The property was unique, clean, safe, and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. The service there is excellent and the staff friendly everyone. Very quiet and safe.It is in the center of Quito. Historical buildings and amazing sights and food. They go out of their way to make your stay special.

24 hr stuff is very helpful. We checked in at midnight with no problem. I left my camera charger in the tour bus and was able to borrow one from the hotel. We were assigned a court yard view room the first night but was able to switch to a city view room as what I specified in booking. The court yard room we stayed is smaller with no stairs. The other room we stayed with city views has stairs but is much larger. Both rooms are beautifully decorated with guests comfort in mind. You will feel that you are staying in a brand new model home.

We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay here rather than at a traditional hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and ready to accommodate our every need. The apartment was clean, spacious and lovely, and the beds were cozy. It was the perfect space for my teens and me. We hope to return to Quito, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we do.

Paul and Freddie were awesome! Very helpful, friendly and professional. Freddie went out of his way to talk to us about the culture of the area, which we loved. A first class operation and the rooms were charming and perfect for our stay! When in Quito, this would be a perfect spot to rent for several weeks. Our family of four loved our stay at Old Town Quito Suites. Everything was immaculate, well cared for, and thoughtfully designed and curated. The staff was friendly, inquisitive, and helpful, especially in arranging early morning transportation and responding to communications. Upon arrival, your room has a fresh loaf of local bread, a stocked fridge for breakfast and snacks, and a generous fruit bowl. We also enjoyed the proximity to the local Cafe San Blas up the street - a charming mom-and-daughter operation with delicious food and the best milkshakes ever, according to my 12-year-old. Don't hesitate to book your stay at this lovely gem!

Our 4 night stay was wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about the staff—pleasant, kind, extremely helpful. Loved the daily restocking of fresh fruits and breads. Close to the central market (don’t miss it) and the historic center (though a block or two of slightly dodgy area to get there—just stay aware of your surroundings). Highly recommend booking some of their suggested tours. The guides they work with are extraordinary. I felt like I won the lottery when we got Javier as our guide for a day. Book it now! You won’t regret it

Soooo safe don’t cancel your reservation. There is no sketchy part get an amazing tour for so cheap with Xavier we walked all around by ourself and then he took us to papalleta and Cotopaxi these people are so desperate for work and they were just recovering it’s like living in Michigan and tell people not to go to New York City because New York City is way scarier stop cancelling it’s sooo safe and fun

Just a fantastic boutique hotel. Our room was “high ceilings” and it was beautifully decorated. Stuck my head into a couple of other rooms on Sunday and they are all unique and just as nice. Location is perfect, walking distance to all of old town and on a very quiet street. Staff were so kind and would help us at any point, we did our best in Spanish but all were fluent in English as well. 100% recommending to friends and family.

Old Town Quito was like a home away from home. Spacious comfortable rooms with added ambiance of a gas fire. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The fresh fruit, bread and further breakfast supplies were delicious and delivered daily. All the staff went over and above to make our stay more than we could ask for.

Superb choice for central Quito. Restored old villa with only a few suites. Each one is a good size. Well maintained and good facilities. Street noise buffered out. Kitchen to cook your own food with plenty stocked in the frig. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy walk to center of city and restaurants all around the hotel. Modest price. A great experience.

I loved everything about this place. The staff is incredibly warm and helpful. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The breakfast ingredients in the fridge were a delightful surprise- we woke up and a had a delicious and leisurely breakfast. The location is great, as well. Right near all the Old Town spots, some lovely little spots to eat nearby, easy to grab a taxi and head to other parts. Easily one of my best stays in a hotel period.

Derek (the owner) and his staff simply couldn't be any more helpful, from restaurant suggestions to arranging tours and transportation. The room was huge, very nicely furnished, and included everything we needed to make our own delicious breakfast (including the eggs, meat, cheese, and a loaf of fresh local bread). If we return to Quito, this is where we'll stay!

Where do I even begin??! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. It was within reasonable walking distance of major touristic areas within Quito. The staff were so friendly!! They made sure our kitchen was stocked for breakfast each morning. Our room was freshened each time we returned. We were greeted each time we entered and exited our apartment. All of these little touches made our stay incredible. If you're looking for a place to call home away from home while in Quito, BOOK HERE!!

While it is certainly true that the accomodations are gorgeous, the most stellar feature of this property is the staff. We arrived after midnite, and the minute we pulled up to the hotel the manager came out to greet us and help with our luggage. Our apartment had a fireplace, and it was lit so we were welcomed warmly! Breakfast was provided by filling our refridgerator each day, so we could prepare what ever we wanted on our own time frame. When we had questions,, there was always someone to help. When we had a challenging situation in town, the manager was quick to help us resolve it. I really can't say enough about how Old Town Suites helped us feel at home in Quito.

We would highly recommend Old Town Quito Suites. We stayed there with our family of four including our 2.5 y/o and 6 month old. Our older son loved having space to run around our 2 bedroom apartment. The location next to old town was very convenient for walking to. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful with anything we needed assistance with. They organized 2 private tours for us (both were fantastic), called taxis, made recommendations, and reservations as needed. The stocked kitchen was great for preparing breakfast before heading out for the day. Overall, our family loved our stay and would definitely stay again when visiting Quito.

This is a beautiful hotel. I highly recommend this to any traveler looking for a bit of relaxation in a busy city. The space is beautifully decorated and very clean. The little touches like fresh bread every morning, stocked fridge and coffee make the space special. The staff and owner, Joz, Edison, Jhon and Dirk, are lovely people and incredibly kind. Very communicate and offer great suggestions where to visit and eat. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay here again.
