For the level of the hotel, it met all our expectations. I would stay here again.

Room service was closed. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Valet service was slow. Expect 20 min. Parking is very expensive more than they quoted per day. $130 for 2 days. Breakfast was good. Shower grout lines need to be cleaned.
No microwave in the king suite rooms. Fridge was unplugged and obviously not chilled. Regular tv so no casting. Cable tv shut down and had to restart 4 times in one meeting. Wifi has poor reception and is very slow.

The only complaints I have is the room was very warm. You couldn’t adjust the heat/air and it only went down to 65. The fan was a bit rattling. Also, the noice from the highway traffic was loud. The parking is about $65 including tax which I think is high. But I was able to park before check in which was a plus!

Great location and excellent hotel

The check-in was poor. They had two people working the food counter. Finally, someone showed up and then had to set up their computer; check-in took 10 minutes. Expect a little more than this from Hyatt. They charge $60 for valet parking. I used the public parking garage down the street instead for $32. On the positive side, the room was large, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was OK.

It was my very first time to Washington DC The hotel was in an excellent location. It was in walking distance to the Museum of the Bible. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, professional and caring! They also had a convenient taxi cab call button to push for transportation needs. We found out that Taxi or Uber is the best way to get around DC. Pretty good selections offered at the bar and the restaurant has really goid burgers and sandwiches! Truly enjoyed my stay

Bed was comfortable but my brother in law slept in the pull out couch which was very uncomfortable-you could basically feel the springs. Shower was hot.
4.0
The location is the only good thing , however they charge you 55 dollars for parking alone, you can park in the streets if you are going to the mall so it is not worth it to use their garage
Our sink was getting clogged all the time,
Bed was not comfortable and not presented well.. breakfast was ok
It is not worth the total 375 total that i paid.

Good location, new interior, spacious room, breakfast (no vegetables at all). But the shower head is broken! The water is not shower but drizzls and the water temperature is not warm. The handle drop off when my huseband was turnjng it. He manage dto put it back, but it is wiggling.

Nice hotel close to the Mall and the Wharf. Fine breakfast was included. We visited the hotel because of our holiday. It was nice to use the pool after a day visiting the monumental etc.

Great place, very convenient location, very friendly staff!

The location and the room were great, not inexpensive but very good. What really soured me on the stay was we were leaving early to catch a plane. I spoke with the hotel staff the night before about arranging a cab for 4 am. They said just call them and they would take care of it. We tried and no answer . When we sent down to the desk no one was there, answered the phone, and we were scrambling to get an UBER so as not to miss the
flight. Don't say someone is available 24/7 if in fact they are not.

Great location near mall and metro stations. Dining at the hotels is a limited menu but it is fine. The breakfast buffet was really well done.
4.0
Great location for seeing museums and landmarks near the National Mall. Its about a 10 minute walk to the Air and Space museum and the Circulator bus.
Clean hotel room and common spaces. It is quite close to the highway so traffic noise could be loud at night. Free breakfast that was standard fare, and busy on weekend mornings. It's a bit dated in color palette and decor, but we were out seeing things. Nice rooftop bar for a sunset drink. I appreciated that they will store you bags before check in or after check out.

It was nice, offered free breakfast not the best but was something. Pool was a lot smaller than i thought. But place was good overall

Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not what my family and I stayed in on the first night. Ideally, a heads up would have been appreciated in the event of something like that but we were grateful to have a room nonetheless. The following day, we were moved to the room that we did originally reserve. The location was great and we loved having such ease of access to the National Mall. We would stay again.

Transportation except for Uber is a bit lacking. But nothing is too far. You can walk to the wharf.

Very nice hotel within easy walking distance of the national mall and many museums.

Overall, good vibe.

Perfect 1-night stay for my family of 5. Decent walk to our planned destination and easily accessible from the metro.

Dated. Elevators slow. Coffee machine in room missing a piece. Valet parking outrageously expensive and no other option available.

Very nice

Great location just outside the mall. Valet parking. Nice hotel, staff very helpful.
Public transportation close.

Hotel nice and clean, walking distance to everything

The staff were helpful and kind. Room needed maintenance which delayed check-in.

The hotel was very clean, excellent continental breakfast, and main bed was extremely comfortable. The pull out couch bed was terrible (where my son slept). That would be my only complaint the pull out couch bed you could hear and feel every spring in it.

Nice spot. Good amenities and breakfast options. Good location!

Staff went above and beyond!

We had two rooms (2 queen beds in each) reserved. Unfortunately, upon arrival, only one room was available. We checked in for that one, then found things to do, including lunch in the hotel (which was good). When we returned to check on status of the 2nd room, we were told there was an outage in the Hyatt system and they were working to get it resolved, but couldn't check in anyone until then. Continued checking back every hour turned into four hours later, when the system was still down, but they were manually assigning rooms. At that time, we were told they no longer had any 2-queen-bed rooms available, and would give us a King bed. That wasn't a set-up that we had requested, but in order to have a room, we made it work.

Convenient and comfortable

Room was clean, but the air conditioning was not strong. Checked the air filter and it was disgusting. Had it replaced. TV would not work. Had to call three times over the course of the first day to get someone to fix it.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The check in process was simple and easy. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great - wonderful selection. Hotel felt safe with the need of using your key card to get to the floors with guest rooms. Location was great - easy to get to the National Mall, Capitol and the Metro. My only negative was that prior to our stay we had inquired twice about how hotel parking worked and got two different answers. Everything worked out and the valet was great, but there was a bit confusion prior to our stay. I will definitely recommend the hotel to others and will stay again when we travel back to D.C.

A couple blocks from Smithsonian Air/space museum. You can use an electric stroller and bike. Safeway is 3 blocks away

The only parking available is valet at over $50.00 for 1 night. Public areas of the hotel were hot and humid. Breakfast was so so (not presented very well), the area was extremely crowded & the staff clearly unhappy. The room (bathroom) wasn't very clean. Probably wouldn't stay here again.
