Hotel was nice, bed was comfortable. I do have a few suggestions. Outside seating area for smokers, better parking instructions and signage. The street/car noise was terrible until early morning hours. It was just a very "blah" experience.

was clean , parking was terrible, valet took over 45minutes, the breakfast we paid extra for was cold and tasted like it was cooked the day before , coffee was cold. the fruit on the bar was dried up and had no taste..I wish I had taken a photo but did not think about it.. we had to ask for hot coffee, it was awful!!!

It was a great trip and the hotel was very conveniently located near so much. I had two issues, 1) the door was super heavy- which made it loud when it closed (not good with a 4 year old. 2) there was really no parking. The valet people were no where to be found. The street parking was fine except the birds REALY liked my car. I would suggest parking in the lot across the street. I wish I had known that in advance. The staff was AMAZING. So friendly and helpful.

We arrived at the hotel about 6pm and were told that the accessible room with the roll in shower we reserved was given away. I was told that they had another accessible room but it had a tub/shower combination. Since I had already unloaded my handicap mother and suitcases and gave our car to the valet, I agreed. When we arrived at the room, it was clearly not accessible so called down to the desk and was offered a King room with a couch bed. As soon as I said that we needed to talk about it, the room I had reserved was suddenly available. We were there 2 nights and the only friendly employees were the valets. They also charge $14.99 for the same buffet breakfast that I had free at the other hotels on our trip.

We checked in a little early but our experience was very good. We left the car and went out throughout the town for our little excursion. We came back and had a very good experience. When we come back to this town, we are coming back to this hotel.

It was absolutely wonderful, I loved the cleanliness and soft comfortable bed. I loved the dove products in the bathroom. Our over all stay was great and will definitely be staying here again in the future

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Downtown Chattanooga is walkable and we enjoyed dinner at the Mayan Kitchen followed by a nightcap at Home. Loved the atmosphere of Home.

Dude at the desk was the biggest jerk ever. The lobby, elevator, and hallway of my room reek of weed. Luckily, my room was so mildewy that it didnt matter. Stayed here to svae $40 and I got what I paid for.

The room was clean and relatively quiet. You could hear people in the hallway from the living area if they were being loud. It stayed nice and cool. I could never get anyone on the phone from the room (guest services or valet) which was a little frustrating. My mother in law had to go down to the lobby for anything we needed- sheets for sofa bed, more towels, etc. The only other frustration was the mini fridge in the room. It froze everything within a few hours and there was no temperature setting available. However, A/C was cold and water in the bathroom was hot and good pressure. The pool area is small but has the benefit of being indoors and therefore can swim even when it's raining. Great location- CDM 1 block away, aquarium 3 blocks away, lots of dining one street over. Valet parking is not super convenient but at least you don't have to worry about getting a parking spot, and the price was comparable to self parking price at the hotel across the street. Overall we'd stay here again for convenience and value.

We had a great experience. The hotel is nice and clean. We loved being able to walk to eat. The aquarium isn’t a bad walk from the hotel. You do have to pay to park almost everywhere so it was nice to be able to walk.

Rolled into town on a whim and had a last minute reservation. Every single person I interacted with were super friendly, laughed and smiled the whole time. What a great team assembled here. Valet, front desk, housekeeping… you name it and they were totally awesome. Would definitely recommend staying here and when I come back, this hotel will be first on the list. Thank you to everyone who made our time there fun.

Wasn’t aware we would have to pay to park at the hotel per night. This could have been written somewhere, but I missed it. Expect to pay minimum $25 a night. Also, adults have to pay roughly $15 a piece for breakfast and only kids eat free.

Our initial check-in went quite well; however, when we arrived at our room, we had a TV with a speaker that did not work well and had static if you turned it up too loud. When we went to breakfast, it was actually one of the worst breakfast as we actually have had. I was upset about that because we spent $57 on it. The staff was very friendly, though.
