Absolutely stunning location to view the Santorini sunsets. We had the best position just sitting on our balcony to watch the beautiful sunset and boats down below. Easy access to buses and transport and plenty of great restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.
Plunge pool indoors is not ideal.

View as good, in pics it shows a bit different though... Cleanliness was well maintained.
Breakfast was not included, which could have been more convinient.

the hot tub does not work. that was one of the main reason I got this place.
when I told them the hot tub water was cold they just ignore it my concern

Pros:
- Excellent location, close to all the nice view points, shops and restaurants in Imerovigli and down the road from Fira. To get to Oia however is quite a considerable drive, and I didn’t see many buses, so having transportation to get to Oia is a must!
- The cleaning lady was especially nice, and left our room feeling brand new every day after she had cleaned it, she’s a credit to Unique Suites.
- The view from the Balcony is breathtaking, especially on good weather days, you can sit and happily relax in beautiful bliss.
- There are a variety of food options and two mini supermarkets in close proximity across the road from you so you have everything you need on your doorstep.
Cons -
- Unfortunately we stayed the first week of October with extremely high winds, which meant opening the back door and attempting to use the balcony or hot tub was near impossible and sounded like a tropical storm outside, not the hotels fault but just word of warning if you plan to stay out of season.
- Every review of this hotel I’ve read has complained about the hardness of the beds and the breakfast, and I thought people may have been exaggerating, but unfortunately not. The beds are rock hard, leaving me and my companion with sore backs in the morning, and the breakfast needs a whole discussion itself, truly terrible and the worst effort at a breakfast I’ve had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, it’s indescribable. You basically get 4 boiled eggs in a bag, 2 small milks, 2 orange juices, a small box of cold pastries and miniature jars full of cereal’s nuts etc. Honestly every review has given a negative review of the breakfast so why this hasn’t been addressed by the hotel is beyond me, I would really urge them to actually remove the breakfast option from the stay as it’s gives the stay itself a disservice.
- Unfortunately again the shower itself needs improvements, the bathroom itself is fine, but it lets itself down with rusty amenities like the shower hose and shower head unit, an easy fix if attention to detail is paid. In addition when we stayed, the water did not drain effectively in the shower, meaning you were standing in water up to your ankles, and of the 4 days we only achieved one hot shower for our duration of the stay, due to their being no hot water. I don’t know why this was? me and my partner didn’t complain to the hotel, as that’s not the type of people we are, but I’m sure many others would have complained, to not be able to have a hot shower during your stay is extremely disappointing.

The location was good with very nice view.
A scorpion or something similar bit my wife on her hand during her sleep. She had a bruised hand for a few days.

location and view 10/10
breakfast, I would of rather a cheaper price and paid for my own breakfast

Best views in Santorini by far, we visited all of the island and this was by far out favourite.
The breakfast could have had more of a choice rather than just being given what the hotel decided. A menu selection would have been better.

The beautiful caldera view
The room pool is not very private since theres people walking in front of the room’s dor all time

the suit located beside the main road which makes it easy to park and enter comparing to other hotel which needs claiming stairs and carry luggage, i like the view and sunset from the terrace
Furnature, curtains and the breakfast

Location was good. the view was also good.
The noise inside and outside the room. the machine placed in your front door (next to the hot tub) is responsible for warming up the water in your accommodation. at night becomes impossible to rest properly as every 30 minutes that machine works for a period of 20 minutes and the noise travels throughout til your bathroom. the is no door between bathroom and your bed, which makes it difficult to sleep. you need to choose between the noise and hot water. that was a choice put to me by my host. Also, the water was not even that hot to shower. I guess, the fact it was October made it more difficult to accept as the weather is a bit chill.
the breakfast came in a box full of plastic wrapped food (covid-19 was the excuse) and the excellent/good breakfast should be removed from advertising as it is.

VFM, coming back every day to beautifully clean room, fluffy clean towels & robes every day. Views from the hot tub were perfect

Breakfast was included, however we were not served a proper breakfast due to "covid restrictions" . Breakfast was delivered in a package and it was the same for the whole stay..
Hot tub was problematic, we need to ask for re-heating 2-3 times and they need to fix it.
We cut 2 points for these. Overall 8/10.
Staff was really helpful, and location was great. And view was amazing! We are planning another trip for next season already!

Nice cave suite with comfortable bed. Beautiful sunset view and terrace. The room is really on its own on the cliff path, there is no bar or communal area although we had a great hot tub and plenty of Resteraunt as nearby
No one at reception other than cleaner during the day. I would arrange well in advance if plan to arrive on an evening
