About this house rental
Welcome to Ocean Breeze Retreat! This newly renovated townhouse is everything you need for a vacation getaway - pristine, cozy, stylish, comfortable, and welcoming. It's the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring historic St. Augustine or hitting the beautiful beaches. It is within walking distance of the beach and several waterfront restaurants. Just under 6 miles from downtown, it's close enough to enjoy all that downtown has to offer while also providing a quiet place to relax.
Newly renovated Ocean Breeze Retreat features 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable, organic Bamboo mattresses. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a large en suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. The Master bedroom also has a dedicated workspace for those who are looking for a place to work remotely while enjoying the nearby beach. Nightstands have built-in USB chargers for your devices. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet and dresser. The stunning kitchen has all new appliances and cooking essentials. The living room has a Smart TV and the comfortable couch is perfect for lounging around or a movie night when staying in is more appealing than a night out. There is a fully fenced-in backyard as well.
St. Augustine and Vilano Beach offer a wide variety of things to do - from paddle boarding and water sports to many historical sights, such as the Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the continental U.S. Enjoy morning or evening walks on the beach to view the beautiful colors of the sky as the sun rises or sets. Experience St. Augustine's food scene at the wonderful array of restaurants and if you're a fan of live music, there are plenty of entertainment venues as well. There is never a shortage of things to explore and we highly recommend looking up local events that are occurring during your stay. My favorite resources are Florida Historic Coast and Totally St. Augustine - each have their own websites and social media pages. We are happy to answer any questions you might have about this property or the St. Augustine area so don't hesitate to reach out! We also welcome your feedback and suggestions on how to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Comfortable stay, unexpected amenities like wine and toy for our dog. Very accommodating and responsive host. Location was easy for Uber pickup to historic district. Fenced in yard. We forgot our phones and door code one early morning and got in within 5 minutes because we knew which door to knock on, for such an emergency. We drove to Vilano Beach pier several times. Amelia island was a great day trip.

We enjoyed a long weekend here.
Wish we could have stayed longer.
It is very close to the beaches and only a short drive to downtown Saint Augustine.

Beautifully updated and decorated. The only improvements needed is landscaping. Backyard is not very inviting and front tree leaves a mess on your car. It may be helpful to have a cart ( wagon) to take chairs, cooler and towels to the beach.

Place was very nicely updated with a very comfy bed in the master bedroom. Enjoyed the closeness to the beach.

Great accommodations for a quick trip up north to St. Augustine. Comfortable and clean, it was also the perfect distance from the downtown festivities. Sonia was awesome to work with and this property is well worth a visit.

My husband and I both work front line jobs and were both experiencing significant burnout!
When I walked into the Sea Breeze condo, my shoulders dropped and I took a big deep breath! The clean freshness I noticed walking in the door was like icing on the cake and I hadn’t even seen the rest of the space.
The condo is decorated in a beach/zen theme and very conducive to rejuvenation.
All the amenities of home are there which is nice at the end of the day.
The bed! So comfy and it’s an act of self-care just climbing into it!
The back yard/ patio is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring!
The fresh flowers, wine, and treats were just above and beyond!
Thank you Sonia for not only having a top notch space for us to rest in, but for also being a Super Host!
This was way more than we expected and have already planned for next year!
Thank you
