There is a double bedroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a front garden with patio and furniture, access to orchard with seating, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.9 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Note: The bedroom has low head-height, please take care. Note: The property is set on a farm with stables available, horses welcome on prior arrangement with the owner. Foxley Wood is nearby, the largest ancient woodland in Norfolk, offering a great place for picnics, whilst Gressenhall Farm and Museum and Norfolk's Dinosaur Park are both within easy reach providing fun days out for all the family. The nearby towns of Reepham, Fakenham and Norwich boast a broad range of amenities and architecture, whilst the churches at Salle, Cawston and Booton are well worth a visit.
