Great home. Grandkids enjoyed all staying together in the large bedroom. Just be aware of location. Not a good area for kids or animals outside. Small lot between two very busy roads, as stated in host description. Over all good stay. Every thing needed was provided.

We were a group of 8 needing to sleep for only a night, but we'd definitely keep this location in mind for future trips.
Very clean and cozy. Communication with the manager was very professional.
Overall the stay was A+.

We used this property as our Hurricane Evacuation plan, so we booked last minute and brought our dog! Jennifer was so very helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The home was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed, including yummy scented candles! The main bedroom was perfect for our kids - who felt like they had the “whole place to themselves!”
My only concerns were the nearest Ingles (4 min away) after dark was extremely run-down, and the the gate around the hot tub didn’t extend all the way to the ground, so our dog (Aussiepoo) could escape if not on a leash! Overall, a beautiful home and stay! Would recommend!

It was an easy Uber to downtown as well as the French broad river! There was a ton of space and the bathrooms and kitchen were very nice! The hot tub was a perfect addition to this house!

I came to Asheville for a Bachelorette party and this was the perfect place for our group of 10! We are a close group so we made sleeping arrangements work, but I would say this place is better fit for 7-8 people. The house was very unique and cute! I loved the decor. It also is conveniently located to downtown Asheville. We had easy access to Ubers and the Uber ride was just under 10 minutes to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!!

We chose this space for a bachelorette weekend. It was perfect.

We stayed over during Christmas. I really appreciated the holiday decorations and tree. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, and towels. There also were coffee and fixings, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags provided. We had an issue with the furnace, and Jennifer was quick to respond and get it fixed. The house is close to downtown and provides a relaxing, no-stress stay. I highly recommend!
