Definitely not a place that we will stay again.
Poor service, expensive for what it is in offer. Very dated place, needs a good makeover. For the same price it is possible to find something better

It was ok to stay for one night but thats it,
Wallpaper falling off
Paint crumbling off wall
Live wires under the double bed wrapped in tape
Limescale on bath and sink.
Pillow was like puttin head onto a slab of concrete. Matress was comfy tho

This is very basic, but was a bed for the night.
Rooms are very unkept and could do with some updating.
The pillows are like rocks.
TV damaged (has lines down the screen)
Very noisy location through the night
We requested a lower floor room due to mobility issues, but our room was on the 3rd floor.
Don't think I would stay there again.

The manager sold my room to another person for a higher price despite I booked it and paid for it. I was left with no option except to spend the night on the streets!!!

Disgusting horrible hotel.

it was okay overall. it was a little loud as I can hear the people from other rooms. but is accessible and the area is safe.

The property responded to my request for late check-in however against additional costs.

Bathroom small but clean. However, - toilet seat broken, only one towel, no bath mat - dangerous!
Furniture old, broken. No carpet. Adequate coffee making facility. Best thing in the room was the TV.

Location.Its quite place

Cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for. Felt like a hostel. In a converted house. Felt safe. Near enough to small shops and a Wetherspoons. Thank you!

There was some strong smell in the property floor wasn’t clean either
2.0 / 5.0
The initial check-in was frustrating as there wasn’t sufficient parking which having to mount the pavement and squeeze in between a car and the entrance to the hotel. My car was an obstruction
The site photos are very outdated. The decor is very run down
The surface is clean

The b 'n' b was fine but the sound proofing between rooms made it very difficult to sleep as a couple were arguing and I could hear them rawing for a large part of the night.

Place looks rough and there’s no reception, you have to check-in at a closet sized “office”. Room size was okay but there was drawing on the walls, bed was unstable (sways like it was about to collapse), paper thin walls with loud creaky floor boards. They only provide a thin summertime duvet and it’s currently winter, at least the heating was on low. Smell of cigarette in the air at night during my stay couldn’t be from outside as the window was closed and I was at top floor. Checking out was sketchy as all you got to do is drop your room keys in a bowl outside the office so there’s no confirm that someone else would walk pass and see.

Dirty bedlinen
Dirty, tiny room
Loud sounds and noise from other guests' room behind the wall

Wow. Mould in the bedrooms, paper thin walls (loved listening to someone burping and laughing all night), hard uncomfortable beds, the vague feeling of having my organs harvested. 1/10.

Wasn’t the best. Bed and bathroom clean but room wasn’t that clean, grubby decor. Check in ok as there was someone on the premesis but no one answered the phone or replied to messages sent through Expedia raising questions about check in before arrival. Quiet and well situated. Was a bed for the night

It is very a dirty hotel. The floor and beds are dirty.
The cattle is disgusting, I can not use it.
2.5 / 5.0
The hotel is inexpensive, clean and comfortable. It's located in a leafy part of Ealing near the common and not too far from the Ealing Broadway tube.

Waiting 2hrs for check in no one open the door

Not sure if this is the fault of the hotel, or the booking site, but i paid for bed & breakfast, yet there was no sign of any catering whatsoever.
The room was very basic, but clean and comfortable. I slept very well. The staff were friendly.
At the price I paid, I'd have liked breakfast, but my two night stay was okay.

Abbey Lodge is a budget hotel that does everything it sets out to do. The staff were friendly; the room clean and adequate, if not spacious; the bed comfy; the en-suite clean and suitably equipped. Parking was a bonus. Good value and met my needs. Would stay again.

Pictures on the website don't show the type of room you'll get when you arrive. It is functionable, but desperately needs updating / maintenance.

On nice quiet street. Helpful staff. Comfortable room.

We could not stay at this place ,it is nothing as is shown in the picture. Even though we called before arriving , no one answered the door.

It was so dirty and looked so different to the pictures that we ended up leaving after one night and finding a different hotel

Bad service, dusty old house thats barely standing and the room was in desperate need of repairs and a deep clean. The bathroom was ridiculously small with multiple hairs throughout, and the walls were crumbling, the tv didnt work, the fridge wasnt plugged in so unless and the curtains were ripped and hanging. They could do with lamps aswell as only the main light to use.

Very run down property. Staff were fine.
I don’t understand why they needed my photo ID and took my driving license away which has my DOB full address and license ID. I’m a bit concern about this.

Definitely not worth the £75 they charged for the night.
Grotty room, old furniture, dirty walls, useless blinds that do not block-off the light, the noisiest shower fan I have ever heard (the neighbours must have cursed me).
the staff was nice and the area quiet, but sadly this is the only positive point. Feels more like a run down student dorm than a hotel. At £30 a night that would have got a better rating from me, but when I spend £75, I expect a minimum in terms of the room (and trust me I am not difficult).

This place was extremely dirty. There were dead bugs on the floor, and dust everywhere. The walls were dirty with yellow splash stains all over. Some cups and a spoon were in the room for tea/coffee; the spoon was used, and the cups were covered in dust. The shower was clogged with old hair, and wouldn't drain so I had to unclog the drain myself, it was disgusting. The room smelled of toilet water. I couldn't afford a new hotel, otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed here. I'm not at all picky, and I wasn't expecting to be in luxury, my only requirement is that my room is clean when I arrive (I don't need cleaning services during my stay) but I don't think this room had been cleaned in months with how much dust was everywhere.

Property was in very poor condition, over property was not maintained or adequately decorated, facilities in room were an old scaley kettle 2 mugs and two teabags, lead onshower did not
work , water from shower either was freezing cold or roasting hot. Beds were clean and also towels.good cone toons to two tube stations. Overall just accomodation to stay a night if you are desperate then leave quickly.
3.0 / 5.0
Staff were helpful and friendly though not always in the building.
The rooms need a deep clean, all surfaces, inside drawers, windows and especially the drains in the shower.
I appreciated the kettle and ability to make tea etc. TV was nice too. Bedside light could have been brighter and in a better position.
