee when I canceled my reservation.

This historical old Inn is on Main Street right in the center of town, and convenient to everything Littleton has to offer. It has been lovingly refurbished and is well maintained. Its restaurant still has good reviews on social media, but is no longer in operation, though complementary "continental" breakfast is included. We didn't partake of that because we ate at the Littleton Diner, a block up the street, which is an essential destination.
You are warned to close the bathroom door when showering to avoid your steam setting off the fire alarm. It did go off just as we finished packing out to go home, so no problem for us, but it would have been annoying in the middle of the night. There were workers present doing something, so it might have been them who set it off.

Lovely old inn proud of its heritage. Very clean, excellent quality bedding and friendly host. Breakfast was basic and underwhelming. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Old property, properly renovated. Quant, unusual, each room different, stairs not elevators, hot/cold water sometimes unpredictable,

It was fine for the 1 night we stayed but had a hard time sleeping because of the white blind and the street lights making the room brighter. I understand it’s an old place to stay so I could hear the person snoring on the other room as well. The night receptionist was very nice and helpful with our demands.

Everyone we encountered from the hotel staff was kind and easy to talk to. The AC was a window unit and did not keep the room cool. The hotel was fun and historic with a lot of character. Rooms were a bit small, but worked great for our visit. Would absolutely recommend to visitors!

Very old school hotel. Showing its age but in a very charming way. Don't expect the features of a modern Marriott or other chain hotel, but being in the middle of town is great!

This is an amazing historic hotel in downtown Littleton. Amy the receptionist was outstanding, kind, efficient, helpful and gracious. She made this great hotel even better. Highly recommend if you are traveling this way.

Loved the old charm of this place! You can tell there are things they are struggling with but over all it is clean and they are super friendly. The morning of our stay the hot water was out and they kept us updated and apologized so many times. They worked promptly to fix the issue. Everything else was great. No elevator though so pack light!

Lovely old building that is well cared for. Breakfast was very light and building is unstaffed overnight but we had no issues with this. Lots of cute shops and dining in the area.

It is an interesting historic inn, which with vintage charm comes issues. Floors are not level, rooms not updated with electric outlets, can't open shower without setting off fire alarms. but it does have charm and price reflected this.

Rooms were beautiful and beds were comfortable and clean. If stairs are an issue, definitely check with hotel before booking. I had two rooms and one was up three flights of stairs.
The hotel was located in a beautiful area with wonderful shops and a river walk along the back. I stayed with four other women and we were all highly impressed.
Breakfast was grab and go included coffee, cereal, oatmeal, high end pastries, yogurt, juices and a variety of teas. If you are looking for eggs and meats, there are many wonderful restaurants in the area within walking distance.
Highly recommend

What a charming piece of New England history!
Did not appreciate the front desk gal booting us from the front parlor at 10pm on a Saturday night. We were in the middle of a backgammon game. And for once, I was winning.

The staff treated us very well. The history of the building is interesting and the property & rooms were clean and pleasing. Great location. The only concern one should be aware of is the lack of an elevator is case you, or your dog, have mobility issues.
