This is a B&B not a hotel but as such it was excellent. Brilliantly located and the staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was good, the room was nice, The only negative is it state’s parking is 1309ft away. Well thats as a crow flies and up a really steep hill then straight down another. Also was 36.00 a night not 25.00. That was very disappointing. But the room & breakfast was nice

A few dozen yards from Piazza Il Campo. Good reception, Italian breakfast.

Our first time to Siena and what a beautiful city! The B&B was in a great location, a 2 minute walk to the central square and about 10 minutes from the car parking (Il Campo, underground) which is amazing. You get a €25 a day token from the hostess of the B&B but remember to ask.
Breakfast was MAGNIFICENT, the best we have had travelling Italy for 2 weeks.
Overall a great stay and we would be back!

This BnB is in a great location and the experience could have been fantastic. The room for 4 was clean and comfortable. The shower has nice hot water with excellent pressure, but desperately needs a thorough cleaning - there were many many spots of black mold. Breakfast was very disappointing, with nothing fresh available (not even fresh bread).

Great location very near the main city square and town hall. Breakfast was ok. Owner has a restaurant that was good and offered a discount to guests.

Nice room, but a little too small for four adults. Okay view and very close to the Piazza Del Campo.
Breakfast selection was very poor. Just the croissants were fresh.

The location can not be better than this. Indoor parking garage is about 10 mins walk. But cost $35 for 24 hrs. There is a Michelin rated restaurant, not expensive for the quality, just down the street. I will stay here again the next time I come back to Siena. ( By the way, Inside is better than the outside look)

Convenient room in a small B&B just off Piazza del Campo and above Il Mercato. Within very easy walking distance of all the sights. View of the Torre del Mangia from the window. Light breakfast provided. Overall, a nice little place to stay for a quick stop in Siena. Recommended!

We had a bit of a mixed experience. Cold welcome, lots of noises (evening: restaurant on ground floor; late night: upper floor creaked; morning 7:30 every day rubbish truck made it imposs to sleep in), a breakfast buffet without any healthy options (no fruit, only sugary cereals, no nature yoghurt, nothing whole-grain…) lots of packaged sweet bakery items and packaged juices instead. Also, since only 3 breakfast tables available for 6 rooms, we always had to say in advance what time we would want to have breakfast. That (especially after a noisy night) was not ideal on holiday with children. - Lots of positives, too, though: since it was super central, we often went back during the day for a little pit stop; the little balcony (room no 1) is superb with view on Torre Mangia, and one of the ladies who served breakfast was extremely kind and even called us in the morning to say goodbye b/c she was absent that day. Small fridge was handy for picnic. Croissants at breakfast were delicious. Environmentally - the amount of packaging at breakfast was a minus but the option not to change towels a positive. - Overall i would go there again but not 5 nights (that was too long), bring earplugs and ask for healthier breakfast options (or BYO!)

The hosts and guest services were very helpful and kind. Great location as about 50m from Piazza Del Campo. The people were lovely, which makes it hard to rate this, but must do so honestly. Only complaint is the room condition, especially, bathroom sink and shower should be cleaner. Several hairs found on the bed and under the sheets. It is a little loud as being under a restaurant and with bells, but we counted that as part of the ambiance. If bathrooms and beds were cleaner, would stay here again, easily.

Beautiful customer service. The best location. Walking distance to everything you need to be!
You get 15% discount if you go to their restaurant, the food is superb! The people are warm, kind, loving and make you feel at home!
Absolutely clean. Includes breakfast! I couldn’t recommend more this place!

Nice rustic authentic place with the best location in Siena, right in front of the main square the heart of the city .

By far our most pleasant experience in Italy. We were informed on the best parking option via email (in English!!) before arriving and it worked out great. The B&B is literally around the corner from the main Squaire. The entrance looks a little dodgy, but the property is in good shape otherwise and perfectly safe.
We had to wait 5 min for checkin, but the lady was so nice, informative and accommodating and spoke perfect English. We were leaving for Florence at 6:15 am the following day and thus were allowed to just have breakfast to go (as service was only from 8am). The beds aren’t that comfy, but for a city trip, this is the absolute perfect option.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The decor, in particular the bathroom was a bit tired but for the price it was fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was just below the main piazza on a quieter street. Very close to everything!

We came to Siena to find preparations being made for the race called the Palio. Our-very centrally located to the Campo B&B had AC, a comfy bed with a simple continental breakfast. Our check-in was personal with local tips of what to do and how to get there. Siena is a compact medieval city. We found, to our delight, friends living here, so we received very personal and in depth history lessons. Siena has a deeply ingrained social construct called the Contrada, the race is an amazing event. For those wanting a unique experience, I highly recommend Siena. The race is in July and one in August. We will be back.

Great customer service, lots of info about what to see. The location of the place is perfect, as it’s it so close to the main square. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel and the city.

The location of this B&B could not have been any better. It was walking distance to everything. When checking in, there is a sign on the hotel door that tells you to go to the business across the street. Very easy to find and the checking in was great. The staff was very helpful and multilingual. They took me to my room was was downstairs. I thought it was going to be very noisy since it was at the street level but it wasn't. The room and bathroom were very clean. I thought they wouldn't make the bed since it is a B&B but I was pleasantly surprised that they did. The breakfast was small but fulfilling. They had everyone you need. They do offer you a discount to eat at the restaurant they own but I didn't get a chance to visit it. I truly enjoyed my stay here and I would use this B&B again if I am ever in Siena.

Super friendly owners. Large room with excellent views of the market and tower. Generous up grade offered. Very good location, close to all the attractions, yet quiet and private.

We were here in mid October. The room is noisy even with windows closed. It was very hot in here. We hardly got any sleep. The room is very dated, which makes me think they don’t care. They could at least invest in a new bedspread. This is supposed to be bed and breakfast, yet no breakfast provided at all.

Lots of space. Blow dryer did not work. A/C was needed but there was none. Very nice area of town close to the town center and lots of restaurants. Excellent service from hostess, Allysia. She helped us a lot and gave us great information.

we were there for only one night. Room was clean, spacious and had air conditioning. It was right above a restaurant but closed the windows and did not hear a sound. Breakfast was OK- nothing special -croissants, (that they ran out of by 9 AM) yogurt, etc., limited seating and one self service cafe machine that was always being used . Staff was helpful. Sienna is built on alleyways that curve and mysteriously ends.. So depending on where you are coming from, take a taxi to get there .

Tough to get there by car and even more difficult to part. If you are driving, call and get inform about parking options. Probably you will be asked to pay.

Super clean and perfect location
