About this apartment rental
Summary:
Metro Scottsdale Apartments - we offer 1 and 2bd apartments converted from a former Hilton Homewood Suites. These are interior corridor units and there is a possibility of noise, food and other odors and everything that comes with apartment living:) We have a touchless automated check in process and you will receive all details upon booking.
The Space:
All of our 1bd units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.
Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park.
Location: We are where you want to be in the Phoenix Metro. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 51, you will be10minutes or less from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Old Town Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.

The checking in is at 4 pm. They literally mean 4. The room is dirty the hallways were worse. I have pictures of the fan covered in dust. The bathroom tub is rusted and the closet is rusted. We got the utensils out and they were covered with food. No hot water the first day for shower. The last day we stayed ac unit not working. They tell you to call a number so we did no one actually answers and after calling 3 times they text and says they will get someone and no one ever comes up. We literally had to put trash cans in the windows just to open them (which they almost fall out). After an hour waiting we went to bed. Ohh and they finally text to say we could move to another room. Yes let's move everything the last night to another room. I wish I could post pictures. Thank God this wasn't our first experience with vrbo. Never had issues in the past. This room I would not recommend. One more thing they nest to exterminate spiders in room.
