Excellent Hiking and Biking Trails in the Sandia Mountains are ONLY a few minutes from the house. Walking distance to brand-new Icon Cinemas, Smith’s, and Sprouts grocery stores. Very close to the I-40 Freeway with easy access to many other restaurants and shopping.
Only 15 mins from Airport or East Mountains. 10 minutes to Nob Hill, Downtown, Old Town ABQ, Uptown! Utilities and household needs are all supplied, FAST Wi-Fi (105 Mbps), Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Sling, and Local and Hispanic Channels included.

There is a Pet Fee of $200 for the entire stay for up to 2 dogs, each additional dog is $100 There will be an additional $200 for pets that haven’t been pre‐authorized by the owner before check-in.
→ Winter Months - The pool is not heated during the winter months. If you would like to have the pool heated during the winter there is an additional fee.
