Central Sherbrooke location 4-5 kms west of downtown core. Not easily walkable, but central for driving in all directions — note, it’s adjacent to a major highway interchange under reconstruction, so there are traffic delays. Lots of free parking. Nice indoor pool & hot tub, with adjacent outdoor patio. Dining room is not operating. The $10 optional self-serve continental breakfast is just a croissant, with a banana & orange, plus hot drink. Well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds.

The hotel was was clean and comfortable. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The checkin was a bit slow and we were surprised that our room was not cleaned even though we put the card out. They did give us new towels but did not make the beds or take out the trash. Overall it was a good value and was close to many great amenities

No safety bar whatsoever in shower-bath, difficult to enter side door. Pool opened one hour after stated time, preventing us from using it in morning, rooms very dated, no renovations since mid fifties.

Check-in staff were friendly, hotel was clean and the pool was nice. Carpets however are old and made the rooms smell a bit. Convenient if you want to stop for the night.

The people at the desk where amazing, really kind, really welcoming. Only problem: our rooms were near the ice machine and you hear the noise all night!

It is an older hotel. There was no ventilation not even in the bathroom. The carpet was damp so we needed to wear flipflops at all times. The bathroom sink was unusable because there was no water pressure. The breakfast option was not enticing at all but luckily there are many restaurants nearby. I will not go there again.

Teabags available in the room was a nice surprise.

Shower had mold on the grout, vent in shower was half way out. Water pressure low in shower. Plenty of hot water. On the positive side, room was spacious, clean and overall comfortable.

Your information on the deposit is soon far off and rediculous
4.0 / 5.0
The pool hours did not allow us to swim during our stay. But the pool was bigger than most hotel pools.
A maid opened our door without knocking at 7:30am while I was naked.
The staff is friendly otherwise.
The AC is noisy, but works effectively.
The breakfast isn’t worth the price.
The location is near the freeway.
