The location is perfect! Within 5 minutes from everything. The apartment is well stocked and very clean. The beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I were looking for a place in walking distance to Scott's Addition, so this location fit the bill and then some. The 3rd floor unit was kept perfectly, had all we needed for a short visit, and the bed was super comfortable. It was quite hot during our visit (first couple days of July), but the AC was set at an adequate (I tend to like rooms to be cool and the temp is apparently not controllable by the guests). There was a fan available for additional cooling as needed and that did the trick. We were there during the week so there was ample parking in the back lot. The neighborhood is really nice. There is also a free bus up and down W. Broad St. and the closest stop is only about 3 blocks away. We would definitely, stay here of at another RVE Home Stays property if we were to visit Richmond again.

The apartment was perfect for our stay while my daughter was participating in a summer intensive with the richmond ballet. The location is close to all the fan has to offer. The desk was perfect for me to work remotely. The laundry room included everything you would need. The stairs to the apartment are steep and narrow, but great for getting in your steps. We will definitely book again!

We had a great time staying here. My sister and I ran the Monument 10K and it was an ideal location, just a short walk to the start line. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room was very comfy and very clean. Updated bathroom and kitchenette. Nice towels, soap and shampoo provided. There is a small separate bonus room with a bed tucked up under the eaves. This area is great because you can walk to restaurants. Mei was very responsive. We had no issues at all and would stay here again.

This was the most welcoming place that I have visited in a very long time. The host was very communicative, thoughtful and friendly. Those qualities are hard to find in this era that we are in so it was very refreshing to occupy this space for my wife and I during our mini vaca. I’m not sure if this was a Valentine’s Day thing or this is the norm but, we were welcomed to a nice complimentary bottle of wine when we walked in the door. We appreciated that as we do not drink but thoughtful nonetheless. The place was very easy to access and super clean. I am a stickler for clean and tidy restrooms/bed sheets/kitchen and this was top tier. Also, in a central location with lots of shopping and food experience nearby so you don’t have to worry about going out of your way for an experience. Will definitely be visiting again!! Thank you so much!

Great location and space in a beautiful house and neighborhood. Perfect for my quick overnighter in Richmond. I will definitely come back on my next trip there.

My husband and two daughters stayed for two nights. They had plenty of room and they loved the place. My only issue was that I accidentally booked the wrong dates (we wanted to add another night before the tournament) and when I reached out to change it, hosts were radio silent. Once the actual booking happened there was tons of great and clear communication, but I do wish they had either let us book another night or told me that we couldn't. Would definitely stay again!

This cozy and comfortable spot was the perfect location for our needs... plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and the Science Museum (where we were attending a wedding). We had clear rental communications, an easy check in process, plenty of soft towels, and thoughtful touches from the owner for our arrival. While there were street spots available, the off street parking was a definite bonus.

Well situated in a beautiful neighborhood, just around the corner from museums, shops, restaurants. Inside there's a lot of old-style charm and plenty of convenience - onsite laundry, kitchenette, fridge-freezer conbo, key-in entry, ample parking, and easy Wi-Fi access (password displayed in unit). Very clean and a lot of attention to detail made us feel welcome and right at home. Our two-night stay in the Fan District was Fan-tastic 😎 *****

My friend and I came into town for two days and had an excellent day. The check in process was easy and the door lock is great. The top unit we stayed in was two bedroom (studio with bedroom off the to side). Clean space and it was super cute. Wish it could have been a bit cooler but we welcomed finding the fan in the closet. Excellent location, will stay here again!
