This place is small but cozy and perfect for just you and your partner. The bathroom is nice. Bed is comfortable. Small back and front porches. Kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook. We didn't use the stove or microwave but I assume it works. Everything was fairly clean. Quiet place. Very close to restaurants and downtown waynesville. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Well our first night we stayed in five and loved it everything about it but we had to move to 6 our second night and not as much a fan, but it is still very nice and cute! Just no air in the bedroom so it’s hot

There are some really great aspects to this place—it’s redone and quite cute, convenient to downtown and other places, comfortable bed and glorious shower, great space to work, nice size, and the owner was very responsive and nice. The feel is a little like an old time camp ground but the villa is very nice with a little deck. While on a busy road, it was private and not noisy. While it’s technically close enough to walk to downtown and shops/restaurants, I did not feel comfortable doing so on foot. The neighborhood felt safe but there were not other pedestrians. Also, there were several places that needed cleaning attention like massive cobwebs in a lampshade, a spot in the bathroom that was not clean, cobwebs in various places, and the lower shelf on the glass coffee table had not been dusted and you could see dog hairs. Also, there was a major water line project I. The property and I almost got trapped and unable to get out. It would have been great if owner would have communicated what was going on.

Here for a work session. Great location, communication with Genevieve was quick and helpful. Lovely place to stay with perfect amenities and accurate description. Will stay here again when in the area! Thanks to the hosts!

The property was well maintained, the host was very gracious, and it was located close enough to town and venues to make quick trips, but not loud or super busy. We loved the little deck out back and the shower. 10/10 will stay again

Very nice place, great location to walk to town or a quick drive to enjoy the parkway. Only suggestion would be a more comfortable couch and chair in the living area. Nice quiet and secure location. Thanks!

Great place, we had some ant infestation on the kitchen counter and the oven and refrigerator were in need of a little cleaning. But it was perfect for us and we would recommend it to everyone

The property is located in a lovely courtyard and is very quiet. We had some cleaning issues once we arrived, but once contacting the property manager it was quickly resolved. The location isn't within walking distance of downtown, but yet nice. The bed slept very well, and the shower head was wonderful. The only issue we had was towels and wash clothes were not accessible without sending a message that we knew of. When we arrived we only had to 2 of each for 3 days. I did request more and they were left on the bench outside. We would stay again.

Our host was amazing! We packed up everything to leave except our clothes hanging in the closet. We did not realize it until we got home. Our host agreed to mail our clothes COD or she suggested she would be passing through not far from where we lived the following weekend, and she could me us off an exit. My husband ended up meeting her. We are so grateful that she agreed to that. Also, we had trouble signing on to WiFi while there and she offered to come over immediately to help. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The place was very unique and cute and it seems like the whole property is in renovations. A couple units were currently being worked on. Great location but the unit could have been a little more clean.

Room was clean. Couch and chair are very uncomfortable. We felt safe and the ability to bring our pup was a big plus. A little pricey for one night stay.

We went to Waynesville & stayed at Wanynesvilla Villa 5 to be close in proximity to Cullowhee to celebrate Thanksgiving weekend with our youngest. Genevieve was very helpful - we brought our dog with us and it was nice to have the enclosed back porch - nice & private. We’ll definitely will return again so we can explore the local area.

Had a wonderful stay in this Villa. Great communication from the owner and had a small issue our first day that was addressed immediately and resolved. Kitchen had enough for a couple of days of basic cooking which made it nice since my husband is on a special diet so having a full refrigerator and stove was super convenient. Its close to all your needs and very quiet. Nice large area to walk your dogs and the important thing for us was a level ground since my husband is a stroke survivor with a broken knee and arm currently so this was a great set up for us. We will definitely stay here again. Close to Maggie Valley and the beautiful Lake Junaluska. My only suggestion would be a small TV mounted on the bedroom wall. Thats just personal preference though...sure didn't take away from the relaxing stay we had in Waynesville. Thank you for your hospitality and the beautiful fall foliage display this year!!
