Unfortunately, check in was a bit rough to say the least. However, as a someone who has worked in the hotel industry I refuse to mention the hotel employee’s name. Why? Because as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry I remember how difficult that job can be. So I would rather focus on the positives of my stay. What I would like to tell you about was how the young lady (only female who works the Front Desk employee) forgot to get her name, at this property made a lifetime loyal guest out of me. 1. She took the time to explain to me that the man checking us in was new. 2. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. 3. Her guest services far surpassed our expectations. 4. Unfortunately, the only negative thing of our stay was that the cable tv did not work. 5. A very nice man from engineering came to the room and apologized after he too was unable to activate the cable. 6. The pool bar staff, the lobby bar staff and your hotel restaurant staff were all on point from the warm welcome, perfectly mixed cocktails and genuine guest service. My suite was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the suite was quiet.

We came for night one of Taylor Swift concerts - and it was the perfect location. Easy to walk to the French Quarter and the Superdome. The staff were all so friendly and our room was amazing!

An amazing time from check in to check out. Very friendly staff from the front desk, concierge, and house keepers. We also enjoyed the central location to various attractions throughout the city. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall a great value and would stay there again.

hotel was nice and clean and most staff was friendly and useful. however, my wife jumped in the shower when we realizes and then realized we didnt have a clean towel. went to teh front desk to get one. they said they would have to send room service with it. i explained she was in the shower currently. 20 minutes later still no towel. shes waiting in the shower. i call the front desk and they say they will send the request again. ended up drying off with a t shirt. got ready and left for dinner. still no towel until we came back later that night.

Came to New Orleans for the Saints vs Eagles game. Thought we had to wait until 4 to check in like the website said but we checked in an hour early. Were able to wash relax then head out to enjoy Louisiana. 10/10

Hotel was great. almost every single staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodating. However, we paid in advance and at check in we were told that we only needed to have a $300 incidentals deposit and everything else was paid up, but then we were charged an additional $295 at check out for a “destination fee”- that was an unfortunate note to end on.

Very nice stay had two rooms and one last night water was leaking from ceiling they gave me another room no hesitation. I would definitely recommend convient to every thing close to airport only compliant I asked for towels for both rooms only one room got delivered not sure how that happen due to next to each other . small matter nothing big

Our stay was excellent. We were greeted by Richard and he was the highlight of our stay. The front desk checked us in early which allowed the party to start early. The rooftop bar employees were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The food at Public Service was delicious and our waitress was pleasant. I give the hotel a 5/5.

The rooms smelled moldy, the valet took forever and was unorganized. We stayed at this hotel last year and had a totally different experience. We referred a couple to come on this trip and stay with us for a POOR experience. We were told the pool would stay open until midnight only for the staff to say it wasn’t and argue after that exact person told us it would be open until that time.

I booked a city view when I checked in, and got upstairs my view literally was a brick wall! Food service is HORRIBLE! Valet parking literally takes about an hour to come! Don’t believe the hype

When we arrived there was mold in the shower, the mini fridge didn’t close properly, and the vents were dirty. The following morning I told a manager and was told it would be cleaned while we were out on our excursion. We returned and while the room smelled of bleach, the vents were still dirty and the mold was still very visible. I told the front desk and was given the option to downgrade to a smaller room for the night then back to a room our size the night after. So moving rooms twice. I opted not to because that’s excessive. Instead we were given wine vouchers for the bar(horrible drinks btw) and our resort fees were waived. The property is gorgeous but the hotel smells damp, paint in our bathroom was peeling (obvious they painted over water damage) and they couldn’t be bothered to clean up the issues we complained about. I had high hopes because the pictures were beautiful and I love historical properties but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The location of the property was great! Some of the staff was pleasant and helpful while others were not helpful when you have issues with the hotel. The water pressure in the bathroom was horrible. We had a refrigerator in our room that was not working and spoiled our food. Plus you had to ask everyday for housekeeping. When checking out they charge you a resort fee.

The NOPSI hotel was beautiful and in a walkable area to Bourbon street, Canel Street & French quarters. As a native, I enjoyed the accessible to the culture. The interior was luxury & the rooftop bar views were amazing. The rooms were huge and the bathrooms were nice. My dislikes were the Moldy/ Wet lingering smell in the lobby and rooms. Only 1 elevator was in use which was ridiculously slow and inconvenient. Prior to booking, I read reviews that warned of the 1 elevator, I should have took that into consideration. Its no excuse for this beautiful hotel, not to take safety and accessibility in the hotel seriously. Also, Valet was unorganized and too expensive ($47) per date.

Great hotel that is close to everything. Just make sure to keep an eye on your bill, not that they will add extra charges, but if you have a credit the will ignore it and won't add it unless you tell them. That was just a minor thing, other than that the hotel is full of friendly staff, Paul and Raven at the pool bar were the best. Rooms at the 9th floor are amazing.

Convenient to French Quarter. No hot water for 12 hours. Only one elevator worked first 6 days of trip. I had VIP status. No upgrade. My room was right next to the hotel staff cleaning room. So noisy

We had two rooms same category. We were in town for one night. One room was fabulous, the other horrible. The room smelt musky, the humidity in the room was awful, something was definitely wrong with the room. Bedding was damp from humidity and ended up finding mold on walls behind bed along with the backside of the headboard covered in mold. The bed in this room was extremely uncomfortable, it did not compare to the other room. One room was a 10 the other a 0. When asked about rooms I was told because I used third party to book I would need to contact Hotels.com. Pictures do not do justice but you can see mold on furniture if you zoom in.

Was a very nice hotel. I'm used to the cheap motels so this felt a bit on the fancier side. Enjoyed the pool and the the drink vouchers and i don't like wine and they let me get a high noon instead. Everyone was very friendly. But they only have one elevator that works so sometimes you need to wait a bit but it wasn't a super long wait. Would stay again
