Hotel needs a bit of TLC. Some chipped paint in rooms and chipped wood on doors but apart from that everything was good

After booking for Bed and Breakfast, was disappointed to have to pay £3.99p for porridge. Surely porridge is part of the breakfast I had already paid for. Have never had to pay for same in any other hotel we have stayed at. My Wife does not eat fried food so porridge was not an extra for Her. Must say your Staff were polite and friendly without exception.

Very comfortable hotel. Smooth check in and check out. Clean comfortable room with a view of the pitch. Plenty selections for breakfast including a hot buffet.

We stayed at the football club 2 adults 2 children, on arrival we definitely wasn’t greeted with a smile. Staff gave the impression they do not enjoy their job.
Our room was very basic; the phones, light switches, side tables were thick with dust. The children had a double sofa bed to sleep on that sank in the middle so my son said he’d rather sleep on the floor, we rang asking for a spare quilt to which the lady on reception replied she’s the only one working reception so really to busy but will get one when she can.
Breakfast was basic, glasses dirty with lipstick marks. Plates dirty.
We paid for a room over looking the pitch which my son enjoyed. Customer service is lacking here. And it needs a good clean!

Hotel is generally ok - room was great size and bed comfortable, bathroom very average. Overall service was poor, particularly on reception. Staff would get in lifts before families with prams. Parking was horrendous and fairly obscene charge for it too.

We went on a couples weekend away, it was a lovely hotel. We had a pitch view and it was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will definitely be coming back. We also will be recommending to our family and friends.

Receptionist was a bit frosty on arrival, no parking spaces so told to use car park opposite which cost twice as much

Limited parkimg, difficult to get a space. Not so friendly receptionist.
Beautiful hotel, fab room with a view of thr pitch.

Event I was attending was at the football club so this was the logical choice. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
Needed a dog friendly place to stay. The rooms were but we were not allowed in the bar with our dog. I can understand dogs not being allowed in the restaurant, and support that, but you could have allowed dogs in the seated other area next to the bar.
An easy walk to the front and the promenade & piers. just a very grim area with all paved area, concrete slabs & tarmac. not a greenspace in sight.

Nice relaxing few days stay with our dog

Excellent receptionist. Very helpful.
Unfortunately carpet near bed not vacuumed and very noisy TV next door kept us awake until after 1am.

Nice hotel in a good state of repair. Very clean.decent room size with very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was an extra £10 but it was really good value for money-lots of choice and quality food.
Staff all very pleasant.

Stayed for one night over the weekend in Blackpool. Room is spacious and comfortable, bed was nice. Staff at front desk where super helpful and chatty when i couldn’t sleep and was walking around the hotel, gave me a bit of history of the hotel, city and the club and were personable.
Very enjoyable stay, happy with my choice, would stay here again

Room was clean but toilet made a flush noise every 40 seconds. Good location

Really good stay at the hotel mid August, convenient location and thank you to Chloe for her support around parking.

Reception staff very friendly, room was clean and spacious. Although not many parking spaces for hotel we did manage to get one costing £10 for 24 hrs and were able to just add our registration in the keypad the next morning for extra time free as we knew we were going to be back for car within the 24hrs. It’s about a twenty minute walk to pleasure beach.

Communal areas a bit grubby. No remote control for tv and reception staff could not find a working one. Tried to charge me again when I had already prepaid for the room. Used to be one of my favourite hotels but standards have dropped.
Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good.

Not happy that we have to request a room clean and fresh towels when we paid £200 per/ night

I use hotels a lot, especially Radissons. This shouldn’t be part of that brand. Unwelcoming reception, carpet is poor/threadbare, window handle broken off in room and sitting on window ledge (pretty sure that must break some regulation somewhere), bathroom akin to a hostel. Staff were nice but property really let it down

Room was very dirty, dusty and cobwebs everywhere. I had 2 kids in my room who were sneazing, no windows to open. The walls had dust allover them. I tried calling them directly via 101 room service and the main hotel number with no luck. The woman on reception didnt ask how our stay was on check out so i didnt want to seem rude and go off on one, as.we had had enough and wanted to leave.

This place is great! it would be 5stars if it werent fro it being a tad old and worn and that risiculous cashless policy sweeping the UK has GOT TO GO! the view of stadium made my day! great breakfast and very very helpful staff.

Did not like the old blood stains on the duvet cover

We arrived early and were sent away promptly. It seems that this hotel doesn’t allow you to check in early even if your room is available. At check in a £10 parking fee was sprung on us. This fee wasn’t mentioned on booking, and an email from me seeking clarification on any additional fees went unanswered. This is very poor.
The room was a little misleading as it had balcony doors onto the terrace, but these doors were locked and no key provided. We had assumed use of the outdoor space was permitted.
The room was spacious and comfortable if not a little dated.
The breakfast was excellent the only issue being children grabbing food from the buffet with bare hands and then dropping it back onto plates and leaving it. Obviously not the fault of the hotel. Overall a comfortable stay but somewhat spoiled by being misled on price and room.

Decent enough hotel, annoying needing to ask for towels though, being told they'd be taken to room but when being out for the day and coming back they still hadn't been delivered, happened several times. Anyone hoping for a sleep in, you can forget that also as the noise from maintenance on the football pitch was really loud from 8am in the morning.

Great friendly hotel with lovely staff . Convenient for local amenities , safe and a lovely dining area/bar overlooking the pitch

Had a fabulous sleep wish I had taken details of mattress.

Great experience being resident in part of the football stadium! Plenty of parking and within walking distance to the seafront.

The rooms were disgusting. Everything was very old, cranky furniture, dirty and smelly. The food was terrible.

We arrived just after 2pm and were rudely told by a woman at reception that we cannot check in until 3pm so to ‘go and do something else’. Hard to think they used the time to do anything to the room so I don’t see why we couldn’t be let in, especially after our long drive.
I arrived and couldn’t find where I should park. I was told to enter the car park (through the exit) and to find somewhere to park with a ‘H’ on the space. I think if you can put some signs up to explain this it’ll be better for everyone arriving. I entered my car registration at reception and entered ‘48hrs’. I never got asked to pay for my parking.
The room was run down but what else do you expect for like £50 a night.
2.0
We didn’t really enjoy our stay. The room was very dated, the furniture was chipped, the wood on the doors was peeling, the carpet was worn. We had to make the sofa bed up ourselves and ask for the sheets etc at reception twice, the lady brought one pillow and we have 2 children, I said all this the first time I went to ask for laundry. It was also so hot in the room and the windows were filthy.
2.0
Arrival isnt welcoming parking isnt clear and lobby is not welcoming. Room will not have housekeeping unless you ask and read that is the small print fir "eco" reasons. I believe it is to keep cost down. Room tatty, cheap laminated furniture mostly damaged, poor quality fixings coming away fron the wall. A duvet is under the sheet as a mattress protector. Air con didnt work. A few lovely members of staff. Breakfast ok, need mugs for drinks and the scrambled egg is full of milky water. Dusty in areas and mould on bathroom seals and tiles on floow cracked.

Our view was the pitch, room clean, couldn’t open window for seagulls trying to get in,
Blackpool is a dump I won’t be rushing back

Fast check in. Staff were all friendly. Room was nice enough. Bar was nice with a goid choice. Also had an evening meal, which we really enjoyed.
Would definitely stay there again, but wouldn't bother with the breakfast. I'd buy that elsewhere.
