Room was decent
Room keys were trash & also the freeway was loud

I like the value I get at this property. It's always clean and comfortable.
The staff never seems to be that friendly. I live locally and they charge me like a $300 deposit, even though I've stayed there multiple times and always tell about the deposit as a deterrent.

The building had been crashed into. The door to our room was loose and had a hard time getting in our room. In the morning of check out the front desk staff was on a personal phone call you could hear down the hallway. The room was decent to stay in for a nights sleep but wouldn’t have stayed longer than that. The fridge in the room didn’t work and was inside the wardrobe cabinet. The front staff was very unprofessional.

Close to interstate
Sketchy rooms, rooms not clean, door felt loose and worn down. Halls looked scary.

Beds were stiff for my liking and there was a roach in our bathroom. Room smelled like cigarettes and was supposed to be a non smoking room

The location was good
The furniture in the room was totally worn. The shower and toilet has no water pressure. Calcium built up all around the faucet. Breakfast was not good.
6.0 / 10.0
A clean place to sleep and close to my drop off location for the load on my trailer.
Someone tried to steal the tool box in the bed of my truck. They tried to loosen the strap around it and got it open. Didn’t tell the person at the desk since they acted like they didn’t want to be there. Didn’t like the people walking around that looked like drug addicts.

Staff was and location (proximity to Fiesta park)
The facility needs renovating - badly! The hallways are long, gray and white, which reminded me of a prison. The rooms look nothing like the advertisements. The door to one of our rooms did not close properly. The rug was badly stained with one large stain that looked like blood. The bureau looked like it would fall apart if we put anything in it. The tub in the other room did not leak - it streamed! It constantly ran water no matter how much we tried to tighten it. There was no handle to the sliding door to the balcony and there was a LARGE gap between the door and the wall - basically we were air conditioning the outdoors.
I did not consider this to be the quality deserving of the price charged and would not recommend this property to anyone.

Really can't say I liked anything.
I felt that the hotel was dirty and the tape around the carpet was less than attractive.
5.0 / 10.0
The accessibility to nearby restaurants and activities/siteseeing and interstate.
I was led to believe the hotel was a newer building with modern, updated amenities. It was not. It is an older hotel with very few updates.
Old, some rusty bath fixtures.
The lanai sliding door was not locked and could only be locked with a bar that drops down but was not explained at the time of check-in. Also, some trash was remaining on the lanai from previous visitors.
The entry door had a faulty lock, and we had to return to the front desk to get instructions to enter the room.
Ad listed the room as supreme, 2 room, two bed. Nothing supreme about it and only one room with minimal accommodations.

We ended up leaving within 15 minutes after checking in and in that time I can’t remember seeing anything I liked.
The location was sketchy to say the least. Our card key would not open the door to let us in the building. Called the desk and they said it was a problem with the door and assured us our key would open the room. It didn’t. A maintenance man happened to be walking by and let us in while telling us not to put the cards near any other magnetic strip cards. We had been holding the cards in her hand the entire time. My wife went to use the restroom and found the toilet ran constantly and would not flush. After 12 hours on the road we were in no mood for waiting to see what would go wrong next so we marched down to the front desk and informed the staff we would not be staying there. They didn’t even ask us why as if this was a routine occurrence. As we drove off to find another place to stay we saw someone relieve himself in the parking lot. Worst hotel experience ever.

The beds were comfortable.
The rooms were run down. Our room was on the 4th floor. The sliding glass door lock didn't work. The handle on the hallway door would malfunction too. The hot tub was broken. Trash everywhere.

I like the gym and pool and how friendly everyone was and location
Our sheets had gross stains on them and they wouldn't let me get a rollaway bed when it is advertised on the web
