The cleaning staff were really helpful and friendly. One of the staff helped my husband upstairs with his suitcase as he had a bad back. Check in was a bit of a kuffafle as we arrived during Sunday Roast lunch service and the Reception was located near the end of the tables. You cannot see it from the entrance. Food not so good. The steaks we ordered were really chewy gristly even though we ordered two types of steak and medium rare. The shopping centre is very close as were other restaurants.

Very basic twin room, bed too narrow and nowhere to put anything, just small hanging space with a shelf under! Nowhere to put anything in bathroom either. Window didn't fit properly and after complaining some workmen came whilst we were still in bed and after asking them to come back later were told we couldn't get it repaired unless they could do it immediately, so couldn't get it done as I'm an invalid and can't do anything quickly! Also the air conditioning didn't work correctly it would be cold about 4.00pm then absolutely roasting during the night, my pillow was soaked every night! The only good thing was the TV system.

It’s located equidistant between Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate with free parking. The room and bathroom were looking a bit tired. It was reasonably comfortable, fairly quiet and fine for one night.

Very clean room. Quiet. Good spacious bed. Black out curtains. The power of the shower needs a boost. More hanging space and drawers needed if staying more than a couple of nights. Excellent value for money and a great central position to visit different areas. For us, it was to see different beaches.

Canterbury bell, easy to access & lots of free parking. Direct loop buses into Margate, Ramsgate & surrounding areas (we primarily stayed here for a gig at Dreamland in Margate) Westwood cross shopping centre was an added bonus. Room was pleasant, clean & spacious..staff very friendly including the lovely gentleman on reception and the cleaners (respectful of the do not disturb sign, but happy to help with clean towels and replenish tea station in room) AC in room was a blessing! The rooms are across the road from the main restaurant (which is nice for peace & quiet) the food in the restaurant was very yummy. We will definitely be back. Thank you

The rooms are run down and average. At 2am the porter started going up and down the corridors and stairs with bags of laundry. Crashing through doors. I hear people complaining at the time only to met with, oh, oh yeah sorry. Then the noise continued till 3am. Rubbish night's sleep. It's a convenient location but I won't be going back anymore.

Our stay was lovely. We had a bath & a shower which was nice as it gave us a choice. The room was very spacious, very clean, a tele to watch. The pub/restaurant are separate which i also liked and there are a good choice of shops all around, margate beach is a 10 minute drive and a very easy drive too. The only thing i’d say for me was the bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a hard mattress and gave me a backache in the mornings and faded out throughout the day. My partner had a comfortable sleep. Overall it was a really nice stay and we’d stay again.

Shower was pretty manky to be honest. It smelled and there was either rust or weird discoloration on the shower head, the plug hole. The shower holder didn't stay up so it kept falling down. The breakfast was awful. The beans were dry, the sausage was tasteless and I'm not sure if the black pudding was cooked properly, I've never tasted one like that. The workers were friendly and helpful. It's about £100 overpriced if you ask me.

Booked family room for two bea. The single beds mattress was terrible and result in minimal sleep. The window latch was broken which meant it didn't shut properly. As the property is close to a main road this result in traffic noise all night. Bathroom was very basic. It was in need of general maintenance and a deep clean. Otherwise there was plentiful partkkng and the pub looked popular. Overpriced for location and quality!

Our room felt dated and not clean. The bathroom smelt of urine and had urine stains on the walls. Thank God we were only staying one night!
