Staff was very helpful

The units and furnishing are tired. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The balcony wasn't swept and was shared with the unit next to us. This wasn't what was outlined in the booking. We appreciated the easy parking but I am not sure we would stay again. The place could use a refresh.

Great location. Friendly Staff. Room is decent but some features on the property need a refresh. By all means still enjoyed my stay. I've stay at Aspen Mountain Lodge numerous times.

Probably the most affordable place in town during peak ski season. I would stay here again.

They were accommodating first class, and took care of us every step of the way. Much appreciated.

The most affordable place in Aspen! Clean and a short walk to town. Friendly staff. Beds on the soft side, other than that, very satisfied. Would book again.
6.0 / 10.0
The good news is that the Aspen Mountain Lodge was a comfortable place to stay, good bed, reasonably quiet, there was a nice breakfast buffet in the morning, and the staff, though not full-time, was quite helpful. It's also a good location, a ten-to-fifteen-minute walk to Aspen Mountain. The less-than-good news is that my room, though decently sized and well outfitted with towels, tissues, etc., was on the slightly shabby side, with stained carpet and B-minus housekeeping. The biggest problem: it takes 15 minutes for the water in the shower to get hot! And then it doesn't get all that hot! Lukewarm-to-cold showers three days in a row!
