Loved it, feel we picked the right place

The views are incredible, the rooms are lovely well looked after and lovely decorated. The walk to the property is not the easiest a lot of stairs which are steep in part. The pool is good, very cold though, but probably to be expected in October. Breakfast is brought to the room, ordered the night before, this was an ok breakfast. Staff are all lovely and helpful. Hire a car/quad see the island. Walk to Fira it’s a beautiful walk. And do the recommended catamaran cruise our favourite day.

The jacuzzi in our room (honeymoon suite) didn’t work, and the air con wasn’t great but neither a big issue

Helpful staff, gorgeous views, and very welcoming

Amazing views! The food or the restaurant was also stunning, the staff were so helpful and the manager gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon :) it was also a quieter area of the island

Perfect privately escape with sunset views

We loved the honeymoon suite and private jacuzzi, but the uniterruptes caldera and sunset views from our balcony was the most impressive. Room 205 was heaven; it was clean, modern and spacious - perfect for our holiday. We will be staying again.

Marvelous views, excellent staff and service.

The Caldera view from our private patio and pool/lounge area were spectacular. The staff were attentive and brought breakfast to our room in the morning. Christos the bartender makes excellent cocktails. I loved my Santorini cocktail of mastica, rose liquor, lime and sparkling water with mint, as did my husband enjoy his G & T. The bed was super comfortable and the room very quiet. The location was convenient to both Oia and Fira but out of the busy touristy scene, you could walk to Fira in about 30 minutes along the Caldera's edge and people who are fit can do the hike along the Caldera to Oia as well. The Skaros Rock/Castel ruin is just below the hotel and easy to access.

Parking can be difficult to find if you rent a car as we did although we did eventually always find a spot. I wouldn't recommend this area to someone with physical disabilities due to the steep stairs and having to walk a lot.

Breathtaking view!

Staff was great, very friendly and great service. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning beautifully and we got to enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the breathtaking view of the Caldera. The food was very fresh and good. Room was bigger and more spacious than I thought. So beautiful, great bed and shower. We had a great sleep. The pool was so nice and had a great location, was more private than many of the pools in the are. Service there was great! Had a wonderful pizza :) We walked to Fira and more and felt we got the best view and spot in the area. Highly recommended!

This hotel was the greatest highlight of our trip to Greece. Breathtaking views, amazingly clean, discreet and polite staff that catered to all of our needs. You guys made our journey unforgettable. We will definitely come back next year!

Beautiful room and amazing view

We absolutely loved the hotel. The design of the room was very beautiful with a breathtaking view. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with carrying our bags. We enjoyed the breakfast and having it delivered to our room. Very enjoyable experience.

The water doesn't come out of the shower head correctly and the shower floor floods a bit.

The best views of the Caldera.

The view was stunning and the location perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast each morning to the room is a nice touch.

Triple check shuttle transfer with Epic views.

Epic views, welcome drinks and the best breakfast in all of Greece. hot tub on patio warmed up quick.

the stairs are a killer on your legs and it’s surprisingly noisy. I wish the pool was heated. Staff left us hanging when booking round-trip hotel transfer. Way in was smooth, way out was paid to different company for exorbitant fee for early morning flight.

Location & View, Staff, welcome drink, price was reasonable. Porter guy was friendly and helpful.

Jaccuzi is good but water was not so clean. Pool is there but cold so cant swim but generally nice stay

Excellent view from a modern apartment

Excellent location with amazing view on the caldera. Outdoor whirlpool, but not much view from it. However, the pool is on the edge of the resort allowing great views. The room is spacious, clean, modern. Delicious brakfast where you can tick options of what they'll serve you at the terrace of your apartment. The hotel provides a service to take your luggage up the hill, which in case of a family we really appreciated ;-) Coctails on the bar are delicious. The service is great overall

wifi wasn't working in the room just above the bar. Indoor whirlpool was broken and smelly. Very difficult to park a car nearby, but there is a parking lot about 400m away. The other family accompanying us had a cold water in outdoor whirlpool

Superb

View was amazing. Fresh pineapple drink provided at check in. The room was very comfortable and spacious for our family. The kids loved our pool and hot tub. The view at night from our terrace was amazing and tranquil. The hotel restaurant had amazing food . All of the staff was very friendly and helpful to us and our kids. The the bartender even made my son another pineapple drink for dinner because he loved it so much. Our sunset view with dinner was beautiful.

Our room wasn't ready on time. After a long day/trip this was our last hotel/night in Greece and the room not being ready felt like a bigger deal than it normally would. My family was tired and it was unbearably hot that day. The staff did work very hard to "turn" the room over quickly for us but would have been nice to maybe sit on our terrace in the shade until they finished our room instead of outside the office in the sun. The additional twin bed was not comfortable. Just to be clear this was situational issue, partially poor planning on my part but a little extra compensation and extra consideration due to the circumstance would have been nice especially considering how highly rate this hotel is.

Definitely a dream trip and the view to go with it.

The staff was amazing, especially Ana!!!! She loved the kids. The view and the room were exceptional as well as the view from the restaurant and pool. There was something about the pizza that I really loved, and the burger was humongous. I could not recommend this place more. It is a must stay!!! Thank you, Ana!!

The pool inside the room was too chilly, but understand the reason (covid). Though I knew at reservation, this place is not in Oia (the famous part of Santorini) but to me its a bonus as you get a much better view and the sunset as it is in the highest part of the island. Also, there is no real crowd, which in Oia is packed day and night.

An exceptional stay in a beautiful place. Wonderful and helpful staff. Rooms clean and spacious. Guest pool and in room jacuzzi option. Delicious breakfasts. The most beautiful view of Santorini.

Great stay, terrible leave

We loved the property - the view is breathtaking, breakfast is delicios, service really good. The lady working at the reception is a real diamond of service :)

We had a really bad experience on the way to the airport. The recommended time of taxi pickup was 09:45 (flight was at 11am). We were escorted to the street by a staff member. However, as the driver was not there at 10:55 we started being a bit nervous but all we got as an answer was “wait 5 minutes”. We called the receptionist, but only thing I got as an answer was “i have to check” but we never received any feedback. He then stopped answering the phone! We called another 5 times over the next 20 minutes and without any information we started stopping people on the streets to help cuz the staff who accompanied us never said anything besides of “wait 5 minutes”. The driver finally arrived at 10:17, and without apologizing drove us (instead we got a remark: “well, you got more time to spend on Santorini!”). We sprinted across the airport, cutting all the lines so caught the flight (thank God only) fully stressed out… So, zero help and information provided from the hotel on a mess that happened due to their organization. P.S. the driver was late on the pickup service as well…
