Welcome to the ideal home base for your next Gulf Shores vacation! This family- and dog-friendly home was entirely remodeled in August 2022, so everything inside is bright and new. Sitting lagoon-side with its own small, private beach, this waterfront home also enjoys access to the gorgeous Gulf beach via a path that goes under Beach Blvd, and you'll even have access to a paddle boat for a day on the water. All the restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions of Gulf Shores are around three miles to the east. Situated on Little Lagoon, outdoor space at home includes multi-tiered decks and a patio, perfect for catching stunning sunrises and sunsets. Another deck on the front of the home is the ideal place to wave hi to passing neighbors.
Inside, there's lots of room to spread out. The sleek, well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops, while two dining tables provide plenty of mealtime seating. After a day on the beach, use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, then fire up the grill for a family cookout. Relax on the oversized sectional while you watch a little TV, or catch your favorite show in one of the bedrooms, each with their own TV as well. Lucky guests of the expansive primary bedroom will enjoy direct deck access and an en suite bathroom, plus a sleeping nook for littles. With more modern essentials like a private washer/dryer, central AC and free WiFi, the perfect Gulf Shores vacation awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

My family loved the home, the furniture was great lots of room for us all. The closeness to the ocean and the bay right out back. Sat on the decks every morning and night. Too bad the paddle boat was broke but we had our own toys so we still had fun.

The lagoon is perfect fir younger kids. We paddle boarded and kayaked. Short walk from beach. Do not have to cross any main roads for beach access.

Enjoy morning coffee in the shade while you take in glorious sunrises. Relax at the end of the day with beautiful sunsets on the back deck. Easy walk to the beach. Great fishing!

12 of us fit perfectly in the Lemon Drop. We loved the lagoon out back for relaxing and the beach was a quick walk away. We did have to replace the propane in the grill but Vacasa refunded us what we paid for it which was nice. Would've loved it even more if there were beach chairs and beach towels to use!

The view and the sound of the waves provided a beautiful and peaceful retreat for our family since we stayed during the offseason.

The view from the back porch is incredible!! Lots of space and great response when needed assistance from Vacasa.

Nice home in a great location on the little bay. Backyard is right on the water with a small sandy beach area. Water is to shallow to tie up the Sea Doo but theres a dock that goes out to deeper water near the home. Left the Sea Doo out there. Good fishing in the bay but no access to the gulf. Dredging now and will eventually be able to get out there. 7 adults comfortable in the home. One bedroom is all bunk beds.
Nice place, great location!

Loved our stay at Lemon Drop Lagoon! Would love to make it our annual vacation spot!!

A wonderful home with an absolutely gorgeous view and sunset. I was upset, though, that there were considerable fees associated with this booking that were not made readily apparent until I had booked it and committed funds. We had a problem with some of the rooms in the house not getting enough air conditioning. We also couldn’t read the controls on the washer and dryer in the evening because the fluorescent light bulb was not working. We notified Vacasa, the property management co, of the problem the first full day of our stay, but they were either unwilling or unable to provide a light bulb through our entire 6 night stay - despite my repeated requests. As much as I love the location of this property,I will not book it again as long as Vacasa is the property manager.

This home is perfect! The house is cozy and spacious with lots of beds and room for all! Kitchen is great and had everything we needed minus grilling tools. The private beach in the back is awesome for little ones and for hermit crab catching.
We could fish from the back porch, the dock, or catch crabs in the crab traps over night.
The walk to the beach under the bridge is so easy and makes us feel good about kids going back and forth.
Linens were nice and had everything we needed.
Only real complaint is the single king bed to right of top of stairs doesn’t get good circulation and gets hot.
Also please add trash bags for guests.

Over all the house was great, but could have done little better on the cleaning.Outside decks full of sand from previous gusset, so we had to spray them off and floors could have been swept and mopped better, outside trash containers were full, smelly and maggots all over them! But would stay here again!!

This property was in a great location off the main street through Gulf Shores. Somewhat private and just a very short walk to the beach.

Very nice place. Clean, lots of room, own little private beach on the lagoon. Lagoon views are wonderful! Enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck. Easy access to the ocean. You can tell there was work done on the inside. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. Loved that we could bring our 2 dogs (thank you!)
Couple of minor things: It had a lot of nice, large Roku TVs, but it would have been nice if they could put them in Guest Mode so we could use our own apps. Could use a little work on the decks/patio and outside stairs. Would also be helpful to have a few grilling tools available. Not sure the paddle boat is usable (it was filled with water and rusty).
Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely stay there again.

My sister and I brought our kids down for a few days of Spring Break. We loved the location. The views were beautiful! We loved the short walk to the beach. We would definitely come back and rent again!

The house is beautiful, clean and has a great location on the lagoon. It was perfect for my group of 8 customers I brought down for a fishing trip. The base is tremendous. A couple of constructive criticism points…..there were no frying pans or pots, the Tokugawa had a PIN and we couldn’t access any NFL Games that were broadcast on national networks(I have the NFL package and couldn’t add the app to the tv). Again, other than those easy fixes, I would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our time at Lemon Drop Lagoon. The views are some of the best I’ve seen in Gulf Shores. It felt like we were surrounded by water, and Little Lagoon really puts on a show at sunset.
The house is beautiful and provides plenty of space to stretch out and have your own space. It was stocked with everything that we needed to cook 3 meals a day. We will definitely be staying here again next year!
