I didn’t like check in was at 4 pm and actually got my room at 9pm. That is unacceptable, I also have to pay for parking!!

The front office staff was lackadaisical And uninterested in the issues that I brought to them. When I arrived at the hotel, my room was 86° and I called the front office and they sent electrician who told me the air conditioning had been out for the entire day I asked for a fan and it was never brought to me and then later at 1 AM I called the office to let them know that it was still very hot in my room and they finally moved me to another room which was cool I was confused why this did not happen the first time I called the front office and took two more calls before I was even moved. Additionally, I tried to work with the front office, figuring out how I could pay for parking and the answer I received was that they did not know I expressed that the only way I could stay at the hotel was to park i their lot and I confused by why they would not know how to help me make the payment and shut down once I left, but that did not happen. The desk person I spoke to acted like she was frustrated that I would ask she was not pleasant . I asked to speak to a manager who also did not know, but did try to help and was nicer. The carpet in my room was dingy and definitely the hotel needs some updates The price was over $200 a night and for that amount of money I would prefer to stay somewhere else where the staff is friendly and any kind of issue is attended to immediately

Location
Overcharged rooms Didn’t honor booking.com guaranteed price. No official employees at check in. No official on site to correct billing. Manager available at random times during week - and never as promised.

It was a stay on our wedding night and the staff was amazing and made us feel so special!!!

Perfect location in the center. Main Street was within walking distance.
The toilet was dirty from outside. Much cheaper accommodation cares more about cleanliness. The receptionist did not help us to extend our stay and we had to make a new reservation via mobile phone, although it was not a problem at another hotel.

Location, staff, cookies
Ada room had no lock or handle on bathroom door, was open hole. Shower drain was clogged, bathroom flooded as did not have proper stops in shower to prevent water from escaping shower area. No welcome books, paper tv guide, no information at all in the room about the hotel. Parking lot was full so we had to park at city center underground. Both elevators in the parking garage were ahut off and locked down. We almost were trapped. Had to call security and someone finally turned on elevator so we could leave and go back to hotel. Hotel was a very long walk especially pushing a wheel chair. This experience was kind of tainted by these issues i juat mentioned and am a little disappointed. Especially since i had to pay $189 for a room that was far below my expectations.

Receptionist by the name of Ty was extremely rude. When I asked for a late checkout, he told me a blunt no, even if they had availability. Every single Hilton on the planet has given me at least a 12PM checkout if they were real busy. Ty insisted on the 11Am checkout time. Also I was purposefully avoiding this person and going to the nice young lady’s reception desk, and he would start talking to me uninvited, not allowing her to deal with me, insisting he deals with me. It’s the worse Hilton I stayed at. Horrible for allergy sufferers as the air conditioning units have never been serviced - filters haven’t been changed. Ty charged me $50 for a late checkout even though I went to the other desk to checkout. He was running around harassing homeless people in the parking lot. Rudest receptionist. I will never stay at that Hilton again when in Albuquerque and I am seriously going to try to avoid Hilton altogether for as long as hotels like this one have a franchise

Great location, close to the airport.
Staff was friendly and they provide free shuttle to the airport.
There is a nice Cafe in the lobby that serves Starbucks drinks!
No water bottles in the room.
Intercom/room phone wasn't working at all and had to go down each time for any request, which was annoying

The room was good size and layout, the bed very comfortable. The hotel staff nice and accomodating. Airport shuttle prompt.
The windows very dirty, coudn't see through. The ac/heat unit awfully loud, I thought the kind is not used anywhere anymore. Not much of a choice in terms of food in and around. Loud gatherings at a nearby plaza.
