Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del Zócalo de CDMX y otros puntos turísticos, así como de dos estaciones del Metro. El sector es muy seguro, aunque siempre hay que tomar precauciones, en especial de noche. El personal, excepcional.

Location great, bathrooms are great, cheap cheap
It's a good size but the rooms are stuffy and the kitchen isn't attractive to be used and the whole building is kind of dark and uncomfortable to be in and chill. No comfortable seating, apart from reception. Not a sociable vibe at all.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was a nice feature.
The fact that I couldn’t keep my key when I went out was a little frustrating and the big block of wood keychain made no sense. Also the all the COVID posters turned me off. isn’t this over ?

Good location
Friendly staff
Dead vibe
Main social area and my dormitory had no windows and artificial light only. Like some kind of strange underlit prison.
The kitchen:
- they keep it locked so you have to go down to Reception to ask the staff to open it for you so you can make a cup of tea
- the burners are from an industrial kitchen, scary to light, and ferocious

Location was very central and easy to find, close to San Juan de Letran metro. The staff were very easy to deal with and check in was quick and efficient. Bed was comfortable enough. Good hot water in showers and good pressure.
Signage for the bathroom looked like it was unisex bathrooms as it displayed male and female, however that was not the case, only after i left the bathroom, feeling a little suspicious i noticed further information that indicated i had used the male bathroom. I never found the female bathroom as i didn't need to use the bathroom a second time.

All was good!

Toilets were disgusting . In photos, the hotel was better than in reality, but it's fine . The room was super smelly . If i weren't tall, it would be impossible to open the window . The door was without glass, so i could hear everything from outside. Light and fan were together, so it was like a disco at night , eitheryou should have a light on or fan on . The bed was kind of broke. For that price, it's not fair, i think. But the location was good and the staff was very nice and helpful

Very basic accommodation. Enough toilets and showers, hot water. For the central location, it was not noisy. Near the metro station, near a Chedraui supermarket, near the centre.
This was the only hostel during my one-month-stay in Mexico which did not have electric sockets near each bed: in my room, there were four beds and just next to the door there were four sockets next to one of the beds. Quite impractical. No window in the room.

Good location, clean rooms, plenty of space.
About 10 people in a room, no window, no ventilation, only a fan.

Staff were really helpful and always available. When we couldn't get an Uber they odered a taxi to the airport for us mxn 250, very good, clean van and safe driver took us straight to correct departure area - thank you.
Clean towels, huge double room and private bathroom.
A bit noisy but central location so to be expected.

Good location good price, plastic mattresses made me feel a bit safer about bugs, good space between beds
Bit loud/echo-ey in common areas, made it hard to sleep

Localisation is perfect and the bathroom are really clean
Sometimes difficult to communicate to the staff to ask what to do around
you put your bed sheets yourself

The staff was so kind, specially Cassandra, so friendly, joyful and willing to help. Best receptionist ever in the world. Good location, plenty attractions and subway stations just few blocks away.
They must to improve the communal areas, and the mattresses, please guys. We need real beds. Not easy traveling and sleeping on those surf boards.

Great wifi, very central location, lovely staff.
They don’t own proper mattresses.
My reservation included breakfast: they just don’t do it.

I like the simplicity of this place, it has very strong backpacker vibes. It's also quite spacious, with lots of places to mingle and relax.
Could be more organized and cleaner in general. Beds and other furniture are all very old.

Good location
I arrived at 3 am and i have to make my own bed in the dark while everyone were asleep. That was not fun...

The location is good
It has Enough showers and toilets.
The photos are not accurate with the reality probably taken at the time this hostel opened.
You fix your bed by yourself, they weren't organized and I made it twice .. kitchen need to improve and the worst each time you need to use it you have to ask them to open it and open the stove for you if you don't smoke you need to find a lighter... no free water because they sell for me this is cheap from all hostel do that... much noisy from the visitors and stuff never do anything even at late time or morning morning.

Great location, many bathrooms with hot water, friendly staff, speaking English.
3.0
Location, size of room and natural light entering in the room. They allow bags before check in and after check out. The place (especially bathroom) seems to be regularly cleaned.
There was only one socket in the room to plug devices. There was a tv in a weird position (not the logical on to actually watch it) but no remote. The room has windows but you cant open - the ventilation happens from an open area above the door -which every room has and you can hear almost everything in neighbours rooms. In the description they mention they have teraces...and on the spot they said they don't have terace. The kitchen is not properly functional...you have to ask them to open gas for stove etc. There is no water dispenser- they actually sell water more expensive then in shops. There is a ridiculous low presure in the bathroom (at the sinks).

Location
8 times fire alarm going during 3 hours after midnight. Night manager and numbers given did not answer. Unable to sleep. Room has not light nor ventilation. The sheets and pillows have tears and falling apart with marks of dirt.
Junk old furniture all over the building. Big hazard for rats and other animals
3.0
Big and clean bathrooms, the wifi was acceptable and the location amazing
Very loud, the lockers are very small, you need to ask the receptionist to open the kitchen every time you need it.

Picked this hostel for the price
I knew I wouldn't like the area so much, especially because I stayed on a Saturday so the center was very busy.
Room was pretty dark, no window to open. 5 bunkbeds in a small room.
There was a bad smell in the corridor coming from the kitchen of the 1st floor.
Dark common areas. Lack of light and fresh air overall.
Was okay for a night but not cosy.
