Great property. Restaurants and hotel bar were great. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is that they tried to charge me $30 for early check-in even though I explained my Expedia benefits allow me to check in early when available. They told me my unit was available, but I needed to pay…. So I didn’t. They also charged me a $27 tax I don’t know why.

Excellent location for all things Quito.

Terrific for families, lots of space to spread out at the end of the day. Good restaurants and Parque de Carolina nearby. Quiet. Good room service from the Marriott next door and all their amenities through a joint deal they’ve worked out. Watch the thousands of cyclists on Ave Rio Amazonas on Sundays. .

Perfect location and very large rooms. Building is next to Marriott Quito which gives flexibility to use their bar and restaurant.

Beautiful pool and spa area. Loved the steam room. There could have been better information on all the amenities we didn’t know where to eat breakfast which was included. We purchased some beer in the common are which was advertised as 5 dollars we payed at the front desk. Then the same girl that took our money called our room later and asked for more money. The guy with her told her she was wrong but she insisted we pay more.

Sharing a property with Marriott, the suites are fantastic. They are large and clean. Our family loved it!

Such a wonderful experience staying at this property. The staff are so incredibly helpful. You sense that they have a real feeling of responsibility for this guests and that they really want to have a great experience visiting Quito. All of the organization worked flawlessly - from the moment Gonzalo picked us up at the airport until he dropped us off. They are happy to help organize with visits to cultural areas and they were incredibly helpful when my daughter got sick. We also loved having access to the Marriot pool and spa. It was a wonderful retreat after spending time in the busy old town. Highly recommended.

The room was actually quite nice -- clean, comfortable, and huge (could fit a family in here and have plenty of room to cook and eat and relax) -- but some other aspects weren't great.
For starters, this is actually part of the Marriott, but you would never know that from their branding or the communications you get in advance, and you'll have a really hard time finding it (as will your cab) unless you know where to go. You have to come through the Marriott parking lot and then go down a street to the back, which is really annoying if your'e coming and going on foot, as you basically have to walk down a dark alleyway with no sidewalk. Also, the location isn't the greatest, as you're kind of a ways from the major attractions in the old city (a very long walk) or else an Uber ride.
Meanwhile, there's not a lot of staff; when I arrived, I had to wait five minutes, as there's apparently only ever one person at the front desk and he was in a meeting. It's also kind of a ghost town in the lobby, as it's small and no one hangs out there. You can head over to the Marriott for restaurants, shopping, and general hanging out space in the lobby -- and the Marriott lobby is the best place to get cabs or have your Uber pick you up as well.
Pro tip: ask one of the staff members to show you the indoor way to get to the Marriott, which is a bit roundabout and hidden, but it will save you a lot of time and hassle once you get it figured out.

We had some issues with lack of hot water and one TV cutting out, but with a few visits from maintenance, it was eventually resolved. Staff is very helpful. Suite is spacious, kitchen had a fairly big fridge and adequate cooking utensils, we asked for a toaster and it came promptly. We were on the ground floor and had a huge patio, the only problem with that is that your patio furniture gets filthy from the smog, so we had to wash it down every time we sat on it! The pool area is wonderful and the amenities at the Marriott are great. We marveled at the Marriott's floral arranger, all the floral arrangements are breathtaking. The young lady who served us our included continental breakfast was so sweet and kind! We would absolutely stay here again, easy walking distance to parks, restaurants and bars!

Lady at front desk was very friendly. Dont remember her name. I went to the desk a few times and she would call my tour companys for me as I spoke no Spanish. It made for better çomunication.

This is a great hotel tucked behind the JW Marriott and offers great value for money. The suite we had was huge with a big kitchen, living area with a sofa, a bedroom and two big bathrooms, one which had a washer dryer in it. The bed was a huge king bed and very comfortable and the entire stay was enjoyable. The kitchen has basic pots and pans and utensils but it doesnt have basics such as coffee (despite a coffee machine) and salt and pepper or oil. We even called down to ask for these items but they said they didnt have them which was a little annoying. There also isnt any soap for the dishwasher or the laundry machine, although we bought laundry soap for very cheap nearby. The best part of the hotel was being able to use the Marriott pool, health club and their spa facilities. We spent a lot of time there and loved the facilities. The breakfast is okay - a few pieces of bread and crossiants, coffee, juice and some fruit. Nothing great but a nice add on.

Really good room with easy access to all Marriott facilities and restaurants. OK location for Quito centre but need a taxi or bus to get to colonial centre.

We arrived about midnight slightly worried because reception is closed then. English-speaking night manager at desk was welcoming and efficient. Got us to our room quickly. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and well appointed, even having its own washer/dryer and a cloakroom toilet off the living room. The kitchenette was clean and the apartment could call on room service from the Marriot which is next door. Torres entrance is inside the Marriott security fence and our taxi driver had to consult the despatcher at the airport to understand how to get to it.
Our included breakfast was a very pleasant continental at Le Gourmet café in the Marriott to whose lobby our room key gave us access without going outdoors. We would use Torres again if we come to Quito.

We loved the Torres de Suites. We found the soundproofing fine and were not disturbed by noise from other rooms. The bed was super comfortable, water pressure and temperature excellent. The kitchen was well equipped, although there was no electric kettle. The hotel provided a stove-top kettle instead. The convenience of the kitchen, washing machine and dryer were fantastic. The area is convenient for walking and dining nearby, our only complaint is the wifi was somewhat erratic and occasionally very weak. Using the entrance and all facilities of the Marriott was lovely. Overall an excellent experience.

This hotel is part of the Marriott, a separate tower, hard to find even by the local Taxi drivers, but, if you tell them to take you to the Marriott they will know right away, is located right behind the Marriott Hotel. You can even use the Marriott facilities: Pool, Gym, restaurants, etc.
